Breakfast & Dessert Corner @ Rooster House (Halal) in Birmingham

It was the first time going there today. All day breakfast food was absolutely lovely. We had royal breakfast and breakfast panini all enjoyed it! Didn't get to try the grill side so that's why I can't give full 5 star yet. I will be right back to try it!

Delicious breakfast made to perfection, omelette sausages turkey slices truly makes Royal along with the other items and the price point is good too.

It’s so nice to have an halal breakfast spot near me as there aren’t that many. I can honestly say The best full English breakfast I’ve had in a long time. My daughter finished every single piece on her plate mashallah. I would highly recommend this place.

Ordered the full Asian breakfast and was really impressed by the omelet. My friend was happy with his full English, pleanty of grub for the price. We had some deserts as well and the Sticky Toffee Pudding was a great size with lots of custard. Had a good time, great bang for the buck

Awful and inedible food. The jacket potato was black inside, only managed 4 forkfuls without black/grey in it. Vegetarian Asian breakfast - portion sizes are TINY! Samosas are the mini ones you get from the freezer section at the super market. Chana was in a mini pot, the size you would get a single portion of grated cheese in. Waffle with Nutella - cheap, shop bought waffle. Save your money and order elsewhere or go to the supermarket and heat it up yourself!

Jehangir is very lovely wonderful business owner. We had brunch this morning and it was lovely halal.breakfast. my son loved American breakfast. It is run with lovely friendly family business.i highly recommend this place.

We ordered breakfast waffles with chocolate sauce and the English breakfast. It was really tasty. My girls enjoyed their waffles and the English breakfast was cooked to my liking and presented well. The host was brilliant, so polite and friendly, he checked up on us a few times to see if we were okay. Overall, they did really well. The girls are looking forward to coming back again for more waffles!

Very bad service and slow service and every staff is very rude behaviour with the all delivery driver and customer as well so dont order with this shop bcz they are very rude

I ordered two jacket potatoes one with just cheese and the other with cheese and beans. Both came with cheese and beans which is not what ordered. Liked the Apple in the crumble, but not the custard and crumble.

The waffle full breakfast was amazing the waffles were so soft and melts in your mouth. My partner loved the full breakfast and said the beef bacon was great as a halal option

When ordering it said deliver 30-50 minutes. 1hr 30 minutes later it has arrived. Panini is cold & soggy. Waffle looks nothing like the photo with barely any toppings & only one small scoop of ice cream when picture shows 3. Very very disappointing, first time ordering & won’t be bothering again

Very good ambience and the food was nice. If they served the Full English Breakfast with chips it would have been a win. There is also 1 hr Free Parking across the street which is brilliant. I’ll be back

Me and my family really enjoyed our breakfast here, great options and excellent service. I travelled down from London and was not disappointed the full English was superb the halal sausages and rashers were great and the star of the show was the spicy beans.. I would 100% come back here.. we went to many places during our Birmingham stay but this was one of our highlights

We recently enjoyed a delightful desi breakfast at this place, featuring the Royal Asian breakfast, channa masala, and samosa chat. The paya was exceptionally flavorful, easily one of the best we've had in Birmingham, and the accompanying tea was delightful. The samosa chat was also a hit! To top it off, the biscoff and pistachio dessert was a real treat. The breakfast here is not only delicious but also easy on the wallet. Highly recommend!

Vegetarian asian breakfast is amazing! The channa is really good (I could eat it everyday 🤣), paratha is great too. Friendly, warm and kind service. We'll be coming back again! Highly recommend

We ordered desi breakfast and egg sandwich. It was rubbish and egg sandwich was not eatable. tasteless stuff...big mistake to order food from here ...not recommended 😕

I love this place, great food, great service, good prices, food is all made freshly. we drove 30-40 mins from Walsall just for the homemade biscoff cheesecake As a wheelchair user i had no problems, they were happy to help, made me feel comfortable

By far such a comforting experience having breakfast here before heading to Bourneville. The Full English did the job indeed, eggs on point, along with the sausages, beans and toast! Orange juice was nice and fresh. Such lovely customer service from the two ladies running the place at the time and will highly recommend to family and friends when going for a breakfast! Great job team!

I went to Roosters for my graduation lunch. I didn't get anything from the breakfast and dessert place. These two businesses, interestingly, share the same location, with the aisle basically separating them. Rooster has Carribbean, Turkish, and maybe Indian food because I saw a dude eating a Chappati while I was there. Maybe he got it from the breakfast place though. The food is mostly good but the wait time is something else. Took nearly a hour for our meals to arrive and there was just 2 of us. I don't want to imagine what the wait time would be if we were in a group. Also, the wait time estimations that we were given was clearly a lie. Food wasn't ready in 20 minutes. Was the food worth the wait? I guess so but one hour is a really long time to wait for food when one is clearly hungry. We had to keep checking at the front to see if our food was ready too. This place could clearly use some more organisational management. Perhaps an order number that could be called out when the food is ready would go a long way too. Wasn't a totally satisfying experience I must say.

Chana masala: flavour good, a bit oily Bad customer service (rude staff) Needs to learn a bit about hospitality, even if the food is not excellent but customer remembers good hospitality. I wouldn't ever come back to this place just because how he behaved with me. Suggestion for staff: if customers has doubts, staff should help them resolve it, not frown and make them feel as if the staff is doing a favor. (This is directed towards the elderly man in the breakfast corner, the rest were very polite and nice 🙂) Suggestion for the business: Instead of defending, first ask what happened. This is a bad sign that you want to manipulate your reviews instead of improving. Again food was good, but hospitality🫤

Stopped here to eat breakfast on our way to Cadburys world. We were running late but the man and he’s family worked really hard and packed everything nicely for us so we could make it to Cadbury world on time. I tried the English royal breakfast at this restaurant for the first time, and it was a great experience. The entire food options are halal, which is good for anyone who wants that. They also have food for vegetarians. The restaurant feels like a family-run place, and the staff was really helpful. The English royal breakfast was delicious! Stayed a night in Birmingham with the family, found this place via Google as we where looking for a halal breakfast cafe. Food and service was great, everything was fresh! Recommended.

We purposely travelled 18 miles to come here as nowhere local to us does a halal full English. We were not disappointed and would be more than happy to make the journey again just to come here. The food was delicious, presentation perfect and service fab. My daughter had a chocolate banana waffle and she said it was the best she ever tasted!

I came for the breakfast with a friend because we were looking for halal food and was pleasantly surprised, its a very small quiet place but food and service was wonderful would recommend.

I left the previous review and wasn’t happy with the delivery and food for a few orders but today I ordered again hoping I would get a good breakfast and I was not disappointed! Food was late. Delivery time changed. Food arrived cold. Hardly any filling in the stuffed potatos. Tea was spilled out. And one parata was missing. Used to really enjoy breakfast from here but for the last few orders theres always something missing or wrong.

The food was good but service so poor we had to Wait for the food more then an hour

It was Friday when I visited late morning there. The person taking my order told me straight away even before we took a seat that in an hour they'll close down for 30 mins for Friday prayers so no orders will be fulfilled at that time. Which is fine and totally respect that. But at least we should have been seated before informing us about their plans. The food we ordered definitely felt like it was made in hurry because they didn't want to miss the Friday prayers. The omelette was soaking wet in oil and the sausage tasted a bit funny. Would recommend this place only going on any other day apart from Friday.

We have been to the dessert corner for breakfast many times. While it can take time to get your food this is because it is all cooked from fresh. Each of their breakfasts tastes great and is always cooked well. I especially love their desi breakfast and chaat. They also do the best waffles I've had in ages and only £1 extra for waffle with breakfast. Love this place and will go back whenever possible for a decent breakfast/lunch.

Best breakfast place I’ve probably ever eaten before!! The owner was extremely welcoming and nice and his daughters were just the sweetest. Me and my friend were both on a business trip when we ran across the place on Uber east. Saw that it was 5 mins away from our location so we dined it. The food was freshly served. Nice hot breakfast. 10/10 would definitely return there again

I had the full English with desi tea, my brother has the royal breakfast and my sister had waffles with strawberries, I must say for the price the food was AMAZING!! Definitely give this place a try as it’s underrated!!

Breakfast & Dessert corner is the best place for your delicious halal breakfasts in different styles from English to Asian style and if course the Royal breakfast. They have a lovely variety of cakes and desserts along with a range of tasteful coffees and cappuccinos from lovely roast coffee beans. I would recommend this place if you are looking for value for money 💰👍

Highly recommend this place! I visited this place twice now and will visit again as they have a good variety of breakfast options, and everything taste great also the food is well priced. Try the spicy beans or any other desi option when here. Seems to be run by a small family which they provide you a warm friendly service. Only downside is this place is too far away from me otherwise I would have visited every single week.

Great place for breakfast. It didn’t open at the time advertised on their website but a call to the owner (Jahangir) assured us they were on their way. Fantastic choices for breakfast and their Royal breakfast is amazing along with the spicy beans. Took one star off as the place was not as clean as it should have been. The mens toilet was also in need of a good clean. The quality of the food was outstanding.

Waited over an hour for breakfast to be told it will be another twenty mins. Ended up walking out. Would not recommend unless you have plenty of time to wait around. And they only had 3 tables in at the time so do not understand what took so long for a cup of tea and omelette that I didn’t even have as we was running late.
