Rip off starters, smallest 2 inch samosa I have ever seen. Items not as stated on the menu they said the printers got the menu wrong!!!

I have been travelling to Rivaaz8 on the back of coronation Streets own Andy Whyments reccomendation seeing his food on Instagram so thought I'd see what all the fuss was about. I wasn't disappointed. The food is amazing and the service is amazing too. I've been back many times now and although it's not around the corner for me, if you want a good curry, look no further. Its well worth it. Lovely people, great service and great tasty currys. Thanks guys and see you all this weekend :) Liam Gallagher

1st time using here. A little disappointed with a 2 hour wait and I understand its probably one of the busiest nights but when I rang and chased it up ... the chef was just finishing it up. 45 mins later food arrived (10min drive away) .... the food balances this disappointing wait out. Very good tasty food .. Great portions and very very impressed with it. You pulled it out of the bag.

Placed an order on line. Took the money. Then rejected the order as they were too busy. Rang them.. 3 days for a refund. Maybe don't take people's money if u have no intention of fulfilling the order eh??? Never again will I prop up their fraudulent cash flow improvement process. Rip off merchants

The food was greasy and all over the bag, that norm of Indian takeout food but I can smell the mixture all aromatic smell from all the dishes. I ordered few starters and 8 main course, All main course marked 8/8, the smell, flavour and the kick on each dish was unique and it felt like 8 doors of heaven opened when lids was taken of cointainer. This was the best ever and whole family given full mark. It's the best place without a doubt in Northwest. I will be back

You see on TV , support your local business during the pandemic, happy to do that and was happy to walk into my local takeaway to see it was very busy . I ordered my food over the internet, which I normally do with no issues at all. This time not quite the same. Ordered my food as normal for a 6.30 collection time , arrived on time, told the young lad behind the till what I had ordered. By 7 I was still sat waiting for my food. When I asked where my food was I was asked how I had ordered it , told them through the internet and showed them my receipt. I was told they they had not received proof of payment from their third party company that they use for internet orders, I shown them my email and proof of receipt but they still refused to give me my food, they said I had to take it up with internet orders , really ! this is not my company, why should I have to sort out a company they use to take their orders. I was handed a phone, yes handed a phone in this pandemic and told to speak to internet orders to get a refund. I really just wanted my food. After a heated argument I was given a cash refund of £6.50 , really would you argue with a customer over £6.50 who has proof of payment. Certainly will not use them in the future, Amans sell the same food and are much more polite so will support my local business this way instead. Shocking customer service

Ordered stater and main over the phone ready for collection in 40 mins didn’t have to wait on arrival staff very pleasant and food was excellent at a affordable price. probably the best takeaway in the area and on parr with best restraunt food but much cheaper.

Excellent all curries authentic and the o ion bhajies the best ever tasted Delivery service second to none Never disappointed been trying numerous curries but this is the best return back each time and it is a delight x
