On time and the food perfect, highly recommended.

An hour for delivery is too much, I think but overall I will definitely order again, soon. Delicious pizza and very polite staff.

Sadly they don't season their food so it was all a little tasteless. Not sure if we'll eat from here again, but it was not bad and at least there was no cheese on my husband's pizza which makes a change from the previous company who were always putting it on and getting it sent back!

This is the second time they have not accepted my order via just eat. I wouldn't waste my time!! DON'T BOTHER

Food came on time, which is the only positive! Pizza was stale! No sauce so very dry. Was the only place I'd order pizza from but after a few months of no pizza (due to a daughter who is allergic to dairy) I treated myself and it was poor. Won't order again.

Both times we’ve ordered they’ve messed up on the order ... possibly won’t be ordering again ..

Im not sure what the change is last 2/3 weeks however food has been very bad. My chicken wrap didnt taste cooked properly and didnt come til 12.20am. I only ate chips. Kebab was dry and all seperate. Not good. Will now have a break from ordering from you. Hope you manage to sort things out. Also noticed delivery only no collection last 2x.

First time I ordered.. I had a leaflet posted through. My door thought I'd try it out. My partner wanted to try the Angus burger like on the front of the leaflet. There was no bacon in it as advertised in the picture and no red onion just white onion.. I however had to 2pcs chicken 6 wings fries and drink.. with coleslaw meal.. the chips were like old chips in taste and texture. So they went straight in the bin.. chicken skin was burnt. And there was no coleslaw which is again on the leaflet menu with that meal you get coleslaw.

The food arrived early and I saw that as a good sign but I was wrong. The chips were cold and the veggie burger was just a hash brown in a cob. Seemed as though it was put together badly without any care.

Ive ordered from Romarios loads of times.. this time they decided to substitute my chicken bites with chicken nuggets.. no call to discuss, not sure why they thought it would be ok!!! They went straight in the bin and made me think twice about using them again.

Food took forever, forgot half our order so we had to wait another thirty minutes and when we rang to complain, they wouldn't even chuck in a couple of free drinks as a good will gesture. Used to order from here a lot but they're clearly under new management as we've never had such poor food or shoddy service. Won't be ordering from here again.

Pathetic! 40 mins later om STILL waiting with no text message or email update. Absolutely RIDICULOUS service. Disgusting

ordered a garlic mushroom burger with cheese...no idea what they did with the garlic mushrooms but it looked like a lump of molten plastic...the rest of the order was fine though.

Food was decent, but I ordered chips with cheese as a side order and I just got chips. I was starving so just ate them didn't phone back up as I knew I'd be waiting!

Ordered at half 7 got it 9-15pm cold chips when I rang they said delivery driver broke down Never again

First time using in a while. sauces wrong, salad looked a bit manky. Will go back to 2for1 Pizza on Hinckley Road

The food arrived late and was cold, all the items that were ordered did not arrive. I rang the restaurant to advise some parts of the order was missing and they said they will send someone to send the rest... had to await an additional 40 mins. Don't think I will order again from here.

Living only 600yrds from the place u would expect delivery a bit faster than 86 minutes. ....

9 out of 10 times they’re on time and the food is great. this time 35 mins late and food was cold to warm at best. phoned restaurant and the person on the phone was useless

Chicken smelt fishy, tasted funny so threw it away, too late to ring to complain. everything else was fine as usual :)

I'll stick to my local pizzeria. Food was shocking it was all cold with soggy chips even the garlic mayo had a funny taste. I only went here cuz it said under new management but nothings changed still a rank takeaway

Pizza not up to the mark.. could count the toppings as they were one per slice...just loaded with cheese. ... sauce wasn't good.

If you like cold food even after 2 hour wait for delivery, no apologies for poor service, leaving the phone off the hook so you can’t contact them to see where your food is, having to drive to pick up your cold delivery, missing items from your order and having to wait for your food which was apparently ready an hour ago then this belter is the place for you. Might not go here again. Highly recommended for those on a diet and wasteful of money.

Rang Romarios after an hour and ten minutes of waiting to be told it would be 2-3 minutes and still took nearly 20 minutes after that. Then after all that wait the cheese and bacon potato loaded skins we ordered were without bacon and really dry.

What a rubbish place. 1st and last time I will order from here. The driver couldn’t find my house so he didn’t even try to delivery my food. Just went back. Never will I recommend or order from here again.

Nice food offer buy one get one free, big con, for instance 15" BBQ chicken £16.80 - bogof price. Ask for one 15" BBQ chicken it's £8.50!

I over paid and didn't get a free pizza like the offer said. Very disappointed

Good was late and tastless. The delivery driver nearly threw the good at us so the pizza was all messed up and the garlic sauce which we don't like was spilt all over it. The large chips came in a half empty box and were cold.

Wrong food order arrived...managed to sort it out...another order arrived..asked for chicken fillet burger...which turned out to be spicy..not what i ordered...food not the worst...however they need to get the orders right.

Came early but ordered thin crust and came normal and just wasn't very nice had a few slices and chucked the rest. Didn't have any other menu items so they are probably better.

Waited ages, the sauce wrong again but let's face it nobody at Romarios will pay attention.

Went straight in the bin. The Chilli was salsa sauce, had no mince as advertised and is not a chilli at all. They didn't put cheese on either and it was cold. The prawn salad was just lettuce and tomato with a spoon of seafood sauce and 3 prawns! Also ordered a plain potato with butter which didn't melt as it was cold. Called and they were rude but offered to send replacement.. NEVER USING AGAIN. Disgusting.

My order would of been great but they had forgotten something from my order but with a short call notice it was quickly sorted out so it was all good!

I've always rated this place untill yesterday, it was 1 hour and 30 minutes late., chips didn't come with the meal, as I rang the restaurant 20 times to address the problem they didn't answer at all. Dissapointed. Shall not be ordering form here again.

I am a single perant of 4 children and the driver expected me to leave them to go down 5 lots of stairs to go collect my order then I called the shop and they told me they were not aloud to send the driver's up to you so I will not be ordering from them again I think it is disgraceful that they expect you to leave 4 children on there own. Also had items missing from my order .

Pizza's are lovely, sides are very delicious! Delivery was fast and the food was very hot!

Delivery was quick and food was very tasty especially for the price, a bargain!

Food was hot, delivery time was 1 hour, however both of the pizzas had slid over to one side of the box and squished up and the sauce pots had opened and spilt, and there was way too much BBQ sauce on the base... the other pizza was delicious though and the garlic bread with cheese was fab
