Nice place, friendly and helpful staff, indoor and some outside available, wheelchair accessible also wheelchair accessible toilets.nice Italian restaurant if this is what you like.

The deli side of the cafe has a good (but not extensive) selection of fresh and packaged Italian foods, including deli and bakery items. Prices are reasonable and probably better than supermarkets. The staff are friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. It's a great little place where I know I can get niche deli items whenever I'm in the area.

They treat you well at Roma. Service from behind the counter is phenomenal & they make you feel like royalty. Excellent bread that is always worth coming in for, much nicer than any supermarket's. Caffe can get very busy on a Saturday.

First time here after a recommendation and didn't disappoint great food, attentive staff and so much to choose will definitely be back for more

Just had cake today no drink will be back love cake want to try them all ha ha all look very nice - other food an drink coming out looked very good too big slice of cake very moist in middle like a merang on top Nutella an almond flavour plenty of tables got one even though not too busy inside quite a few outside aircon inside pleasant surroundings an staff attentive will be back

Brilliant. Only popped in for a sneaky cappuccino, but the service was excellent. Very attentive. And yes, I got carried away and bought several bags of Italian goodies (wine and food), from the Deli counter. Will be back very soon for more of the same ☺️ And if you've not yet made a visit, do so. You won't regret it.

Staff and avalalability are the best, here you can find buffalo Mozzarella as well. Strongly recommended

Delicious salmon salad which I enjoyed so much. I really enjoyed the cherry ice cream. I assume real cherries are put in as I can really taste the difference from other ice creams. Anyway I loved the taste of the ice cream. The staff are so friendly and welcoming which made my first ever visit awesome. Will definitely come again.

Excellent as usual. Just one small point, if you could see non alcoholic beers that would be great. Pastries too good to exit the shop without any! Terry

The hot sausage du Paris is the ultimate sausage butty, I love it! And I love Roma. Good food, good people, lovely people even. Always happy to come here, very friendly atmosphere, can get quite busy at times, but sitting down and eating some great food with great coffee, with a lovely family running it, you can't beat it.

Lovely place - great cafe area and deli too, some authentic Italian products as well that give you that holiday feel! If I had one complaint it would be to maybe have one or two breakfast feel items on the menu...but saying that, what I had was lovely!

Absolutely delightful first experience! Staff are so lovely and welcoming and the food is absolutely delicious! Highly reccomend their milkshakes and toasties! 10/10 will definitely be coming back again!

2nd time here and another great experience and food. Very popular and busy cafe. Saturday lunch time. Party of 2. Waited about 10 minutes to be seated, happy to wait though. Drinks: Latte very creamy and tasty. Starter: Garlic Bread with cheese, thoroughly enjoyed, base not too thick. Mains: Lasagne was authentic and very tasty and filling 10 out of 10. Caprese Salad was lovely too and quite a large portion. Would highly recommend.

Fabulous Italian food in the cafe area, 4 of us ate, each had something different and each meal was excellent. Service was very good, waiter offered recommendations and took time to explain the items on the menu. Also bought cannoli to take away, these were simply delightful. I would highly recommend visiting this establishment.

Excellent service. We had starters and then shared a main dish. It was made special by the staff as they brought the main on two plates. Did not expect such a nice surprise.

Food quality is incredibly poor. We had a very overcooked pasta for£8.50, beef stew in very poor tomato sauce for 9.80 and a minestrone soup which was barely edible. This place would not resist half a day in Italy, whilst here it was overcrowded. Never again

Never been before but have been blown away today by the quality of their their food and prices. Minestrone soup is excellent with some home baked bread 5 stars.

Absolutely fanastic food. Service even through cafe was extremely busy was very good. Best serrano ham and lentil soup I have tasted. Went with my cousin as I live in HealdGreen. Wish Roma had a branch where I live. Shop was good and the woman who served us could not have been more helpful. A gem of a cafe unpretentious. Excellent

Such a lovely experience. It seems that places that make you feel special are few and far between now. This deli and café does that and gives you delicious food and drink as well. Try their Durum wheat bread, baked fresh each day, and a real treat with just butter on!

Love this place - being italian, it feels like home. The staff is so lovely and always willing to go the extra mile, and their food is great - especially their tuna sandwich and their gelato. I love the ambience inside, but there's also outdoor space, which we always use so we can bring our dogs on sunny days. It's a great place to stop at for lunch or just if you fancy a coffee.

Nice and fresh food, always busy at lunchtime, so book your table in advance is a good idea! Very good service with competitive prices! Parking is a bit of an issue, but Morrisons next to it can be used for parking. Must try!

An incredible, joyful, always buzzing authentic Italian deli run by the most wonderful family. When I was new to the area, the team at Roma were such friendly faces and I always look forward to popping in. A great selection of products and a fabulous deli. This place is the heart of Whitefield. Highly recommend.

I used to bring my children here when it was an ice cream parlour and they're in their 20s now. I still love this place, the staff are friendly and helpful and feels very family orientated. The food is lovely and it's always busy, give it a try, you won't be disappointed.

Fantastic food and fantastic staff. Been coming here since I was a young child and still coming almost 15 years later. Highly recommend their calzones on a Saturday but make sure you ring early to grab one. The pistachio ice-cream is also fantastic and so are their sandwiches. Basically no bad words to say.

I went for my birthday for a brunch..the atmosphere was amazing and the food was amazing too. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone who wants to try pure Italian food. Unforgettable experience.

Lovely little cafe situated in Whitefield next to Morrisons. Reasonably priced and excellent food and drink. The staff are always beyond helpful and friendly.

This is a tale of two halves. The restaurant is clearly catering for the surrounding area, and it's not particularly inspiring nor very Italian in its offerings. Which is a real shame as judging by the quality of the cakes on offer they could probably do an amazing menu of Italian cafe inspired food. Apart from that minor criticism, this place is great. The staff are incredibly friendly, and the atmosphere inside is buzzing. As already mentioned, the cakes are fantastic. Their sfogliata and cannoli are a highlight. Being traditionally made Italian cakes, quite a few contain alcohol so worth asking before you order if you're teetotal. The best bit though is the delicatessen. It's by far the best stocked n the Manchester area. They have San Daniele prosciutto, all kinds of cheese including provolone and Bel Paese, and really good salami. Would highly recommend a visit here for the deli, and takeaway cakes while you're at it!

Fantastic, the staff couldn't be more friendly and helpful, the quality and price is spot on. We have just discovered our favorite salami. Give it a try you won't regret it.

An excellent delicatessen and cafe in Whitefield; a really good selection of cheese, salami and other Italian goods. The staff are very friendly and welcoming too which is great to see - a proper local business.

Fantastic service, and the food is hot

Absolutely lovely. I had a really tasty sandwich that I really enjoyed. Rosemary ham, mozzarella and mustard on a toasted barm. Spot on and I'll be back soon hopefully.

THE SHOP/ DELICATESSEN IS FANTASTIC TOO( TRY THE COFFEE'S AND THE PEACH JUICE ) AND YOU CAN HAVE ANY OF THE FOOD TO TAKE OUT ALSO . YEP 5 STARS 🌟 PLUS FOR ME.
