Pirlos Pizza in Birmingham

Order took two hours to arrive! When we ordered it said a one hour delivery time. Only updated the delivery time when we asked for an update through just eat after an hour and a half. Paid for extra olives on the pizza and there weren’t any. Not impressed.

The food was ordered at 7.10 and arrived at 22.00. The restaurant was contacted 3/4 times to enquire where it was. All the food was cold when it arrived and had to be reheated to be edible. Bitterly disappointed in what is usually a good place to order from.

Food took 2hours 20 mins sent me a message say to it had been delivered and it wasn't. Pizzas was cold chips and hard like a re heat!! Not happy at all

Food was 45 mins later than the latest time it said, i called the shop was told 10 to 15 minutes then had to call again 35 mins later as was told another 10-15 minutes, in total was over 45 minutes late

I love this place and order from here regularly. This time though I was disappointed. My pizza was definitely undercooked. The base was not cooked and had to throw an XL pizza away!

Late, says it’s been delivered and hasn’t and will more than likely be cold when it is, won’t be using again!!

My order was late for 30 minutes and the restaurant did not inform me. I called the restaurant and was told it will be delivered within 2 minutes., but my food didn’t arrive until 20:00. When the food arrived the pizza was cold.

They never delivered after waiting over an hour

pizza was under cooked...came and the cheese and source was in middle off box not on pizza ...disappointed as food is always beautiful

came with mushrooms on pizza when I asked foe no mushrooms. pizza was thin crust when asked foe regular. not the best

This delivery was over an hour and a half late, when I called I was told we are very busy. Restaurants should not accept orders when they aren’t equipped to be able to deliver

Not happy at all! Pizza was cold the pri pri wrap asked for mild and was so spicy couldn't eat it! Had a mild one before and wasn't that hot!!! Chips was also cold!!

It took over 90 mins to come and when it arrived there was a missing item.

First time I ordered from here. The pizzas were basic - not much topping on the Cajun chicken pizza; tasted like a margarita with a couple of mushrooms, a few onions, a small piece of chicken, and jalapeños scattered here and there. Wouldn’t order again.

we had peri chicken but could taste lime and mango. they didn't deliver special dip sauce and the meat pizza was very salty, and we had 3 lots of chips. driver said they were very busy, but they wont be for long if they cant get orders right.

we ordered at 9:54 expecting to have food at a reasonable time. The food didn't arrive till 11:54. Although the food was nice it doesn't warrant having to wait till midnight for it and by the time it came we was basically ready for bed and not very hungry

i love this place ...never a complaint normally but food was cold and curly fries wasn't cooked enough but normally have fries so i might be wrong..other than ..delevery driver friendly happy ..like i said never a complaint..sorry guys

it was a nice pizza but I asked for cheese. stuffed crust and cheese chips and I didn't get ever. so I was disappointed about that.

Pre-ordered in the afternoon but food arrived over an hour late. They said it was due to bad weather (did rain heavily). Provided extra chips as a gift. Delivery person was really personable and apologetic. Food was ok and will order from them again.

Pirlos missed my notes, I didn't ask for sweet corn or jalapeños. How do they expect children to eat something hot? I did not want them at all, very upset indeed, my children also were upset we had to throw the pizza away due to missed notes. please refund my money thanks.

Food was half hour late, but it arrived piping hot and was delicious, nithing that cant be put down to a busy friday night. Definitely will order again pizzas were 10/10

food was ok just a shame about the delivery took over a hour to be delivered and items missing. cheese chips were rammed into a pizza box so the cheese stuck to the lid wasn't impressed and no apology.

I ordered a pizza, a fish fillet burger and some cheesy garlic breads and will say everything was okish, my burger was burnt to a crisp where it was un edible, the pizza was mushed probably due to transit but it was fine to consume.

Used a few times now. Every time it has been excellent. Quick delivery. Always hot and fresh. The stuffed crust is the best I have had and tastes of actual cheese. Generous portions for the sides and well loaded pizzas.

Yes it was a little late.. but when the pizza is this good, it’s worth it. Pizza is always delicious here, the stuffed crust is something else.. family / friends request this when they visit.. starting to think it’s the only reason they visit us now!

I recently ordered from this restaurant. They called me to inform me that an item was missing from my order and assured me it would be delivered separately. True to their word, the missing item arrived quickly. The food was delicious and the customer service was excellent. Highly recommend!

Very disappointed,shop just opened an can tell fries have been reheated , stuck together , so are u reheating fries from day b4 how long they be sitting there , open the pizza box and its ripped off all the toppings and cheese because got everything stacked on top of it basically jus left with bread and reheated fries , 35 quid down the drain fuming

Driver couldn't find my addresss. Don't know how long he was looking before he phoned, but it took 15 mins on the phone to get him to the right place. Needless to say the food was cold by then. Not usual standard due to the lateness.

Always order from here but last weekend was awful. Curly fries were uncooked and pizza was help upside down in box so was all stuck to lid. Very disappointing

Ive ordered here a few times recently, The food came on time, it was piping had, I could tell it has been freshly cooked, portion size was good, chips hot and crunchy, love the pri pri chicken its full of flavour, I was very happy with my order and quality of food,👌 also the delivery woman and man are pleasant, professional and make an effort to get the food to you hot👍 and on time, excellent service, 🙏🏻 definitely one of my favourites online ordering.
