Pirlos Pizza in Birmingham

Had doner meat and chips and doner meat very greaasy

Gone down hill recently,nothing fresh pizza was like it came out fridge the cheese already melted and dried up like eating rubber , had to warm pizza up in microwave ,jus like last week fries where sweaty and chewy ,literally inedible ,must be reheated in shop ,use to be so nice, cant support the shop if this is food they serving , its been a good run its time to say good bye

Chicken was dry as anything; chips was cold and soggy , won’t be ordering again

The food come cold and it didn’t taste good like usual I’m highly disappointed because I do not normally have any complaints this time it has really let me down wasted my hard earned money on this food

I waited for the foods for one hour after making the order. My boyfriend went out to take a look. He saw a car on the street outside. I phoned to the Pizza shop to ask about the food which hadn’t been come. The shop just asked me to wait. Finally, the delivery driver called me …. We waited for the food over 75 mins and my boyfriend went out and found that the driver just in the same car which my boyfriend seen it before. If I know the food would arrive over 75mins . I would not make the order.

Waiting for the food was quite stressful, not knowing if you'll receive it, however after contacting the restaurant and talking to the staff, there was confusing around delivery off food, but we all quickly realised there was a mistake and the matter got dealt with straight away. Which I thank the staff for there help throughout

Disgraceful on all parts. Chicken may as well have been clucking and running about. Would never order from here again. I have proof with pictures

My order was wrong but Just-eats fault not the restaurant. Food is still beautiful as always. Delivery driver Maddie was lovely, helpful and polite. I called the restaurant and they was really helpful. Will always order from here.

Made an order of 50 pound for the food to come freezing cold, phoned the shop to rectify the problem to be told that its not the shops fault didn't replace the order avoid this place at all costs!! Staff clearly need training on customer service and communication

This is the second time I've had a pizza from Pirlos and they do great pizza's. I had the Hawaiian pizza. Hot and tasty. Also the Pirlos special dip was great too. Perfect pizza, great dip. I would recommend. 10 out of 10.

Meat lovers was burned and hard. Mexican was good but turns out buy one get one free is only get regular free. Had to order extra food from local burger shop.

we only live on the same road so that was why so quick but we ordered from our local pub it's always so great food staff are brilliant

ordered at 6, was supposed to arrive between 7.05-7.25, had to phone the shop at 7.50 who told me my food had just left, finally arrived at 8.25. foods lovely but wait time isn't really worth it as my youngest child was nearly asleep with no dinner by the time it arrived

I rang the shop and was confronted by a rude worker saying my order was 10 minutes away then waited 20 mins rang and was told another 10 mins it was so late and the food was cold

Food was amazing as always, but delivery time 2 hours and no contact with the restaurant..

Order took two hours to arrive! When we ordered it said a one hour delivery time. Only updated the delivery time when we asked for an update through just eat after an hour and a half. Paid for extra olives on the pizza and there weren’t any. Not impressed.

They left me on hold for 12 minutes while I listened to there conversation in the background, very rude indeed I heard a lot of swearing an they said “is she still there” then put the phone down… MANAGER needs to fix up his staff before he doesn’t have any customers.

The food was ordered at 7.10 and arrived at 22.00. The restaurant was contacted 3/4 times to enquire where it was. All the food was cold when it arrived and had to be reheated to be edible. Bitterly disappointed in what is usually a good place to order from.

Food was 45 mins later than the latest time it said, i called the shop was told 10 to 15 minutes then had to call again 35 mins later as was told another 10-15 minutes, in total was over 45 minutes late

I love this place and order from here regularly. This time though I was disappointed. My pizza was definitely undercooked. The base was not cooked and had to throw an XL pizza away!

My order was late for 30 minutes and the restaurant did not inform me. I called the restaurant and was told it will be delivered within 2 minutes., but my food didn’t arrive until 20:00. When the food arrived the pizza was cold.

Not happy at all! Pizza was cold the pri pri wrap asked for mild and was so spicy couldn't eat it! Had a mild one before and wasn't that hot!!! Chips was also cold!!

we had peri chicken but could taste lime and mango. they didn't deliver special dip sauce and the meat pizza was very salty, and we had 3 lots of chips. driver said they were very busy, but they wont be for long if they cant get orders right.

First time I ordered from here. The pizzas were basic - not much topping on the Cajun chicken pizza; tasted like a margarita with a couple of mushrooms, a few onions, a small piece of chicken, and jalapeños scattered here and there. Wouldn’t order again.

Brilliant service, quick and friendly- best pizza I’ve had for ages

we ordered at 9:54 expecting to have food at a reasonable time. The food didn't arrive till 11:54. Although the food was nice it doesn't warrant having to wait till midnight for it and by the time it came we was basically ready for bed and not very hungry

i love this place ...never a complaint normally but food was cold and curly fries wasn't cooked enough but normally have fries so i might be wrong..other than ..delevery driver friendly happy ..like i said never a complaint..sorry guys

it was a nice pizza but I asked for cheese. stuffed crust and cheese chips and I didn't get ever. so I was disappointed about that.

The pizza was nice, was finished in one setting.

Pre-ordered in the afternoon but food arrived over an hour late. They said it was due to bad weather (did rain heavily). Provided extra chips as a gift. Delivery person was really personable and apologetic. Food was ok and will order from them again.

Pirlos missed my notes, I didn't ask for sweet corn or jalapeños. How do they expect children to eat something hot? I did not want them at all, very upset indeed, my children also were upset we had to throw the pizza away due to missed notes. please refund my money thanks.
