I ordered a Mexicano burger from here and it was beautiful all up until I found a hair in it which put me off massively but apart from that the delivery came early and service was amazing, just the food wasn't the best.

Muhammad served me and my family with the utmost respect served all of our needs.

Very over priced, quality extremely poor, food was not fresh, the chicken was cold, the chips were reheated. Would not recommend anyone, if you insist on trying this place you'll be wasting your money.

Food is never ever fresh always tastes like its from the day before is always cold. Even when u ask the staff before ordering will it be fresh they say yes yes will be fresh but then it isnt & cold. Other people have had same issue as i can see from the reviews

Very busy due to few days of gathering in the big markaz masjid. Food was great. Went for round 2 few hours later before heading back to Birmingham.

I tried what the chef proposed to me. I even saw him preparing the dish for me. He took his time to make a very special burger for me and he does it every time for everybody. It is his passion. The chicken was so tender and it just melted in my mouth. Thank you chef for such a wonderful burger. I would highly recommend Chickanos in Dewsberry. It is halal certified. It is better than any other fast food joints. The staff are also very kind and respectful and do all they can to make you a happy client and they deserve our appreciation. Keep up the good quality and see you all soon again

Buffalo runch the best burger in the world.

Ordered a buffalo salad from uber eats at a cost of 9.15 and they now use tiny square bowls and the garlic sauce tubs are tiny and 50p each...beware portion sizes are quarter what they used to be and processed are higher

Ordered via uber, chips were cold, from previous day re-fried! When contacted, guy wasn't willing to listen, just stated oh it's a new bag of chips, will be back to normal tomorrow. I informed him this wasn't to do with the brand of chips or whatever, more the fact they were old from the day before and fried again. He just completely ignored this and said try again tomorrow. If I'm paying money for some food, I expect to be edible! Will not be ordering from this branch again. Stick to the Batley branch guys, they seem to have had the customer service training whereas these guys haven't!!!

Ordered off Uber, food came and the chips were old, you could tell they were re fried and looked like they were from the day before! Called them up to raise this issue with them. They replied with "we know, we've had complaints about these new chips we've tried and we've got one box left, then we'll go back to the normal ones" even though that's a lie it's still atrocious to know that they have known about this problem and still using them chips, just to save a few quid that they might have spent on them. Also, the way these people speak on the phone is unprofessional to say the least. Order from Batley Chickanos next time or even a meal deal from asda would be worth the money more than this.

Ridiculously expensive meals and shocking that they don't do any offers but otherwise the burgers are really good. Very unique taste and you will want to go back for more if you can afford it.

Never ever had any problems with Chickanos at all. Ordered on JustEat 20 minutes until closing time which I understand was pushing it but my order was confirmed way before they closed. 20 minutes later I get an update “Assigning a driver” 5 minutes after “Driver assigned” 30 minutes after that “Driver at restaurant” 15 minutes after that “Order cancelled” If my order couldn’t have been possible to deliver, I would’ve appreciated the order not being confirmed originally. (Not to mention help from JustEat is useless and the restaurant number says busy when trying to call).

Absolutely ridiculous. Placed order around 10:35 only for them to fk around for over an hour and cancelled our order at 11:45. Tried calling for over 30 minutes no answer. They kept updating just eat until finally cancelling our order. Definitely not going to order from here again, if they had cancelled straight away knowing they can’t make our order, we could’ve gone somewhere else, scumbags

3 Star: - 1 For the Service - 1 For the Food Quality - 1 For the aesthetics Unfortunately, loses out on prices which are extortionate for a takeaway. Also, the food quantity in my opinion is a let down. Once upon a time was one of the best takeaways around for the price, food quality & quantity. How times have changed, there are now other better options I would visit that are worth the money.

Today is the time I have ordered from here. I am VERY particular. However, I read the hygiene rating, and decided to give it a try. I had a simple chicken burger, and my daughter had a Mountain burger meal, and extra strips.Absolutely delicious! It was hot, nicely packaged, and unlike some places, the burger didn’t look as if it had been slapped on the bun, and the lettuce etc was placed nicely in the bun. The fries were crispy, and overall there was not even a hint of grease or oil! The fries were also really tasty, and the chicken strips were, according to my daughter, ‘phenomenal’! We will definitely be ordering lunch from here again. It’s great to have whilst working at home, as a ready made delight for lunch.

Place is advertised as open until 11pm but has been closing at 9pm for the past few days. I understand it's Ramadan but surely it doesn't take much effort to update your website to reflect this. Oh btw, Chicanos in Batley is open till 11pm.

If you fancy a quick burger in the Dewsbury area its pretty good. Not something I would rave about but it was average, got the chicken stacked burger and chips.

What I most liked about this Chikanos is thier Chips, crispy and tasty, sent my eyes rolling.... In all fairness, they make a good grade chicken and chips

it's ok nothing special, I paid about £7.50 for a sloppy burger that tasted pretty nice, saying that I only went as chicken stop was closed for Ramadan. I also went for a rice bowl to find out they don't sell them :(

So I turn up to pay for my food - "sorry cash only " so I had to go to a cash point which delayed me aother 10mins Then I get a burger with a fillet that's half the size (picture uploaded) of what it should be and thin as anything ! Not impressed ... And then the price of it is a different story - poor food for the price paid . Every burger is fried, when you pay £6.99 for a burger meal you would expect some quality .

Appalling customer service placed my order at half 10 on just eat kept and delaying my order made me wait 2hrs came to 12am still not arrived kids wanted it from this place never again now can't order from elsewhere coz money been taken out spent £30 at this place.Tried contacting them no answer nothing atleast have the decency to get back to your customers and tell them you won't be delivering their food basic customer service skills.
