Pirlos Pizza in Birmingham

It was a gift, but they said it was delicious

great service great food as always

food was horrendous. Don't know what the meat was on the pizza, was meant to be chicken but was minced and grey, fried was cold, me and partner had rough stomach from this food.

food was fresh and still hot when delivered, great delivery time too!!

Delivery was a nightmare , phoned twice and tried to deliver wrong food and when eventually arrived was cold

First time ordering from here and the food received was hot tasty and plentiful will order again 👍

Was so bad last time we ordered , think they had forgot to put the sauce on, but we decided to try again and today it was how it should be ! Hot and cooked lovely, really nice pizza even it was late

Food cold nuggets inedible salad in kebab was a tiny but if lettuce food was late first and last time ordering from here

to be that late then forget cheesecake and still charge for it

The order arrived an hour late than the estimated time, making it 2 hours since the order was placed! I called the restaurant to enquire and was told the order was 5 minutes away. It was a further 20 minutes before it arrived. I requested a refund as the wait was excessive, but the restaurant has denied this. I will never order from this restaurant again as the food wasn't even that great and the staff in the restaurantwere not helpful at all. My kids were hungry waiting.

Gone down hill recently,nothing fresh pizza was like it came out fridge the cheese already melted and dried up like eating rubber , had to warm pizza up in microwave ,jus like last week fries where sweaty and chewy ,literally inedible ,must be reheated in shop ,use to be so nice, cant support the shop if this is food they serving , its been a good run its time to say good bye

I waited for the foods for one hour after making the order. My boyfriend went out to take a look. He saw a car on the street outside. I phoned to the Pizza shop to ask about the food which hadn’t been come. The shop just asked me to wait. Finally, the delivery driver called me …. We waited for the food over 75 mins and my boyfriend went out and found that the driver just in the same car which my boyfriend seen it before. If I know the food would arrive over 75mins . I would not make the order.

My food was cold and not safe and edible to eat, the chicken was also pink.

delivery was slap bang on time. the food was ok.

Driver was very professional and on time.

Waiting for the food was quite stressful, not knowing if you'll receive it, however after contacting the restaurant and talking to the staff, there was confusing around delivery off food, but we all quickly realised there was a mistake and the matter got dealt with straight away. Which I thank the staff for there help throughout

tha naan bread was hard and donner meat was dry

My order was wrong but Just-eats fault not the restaurant. Food is still beautiful as always. Delivery driver Maddie was lovely, helpful and polite. I called the restaurant and they was really helpful. Will always order from here.

Made an order of 50 pound for the food to come freezing cold, phoned the shop to rectify the problem to be told that its not the shops fault didn't replace the order avoid this place at all costs!! Staff clearly need training on customer service and communication

This is the second time I've had a pizza from Pirlos and they do great pizza's. I had the Hawaiian pizza. Hot and tasty. Also the Pirlos special dip was great too. Perfect pizza, great dip. I would recommend. 10 out of 10.

Meat lovers was burned and hard. Mexican was good but turns out buy one get one free is only get regular free. Had to order extra food from local burger shop.

ordered at 6, was supposed to arrive between 7.05-7.25, had to phone the shop at 7.50 who told me my food had just left, finally arrived at 8.25. foods lovely but wait time isn't really worth it as my youngest child was nearly asleep with no dinner by the time it arrived

we only live on the same road so that was why so quick but we ordered from our local pub it's always so great food staff are brilliant

I rang the shop and was confronted by a rude worker saying my order was 10 minutes away then waited 20 mins rang and was told another 10 mins it was so late and the food was cold

Order took two hours to arrive! When we ordered it said a one hour delivery time. Only updated the delivery time when we asked for an update through just eat after an hour and a half. Paid for extra olives on the pizza and there weren’t any. Not impressed.

They left me on hold for 12 minutes while I listened to there conversation in the background, very rude indeed I heard a lot of swearing an they said “is she still there” then put the phone down… MANAGER needs to fix up his staff before he doesn’t have any customers.

The food was ordered at 7.10 and arrived at 22.00. The restaurant was contacted 3/4 times to enquire where it was. All the food was cold when it arrived and had to be reheated to be edible. Bitterly disappointed in what is usually a good place to order from.

I love this place and order from here regularly. This time though I was disappointed. My pizza was definitely undercooked. The base was not cooked and had to throw an XL pizza away!

Food was 45 mins later than the latest time it said, i called the shop was told 10 to 15 minutes then had to call again 35 mins later as was told another 10-15 minutes, in total was over 45 minutes late

Food took 2hours 20 mins sent me a message say to it had been delivered and it wasn't. Pizzas was cold chips and hard like a re heat!! Not happy at all

My order was late for 30 minutes and the restaurant did not inform me. I called the restaurant and was told it will be delivered within 2 minutes., but my food didn’t arrive until 20:00. When the food arrived the pizza was cold.

Late, says it’s been delivered and hasn’t and will more than likely be cold when it is, won’t be using again!!
