Lovely little find. A delightful tea room with a great selection of cakes, tea & coffee. We had homemade welsh cakes (which were warmed up for us) and a Lemon & Earl Grey cake, all of which were gorgeous. A very friendly welcome from the gentleman serving us and he even took the time to show us and tell us about local attractions. I would definitely recommend this tea room to anyone in Llandrindod Wells.

Friendly gentleman who did not rush us and just about the only place open late afternoon in Llandrindod Wells for a cup of coffee. Very nice coffee. Very nice cakes. Bit small but cosy atmosphere.

Visiting my home town, after many years, we stopped in Rock Park, to look around the area, where I did some of my growing up. The Cafe was a nice surprise, and we enjoyed our teas & coffees, welsh cakes, but the best is the bara brith. Reminded me of what my Gran made. The volunteer staff are very friendly, and prices are very reasonable, as is admission to the park and the parking just outside is also free. One note, the houses pictured, are not of the cafe, but of 2 cottages, near the bowling green, one of which, was my family home.

Stumbled across this nice little cafe by chance. The cakes were delicious and the staff were so friendly. I would recommend this to anyone who fancies some tea, coffee and cake!

A tranquil setting in an already tranquil area makes for a very enjoyable stroll. We managed to spot 2 squirrels on our walk or a very busy squirrel twice. Well worth a visit. The Health Centre was once where you could participate in the taking of the spa waters. Not so these days of H&S regulations etc. There is however still a freely running spa fountain in the woodland walk, if you are brave enough to taste it. We were not. The tea rooms are a welcome area to have a rest with a cuppa and piece of cake in very tranquil surroundings. The staff were very pleasant and the area clean. Inside has limited space to sit, but there is obviously a large area outside to sit and enjoy your bevy, some under cover. Nearby is a large covered area where you might be able to sit and ponder. The photographs are obviously of the woodland walk.

stumbled on this place hidden away in the centre of a lovely park whilst on a stroll. Really enchanted with the whole place -a delapidated Victorian pump room and beautiful, distressed iron and glass canopy - I wanted to bring in a team of master builders right there and then and restore this gem to its former glory! The coffee shop is run by helpful and friendly volunteers who are a mine of information about this historic and stunning park. They bake a beautiful cake too and must have had about ten homemade ones on offer, all looked delicious and the Bara Brith was very tasty! I wanted to see characters from Alice in Wonderland frolicking here - it would have been a perfect setting for that, but the council need to plough a bit of money in to regenerate this fabulous attraction and support the volunteers, who made our visit very special.

Strolled through the Rock Park and found this little beauty. Gorgeous cake, a perfect cup of tea and warm welcoming staff - exactly what you need on a dreary slightly damp day!

Went to the coffee shop to ask about the spa. The guide came out and told us all about the spa and shown us around the pump room. The park is well worth a visit as is the cafe.

A lovely find after a pleasant walk through the cool woods of Rock Park with its Victorian atmosphere, ferns and characterful bridges and gardens. Good choice of beverages and artisan cakes. Lovely victorian iron and glass work pavilion adjacent. Good signage to other historical points of interest including the impressive lake. The woods also have playful wooden sculptures amongst the clearly marked but variable woodland paths.

Quite a steep walk down from town, but worth it to sit in a peaceful location amongst the trees. Would recommend for a light snack, tea, coffee etc. Could access with car if preferred, adequate parking in front of café.

Whilst I usually promote Deli-Licious as a good place to go if you have a Gluten Free (GF) diet, I was recently disappointed by their GF afternoon tea. I was pleased to hear they offered a GF afternoon tea but was left feeling let down by the poor selection and presentation. The normal afternoon tea was presented on either a picnic bench or a three tiered serving stand, mine was just put on a plate with no effort to make it look like everyone else’s in the group, making me feel like an outcast. At a cost of £16.95, it certainly wasn’t value for money.

Found this cafe on line, glad we did, the guys were so welcoming, even the dog was welcomed in. We both had the big cooked breakfast, wow, it’s not very often I actually enjoy a cooked breakfast but this was amazing, really good quality ingredients cooked perfectly. We’d happily go back.

We stayed in the village in May and visited Gegin Fach for breakfast a couple of times. It was absolutely fabulous! I had the full English breakfast both times and it was delicious. The staff and locals couldn't have been more friendly. Would highly recommend.

Passing through on a biking challenge over the weekend we found this cosy authentic welsh pub. The staff were incredibly welcoming, the beer selection was perfect and they couldn’t do more for us! Would definitely return if in the area again!
