Awful awful, took 25 minutes for my order and it wasn’t busy I got corn on the cob and the rodeo burger meal (which does not look like the photo at all) yes no chips because they forgot them !!! So paid £11.05 for two items. Abseloute joke

This used to be mine & partners favourite local, was our first pick of treat every time! We recently moved half an hour away and still find a way to come and collect our favourite food! Chicken and rice box meal with peri chips is my favourite thing ever! Partner orders wings and burgers. The garlic mayo is the best you’ll find, perfect! Never had a bad meal and will continue ordering our favourite from this place. Had to leave the review after introducing my side of the family to this place and wow they all loved it!

Chicken and Rice is an absolute favourite that hits hard every single time ! Forget Pepe’s and Nando’s . I must have had RIO’s 100 times and can’t beat it . Every 6 orders on the app gives a free meal too which they don’t really shout about

Ordered ‘hot’ wings & got lemon & herb, chips cooked 4 years ago, maybe around the same time as the chicken fillet in the soggy, cold buffalo burger. No hot food here!! Ordered dips, not delivered.

Even though the delivery was late I still got a call to say it was going to be late. Lovely lady I spoke with she explained they were busy so bare with them.. got some items on the house because of it which they didn’t have to do.. when the food arrived is was lovely and hot

I have tried the takeaway twice and the delivery multiple times, and they didn't disappoint. Great service, food is clean and flavours are spot on. We changed to Rio's peri peri after an awful experiene with Pepe's restaurant.

please stop wrapping burgers in the plastic film, by the time they are delivered they are sweaty and break soaked through and although the chicken itself is delicious the burgers are inedible

Staff is very rude and you ask them for somehting and they smile like bunch of freshies. They lie all the time with timescales. They are very slow and very rude. They can’t speak English properly nor understand. Fix up

when I chased the second time, I was advised that the delivery vehicle had broken down and the driver had not informed the restaurant. restaurant offered me a free meal if I ordered in the future. The food that arrived an hour late was Luke warm and the packaging was very soggy.

Rios is mine and my wife’s favourite takeaway. They do a mix of healthy and non healthy food to suit. The food always arrives hot and in good condition. I’ve never had a bad order from Rios and I have been ordering from both branches for years. Their delivery drivers are always spot on too. Highly recommended.

Delivered quickly was made aware of a delay but still turned up on time, great customer service delivery notes were followed all food showed up correctly even though it was at 31 pound order! They remembered everything and the food was hot and honestly so tasty. Driver was lovely too thanks RIOs!

Expected the food to take about an hour which is fine (the good stuff is always worth waiting for!) but it was much quicker. When it arrived, it was hot, fresh and really really delicious. Free wings are a nice touch too.
