Invited to double surprise 40th party, DJ played good tunes, karaoke playing during the night. Staff welcoming.

Lovely service & ideal place for a small function eg baby shower. We supplied our own food. There was a lovely atmosphere & the lady who runs it was on hand to help with anything. Defo reccommend.

We got married at ritz showbar and fuction room last weekend and it was amazing wendy and the team are so helpful and catered to all our needs and requests we couldnt have thought of a better place to spend our special day at 💕

My daughter had her wedding 12/8/23 fanstastic venue great service and staff were great definitely recommend for a party wendy went up and beyond to help my daughter and son in law have the best time thank you x

Good place to hold a party, but last orders was 11.30pm, earlier than most pubs.

Had a surprise party at the bar recently. I couldn’t have pulled it off without Wendy, so helpful and kind and organised everything for us. Room, decoration, food and drink all fabulous. Bar staff so friendly and welcoming. Wonderful party had by all. Thank you !

We booked the function room out for mine and my brother joint birthday such an amazing night staff are so friendly and welcoming bouncers amazing and friendly , Wendy was great helped us put up my balloon arch and sorted the room out for us it looked amazing dj and karaoke was fab great atmosphere he had everyone dancing definitely recommend booking ritz show bar for your events

It's a nice venue. Did not have food so could not comment. Service was good. Beer prices are high.

Owner is difficult even when you book in a venue! Would highly recommend not going!

Wow what a night landlord n lady, bar man to door man you guys are absolutely amazing best night ever from loo roll to bin bags nothing was too much for you guys n you smashed it!!!! A really nice two Room Club. Front bar with pool table and a large comfortable function room with a bar and a stage. We saw GB news live, Nigel Farage interview Dean Windass, and there was a really good local singer and guitarist to close the show. A really good evening. Nice pub.

Had a brilliant country and western night with friends would highly recommend if you love Country music 🎶

Had our engagement party at the venue and was a really good night. Thanks to Wendy for sorting things out. Booked the DJ the venue provide and he was also very good and played all the artists I requested, would recommend overall.

Wasn't happy after booking and paying for the room,DJ and buffet week in advance to be told at 10pm they hadn't supplied a buffet I waited a very long time to then be told they sent out for pizza's not what I asked for they arrived very late. The DJ wasn't up to the job kept playing kids songs at a 40th birthday celebration so all in all not Happy with the service we received

Had daughters 21st birthday party here on Saturday very expensive for what it was, was supposed to have room 7-12 DJ was packing up just after 11, last orders called at 11.15 .

Well what can I say about Ritz. Poor live music sets, poor hygiene, dirty in general. Avoid if you wish to keep your sense of hearing... Where do you find these singers.???

Bit run down, beer prices average and prosecco is Asda's £6 bottle but charging £12+.

Recently had my wedding reception there. A few mixups but overall quite accommodating.

Great place to visit, Sunday nights are great with John on the karaoke, with good singers and a good friendly crowd of people and very friendly bar staff.Owner Steve Lunn is a great host, worth a visit if you have never been, hope he buys me a beer for this reveiw, only kidding Steve.
