Delivery driver dropped the side order on the floor at my front door, said he would bring back a replacement and never turned up. Disappointed he didn’t stick to his word.

shocking . food was cold and stale. arguing as it took 12 minutes to arrive it wasnt there problem. the attitude was disgusting. got told to just call just eat if i had a problem. yet just eat keeps telling me to contact restaurant. dont care if it came in 12 minuots from pick up, how do i know it wasnt left whilst they waited on a driver

Awful… absolutely terrible and disgusting… cold greasy pizza and frozen mozzarella sticks …. I saw all the great reviews and thought we can give it a go … never again …

really disappointed greasy, too much cheese and hardly any toppings, had chicken bacon n double pepperoni on one, there was hardly anything on it and about 5 pieces of pepperoni under tons of cheese, and other was double bacon double chicken with hardly any toppings, tons of cheese, greasy, didnt get eaten either of them, garlic bread over cooked too

Ordered through the website. finished order it said that the order had failed. recreated the order and it went though. checked recent ordered and it had gone though twice, called up to cancel one order and they said they couldn't. refused order at door. No emails confirming order either.

I'm not a big pizza fan, but rios is amazing and always so fresh.We are now pizza addicts! Every pizza we have had has been gorgeous, and we have family close by who also big up rios pizza. My mom stays with us frequently and she said its the best tasting pizza she's ever had. Well done to all the staff. Keep up the good work, we are customers for life.

just paid £13.99 for a 6 slice pizza for the instructions not to be followed in relation to my base,waited 1hour and 50mins for the pizza to be more cheese couldn't detect much toppings

crust on pizza was very very well done ( overcooked) . rest of order was ok though I guess but not brilliant .. Sorry just being honest guys

Came here last night for a couple of pizza's, we live in Rushall and we had heard how good their pizza's was. We was not disappointed, the dough is so fresh. Had fries and garlic bread aswell. Will definitely be coming back again!

Absolutely awful had a new card so couldn't order online until I'd registered my card so phoned up they said £21for a 12* pizza stuffed crust! Cost a lot less on line. Never using them again

Ordered food for 3 people all food was Hot and tasted great…

Delivery drivers require manners and local geography. After unable to find property and ringing me and me explaining he was is the wrong place he proceeded to ignore me. Contact made with Rio’s. Driver finally arrived around 15 mins after 1st call so food only just about warm. Knocking doors may need to be taught also as I can only describe his effort as an elephant running at a wall. Rude and obnoxious

Absolutely beautiful food! We have ordered quite late a few times, iv found with most kabab places, the later you order the less fresh the salad, fries ect is, Not here, The stuffed crust pizza is amazing! I don't know what cheese you guys use but OMG! Chicken meat, best kabab iv ever had. Donner, actually tastes like lamb unlike donner from chippys that just taste bland. Salad, fries, so fresh. Deffo our new fav place to order from. Keep up the amazing work!!

2nd order now and we've found our new spot. pizza was amazing and the stuffed crust was so nice, we couldnt even describe how nice it was if we was asked. this place does things right. best food ever! kebab meets also on point!

the delivery driver was very rude and disrespectful, put his foot inside my door and asked if i had payed after looking around my dinning room

Really disappointed. The pizza bases are mass produced ones that they seem to top, and taste like they’ve been frozen. If I wanted a pizza that tasted like a frozen pizza I’d have bought one for a quarter of the price.

Pretty much perfect everytime I use Rios .. My go to kebab and pizza place now and driver friendly too .. A++++

I would definitely recommend! My order was absolutely delicious! Nice and hot when it arrived. Loved my chicken fillet burger and fries while my partner enjoyed Rio's Box and Rio's sauce! I Will DEFINITELY order from here again.
