Margherita with onions asked for, got margherita.plain garlic bread asked for, got garlic bread with cheese. Pizza was as thin as walkers crisp ,terrible never go there again...

Place looks nice, clean and tidy. The only issue might be parking on a busy day. I had no issue with parking when I went for pick up

Staff is pretty good and pizza always taste fresh. No issues as of yet

I wasn't aware from the picture menu. That my pizza had onion on it. Which I hate, otherwise very happy.

Great the choice of having different pizza in one box is great, they just need loosen abit 😀 on no cash policy.

Delivery drivers are useless. Rang asking for directions and told they'd be a couple of minutes. Rang back 10 minutes later and still didn't turn up. It's not like my door number isn't on the front gate facing the street. Don't even deserve 1 star!

Ordered a pizza, they made a mistake and delivered the right one for free no questions asked. Think thats pretty good if I'm honest.

The nicest dominos ever! The staff are lovely, the food is all delicious and hot and 100% worth it! I’m usually not a fan of dominos but this one has completely changed my mind!!!

Order a collection pizza, prepared very quickly and it was ready with in 10mins . Wedges was little less warm , Other than that everything was good.

This shop doesn’t even accept cash. £35 for two pizzas, cookie and garlic bread is a joke and that with 40% off! Pizzas were rather bland and tasteless, I have had better supermarket ones

It's amazing how every other Domino's has more selections than this one. Their selection is so trimmed down it makes no sense...

Standard pizzas that taste exactly like all Domino's. Delivery drivers are the reason for 1 review, regularly using the local roads as a race track, parking illegally in disabled spaces outside the branch. Seen quite a few near misses because of their driving and wouldn't feel confident of my kids were around while they are delivering.

Ordered the £25 deal. Two 11.5" pizzas,two sides and a bottle of pop. From the time my order was accepted to it arriving at my front door was less than 10 mins. Food was bland, dry and like cardboard. Clearly was old reheated food. Won't order from here again.

I ordered two pizzas from the Forest Hall store through the Domino's website at around 18:30, the tracker said it was out for delivery by 19:00. It hadn't arrived by 19:50 so I rang the store to ask what was happening. The guy on the phone apologised and said they were busy but the pizzas had left the store and the driver was on the way. He had still not arrived by 20:30 so we rang again just for the guy to keep apologising and say the driver is definitely out and should be there soon. We made one last call at 21:15 to be lied to again. The shop is a 10 minute drive from my house and it was 3 hours before we told them not to bother. They did not seem bothered at all about the time it had taken and just offered a refund, said it would take 3-5 days then hung up. If the store had messed up on the order and just been honest from the start instead of letting us wait 3 hours. The food was clearly not out for delivery so they could have just told us that instead of lying about it. Why would you still accept orders too if you are struggling with the ones you already have. I'll go elsewhere from now on

Food is always hot and tasty. Staff are friendly. Parking spaces a few meters from the shop front.

Costs a bit more but we'll worth it

Appalled at the service from Forrest Hall Domino's pizza, after finding chicken on my vegan pizza I was told by Shery the shift manager to pick the chicken off and that it would be fine to eat. After emphasising I was vegan and I shouldn't have to pick chicken off my vegan pizza that I ordered which was clearly labelled vegan, he informed me it's probably just bits of dough. It clearly isn't!! When I asked for a refund, I was informed they don't do refunds but I could get a free pizza that night or next time. When we insisted on a refund, Shery informed me it will take up to 10 days for a refund and said he couldn't send any confirmation that I would be refunded. There is absolutely no way I will eat a dominos pizza again after this, absolutely appalling.

Made an order online, order never arrived, website said the shop had closed at 6pm. Had to chase them for a refund. Customer services said the shop had tried to deliver my food and call me. No call received and no food ever arrived. I was told a refund would be given as a good will gesture. Absolute cheek. My good will gesture in return, is to go elsewhere.

Wrong pizza sent 3 times, rude staff trying to tell me their driver didn't tip the box on the 2nd attempt ( despite the pizza sauce and toppings being all bunched up on one side of the pizza) and it was all perfectly Intact when delivered as he checked it.. .. which during a pandemic is worrying and tbh is worrying that drivers are opening boxes once they have left the shop at anytime! Overall a very poor experience and given the price of their food I had expected a better level of service!

Worst experience ever with Domino’s. Food arrived an hour and a half after I ordered and the pizza was disgusting. Cold and really chewy. When I called to ask about the delay they said they had a mad rush which I highly doubt as it was during the day. Totally put me off Domino’s will not be ordering from them again.

Two pizza both very nice, Small Hawaiian 9 and half inch and Small American hot 9 and half inch. The Amercan hot was not too spicy hot. They were ready on time and the member of staff who served me was both polite and friendly. Would definitely recommend although if you don't get some sort of offer I think it's quite expensive.

Food arrived after being in the car, based on the tracker, for nearly 30 mins. Arrived cold, burnt on one side and altogether the worst from dominos Won’t order from this branch again

Lovely pizzas, make sure get double sauce and ask staff for the latest offers because ya never know you could save some money!
