I see a lot of compliments on the food here in reviews, but to be honest I think the lack of consistency is a problem. They use good ingredients, and generally when I order a breakfast item it is okay, but there is always something that lets it down. For example, the eggs benedict is made to near perfection; the poached eggs are spot on, the English muffin and smoked ham are great, but it is then covered in a drizzle of hollandaise that is too thin (or split). Pancakes and bacon are hit and miss, usually over done, or more likely reheated, so they are like bricks. It is a shame, because I like coming here but rarely find that the food is perfect. Please just tighten up what you send out.

Great food with great service, however the venue looked very tired and in need of a revamp!
