Just ordered loaded fries to take out left the shop when I did park up and had a bite omg there was a nasty smell and taste not sure if the cheese was off or chicken tried calling them but no answer this is not loaded fries this is a botched up job and fat chicken pieces thrown with the fries

The best Piri Piri chicken I’ve ever tasted! I have tried their half chicken and wings Mild and lemon flavour and wow it was so delicious. Staff here is very helpful specially Harris on the till, he was very kind and friendly. Will definitely recommend this place to everyone.

All food was cold, absolutely disappointed as this isn’t the level of expectation I expected from this restaurant as reviews say otherwise. I demand a refund as all the food wasn’t eatable it was that cold

Terrible service. Guy at the counter took my order incorrectly and still charged me to change it when I clearly told him listen to the cctv as I know what I said. Asked for bbq sticky wings and wasn't bbq at all just chilli to the point I couldn't eat it. NOT TO BE RECOMMENDED TO ANYBODY

Rio,s Piri Piri SmaLL heath It is in a very beautifuL Location and there is a very nice sitting area and there is a park in front with a very nice view....💕 The food options very good, and I would suggest trying the family PLatter options as it is a big portion of food👍 The Mighty Kofta just is unique to this pLace.The speed of service I would give this a very stabLe 5 stars***** Service is top notch and especiaLLy the staff is quite responsive and cooperative👍

The food was very good but i found a small metal part in the fries,

sorry boys but the wings were very dry and the fact that they were ever so small made matters even worse. a couple of wings were like taking burnt skin off the bone. I've left 3 stars because the fries were good, sauce is always good and 75% of the wings were ok.

The food was delivered late, I called the food shop and the food ready 20 before the driver arrived. It was stale and the frango clbirher bun was not fresh and tasted dry and the chicken no properly cooked. I was unable to complete my burger meal as the food was not upto the mark and the burger bun was dry.

Honestly Probably the best chicken burger I've tried in Birmingham. Crispy and well made with the right spice. The sauce has a lovely kick with it and the fries well done. Imo beats dixie and uk fried chicken and those competing chains in the halal food market in bham. Definitely recommend a visit and staff are friendly and warm. I hope they're on Ubereats ?

This was by far THE most delicious, fresh and HOT burger! Honestly the service was amazing, and I felt as if I’m eating at the shop it was that fresh. I never ever leave reviews but I had to this time !

Best rios in birmingham manager is very polite bearded brother with glasses always go the extra mile for me and my family. Food is very fresh and hygiene is really good. I used to go meri go but the food is terrible now always dry chicken and they double dip the fries highly recommend this place. Also it’s HMC and they take card and have plenty of seating and have rest room facilities!

Order a takeaway on just eat & had ordered a wings meal. When the food arrived my wings were a portion of a kids meal had no meat on them & wasn't happy with what I received. Wasn't worth the money that I had paid for.

My daughter loves Rio's Grande burger. I took her to this place for the first time and we weren't disappointed. Both Frango and Grande burgers were very nicely made and the service was very good. Food was served hot and tasted very nice. Thank you for the great food. Keep it up guys
