Horrible service, order completely wrong and frankly inedible - never have I been spoken to like that when ordering food. Will never return

Is this place still open? Drove round last night and last weekend but closed both times.

The food is alright customer service is bad if you like bad customer service this is for you, the guy working there is probably not keeping with a proper hygiene code, his hands are dirty at times visibly not only that getting your money back for a order that is wrong is difficult and time consuming and emotionally draining the guy makes you feel at fault for it, just save your time and make your own kebab or just go to a different place, I hardly do reviews but I feel like this is deserved for how much money I paid. Atleast I got my money back, also he short changes you indefinitely if you've got coins, I hope this review serves as a lesson to not trust this place or any places especially if the reviews are not good.

Service was really quick, our waitress Krish was super friendly and helpful and food was tasty!

Ordered at 10.45pm no delivery came rung up and was informed at 11.20 my pizza would be leaving the shop it never came wouldnt answer the phone wouldnt recommended if you have had a hard day and wanted something quick to eat disgrace of a franchise😤😤 four star west belfast
