Posh Pizza in North Tyneside

I wouldn't eat here if it was the only place to eat. Absolutely awful. The hygiene is horrendous. The server touched raw meat and then proceeded to touch food packaging. Cross contaminating probably everything. The iceberg lettuce in the salad box was black. It must have been there for days. The red onion was translucent. Obviously I didn't eat. Awful place you should only eat at if you want to be ill!

Great food, only cheat day i get! Please stop using tin foil on the Parmesan . Half of it sticks :(

Had Inferno pizza with salami for tea tonight. I've got to say it was one of the best pizzas I've had in a while. So tasty. My boyfriend thought the same of his pizza.

Pizza was spot on. Chicken in the mixed kebab was lovely. Chilli sauce was lovely. Donner meat was a massive letdown, would prefer half the amount of a better quality lamb Donner. It starts out alright and then just tastes false.

As a new local to the area, we're still finding takeaways, and man jackpot with this place, I'm super fussy about my pizza, and they make them really nice and very filling and some nice meal deals. If you usually go for 10" I'd go for 8" lol. Superb!

Ordered from here last night the food was absolutely disgusting never again the kabab wrap wasn’t wrapped properly just placed in chips were hard like they had been standing there for awhile, I also ordered a garlic bread pizza the person who was doing the order didn’t look at the ticket correctly so I nearly ended up with nothing, they also forgot to put the garlic on the pizza ended up with a just hard bread. The staff need a lesson in customer service has there attitude we’re disgusting and when I went to challenge them about it they just shouted back and closed the shop. I would of give this 0 stars if I could have

Second order now since moving into the area and everything has been spot on. Food is always piping hot, tasty and delivery is always on time or early. Will definitely be ordering time and time again. 10/10

We order reguarly from here. Good food, fast delivery. Glad the jalapeño cheddar cheese are back to normal cheese instead of cream cheese, so much nicer!

when i popped in 2 weeks ago,, we were looking at the menu and seen the chef washing his feet in the sink where they wash the dishes. He was doing it in plain sight infront of the customers 🤢

Regular customer...Not very happy ordered 2 cheese burgers ...had the a couple of strands of lettuce in each also ordered 2 chocolate cake but received cheese cake , I can't fault them in general but quite disappointed today

Nice place to get take away, walking distance from mine in howdon. Got pepperoni pizza and chilli and garlic sauce, sauce got nice little kick to it and garlic sauce was nice also, the meat didn't seem like pepperoni,tge bottom of pizza greasy but edible. Reasonable priced, but nothing cheap these days, waited a while for pizza, that's ok as I like it hot and you know its fresh. Would i return, yes as I would give them another try and it's local. Don't get many take aways but it wasn't the best. I would still mention it to family and friends x

I absolutely love this shop however your very rude delivery driver I've just had needs to sort his stinking attitude, all because I didn't hear my door knock straight away. I'm partially deaf with 3 very loud kids so I apologise if I didn't answer the door within 3 seconds of him knocking!!

Waiting 2 hours, nobody is answering the phone. I understand the weather isnt great, but it would be helpful to know where my order is, if its even coming. Right now im wondering if you are even open as i have been trying to call for the last 20 minutes.

Food wise, great, speed? Brilliant too. My main review is about customer service. I had ordered a Collection & on my way with my 4 year old daughter, she fell over not far from Posh Pizza, i took her inside to sit her on the seat & without the staff knowing i was here to collect he came round with a fruit shoot for my daughter and offered some smiles & a friendly face. Truly this is ABOVE & BEYOND for a Takeaway. Thank you all. Please give this place a shot they deserve it.

Waited over 2 hours for delivery & they charged us an extra £2 cash at the door even though we paid through just eat. Pizzas were cold when they eventually arrived. Absolutely disgusting service

Payed for food on there own website ,money came out of bank. Apparently they didn't receive order so no food and over £37 out of pocket. Wouldnt recommend using there website unless you want to pay for food and receive nothing .

Absolutely awful! Found long hairs in my food, were missing one 12 inch seafood pizza, the cheese on my daughters burger weren't melted and pepperoni was missing from my pizza 😡😡😡

Order wrong AGAIN, wrong size pizzas, one pizza short, this company needs to get a competent person to answer phones and take orders, last time I ordered, order was wrong, phoned up to complain, got a mouthful of cheek, will never use posh pizza again.

Ordered a pizza and some extras. After two hours of ringing the shop to find out where it was, I got accused of having the food and trying to rip him off. He refused to give me my money back and he refused to deliver the pizza. He became quite aggressive on the phone. So he's £20 up and we got nothing delivered.

Pizza did not arrive within hour so called to chase. Was told delivery driver was on way. Two hours later, still no pizza. Phoned up again to complain, accused of stealing the pizza and trying to get money back. Rather nasty experience which is a shame as we've used this company before without issue. Never again. They have refused a refund so having to recoup money via JustEat.

I don't know where to start. Ordered a house special kebab and pepperoni pizza. Best kebab we have ever tasted. Favourite is incredible.

So I went to go order some pizzas he read back my order it was wrong I corrected him he repeated it back to me it was correct until I get home and realise it was still wrong but food is nice but not good service

DO NOT use these. They took my money then refused the food. Said I hadn't actually ordered, when in fact I'd handed over cash. They don't give receipts, how appropriate. I'll NEVER use these again. My partner is cctv licensed but they wouldn't allow him to view cctv footage. They even got police involved but couldn't prove I hadn't paid.

Popped in as I was passing because I had a pang for a garlic Kiev pizza and I was not disappointed. Only waited about 10 minutes while it was made fresh in front of me. Something you also very rarely see are staff cleaning up in between serving. The place is very clean and the staff are very friendly and the food is absolutely delicious. Well done lads. J only wish they were closer to where I lived.

Update 20/04/19: Had my second pizza from Posh Pizza; a kebab calzone and it was just as delicious as the Kiev pizza I had the previous week. Top class pizza takeaway. Had a 'Kiev' pizza from here last week and it was very good. So good that it's my new favourite pizza takeaway.

Recommend the Spicy Beef Burrito. Properly spicy as well.

Never again, wrong order 2 weeks running

Had a few meals from here and always been very nice. Tonight I ordered a hot pepperoni pizza and it was amazing the flavours were perfect while the hot wasn't to hot it was perfect thank you posh pizza for a truly enjoyable supper

Chips n bolonese was good, kebab was extremely greasy.. Not a place I would recommend.

We ordered from the Counter a meal deal 2. Once home we figured out the chips were forgotten. We claimed them back on phone and we were told if we want them we had to come back again to the shop. What kind of service is That. People who doesnt know what business means.
