De todas las tiendas comida rápida que he estado, esto es, de lejos, el mejor en Cardiff. Tienen buenas ofertas a un precio asequible, que le dejará queriendo más. He estado pidiendo desde aquí por un tiempo, así que he tenido el placer de probar más cosas del menú y ¡no puedo pensar en un lugar mejor en Cardiff, que ofrece pizzas, hamburguesas o kebabs! Ordenar por teléfono o en la tienda la persona que toma el orden siempre es amable y servicial, encontrar el mejor precio para usted. El servicio de entrega la mayoría de los días es lo más rápido que he tenido con la comida enviada a menos de 30 minutos bien caliente pero tienes que respeto son una opción muy popular negocios, así que esta vez los fines pueden dejar a alrededor de 45 minutos, que todavía es rápido teniendo en cuenta que es temporada alta. He pedido desde aquí por lo menos una vez o dos veces a la semana, la familia le encanta, y nunca he tenido ningún problema. brilliant food and good customer service took 30 mins to deliver about average time to where I live and driver was really polite

Ordered from rocket joes who took the order and promised a delivery of 45 -60 mins after an hour we had a call from the driver saying he could not find us although we are one turn from a major road, he then asked us to go to meet him at a different address to which we refused as we are paying for delivery.he then told us he would find us.after a further 20 mins we heard nothing and contacted the store to which we where told he would contact the driver and let us know, a further 15 mins went by and we contacted them again and where abruptly told that he was speaking to the driver and hung up yet more time past and we had to contact them again with no joy we then cancelled. This was 2 hours of waiting and still have no food we are now ordering with another firm but have a lot of hungry people, would recommend to never use them very poor.

If you want a stomach ache and abusive customer sales, This place is perfect for you! Ive ordered from them 2 times, and both times i have had the worst service possible. First time delivery was extremely late, food was cold, when i rang to complain the advisor ignored my request and said food left hot and i am just making this up. So i heated in my microwave and continued eating.Second time, it was my wife who ordered, if i knew she was placing an order with this horrible company i would of talked her out of it. This time donner meat was like rubber, i rang to explain what they have delivered, the receptionist replied thats how they serve their food. I was in shock, they didn't even try and fix the problem, i then said i will express my misery in a review, his reply good luck we are not even on trip advisor!Following day, my stomach was aching, I felt like i had food poisoning, and mind you there was no chilli sauce or anything that should upset my stomach. I am in shock how health is still leaving this place open. I read articles that reads there is another brand in Roath area that was shut down due to poor hygiene, i hope they look into this branch too!
