Best burgers in Northampton bar none! Always go here. Fries are great too. Great, friendly service always provided.

Burgers covered in spicy sauce, chips cold and dry and chicken tenders were extremely over cooked.

The delivery time kept changing by a lot. When we got the knock on the door app said it was being prepared. Burgers were perfect but onion rings were only just warm

First time trying Boskos, the portions are a little small compared to some places but the food was really good quality with some amazing flavours. The shake was really well packaged as well with no spills. Will try again.

Without the 40% discount it would NOT have been worth it. The cheeseburger meal at £11.45 including drink and fries added on £1 when I chose any drink. Then added cost of £1 for cheesy fries which there is no option to add and no cheesy fries received. Triple smash burger is tiny and no sauces received. Was ok for £20 but if I'd paid full price I wouldn't have been happy

This place is an absolute hidden gem and hands down the best in town! I ordered the Smash Cheese Burger and the Bang Bang Chicken Loaded Box, and both were phenomenal. The burger was juicy, perfectly cooked, and bursting with flavor—easily one of the best I’ve ever had. The loaded box was packed with tasty, crispy chicken and just the right amount of spice. If you’re looking for amazing food that’s full of flavor, this is the spot. Boskos has officially set the bar for burgers and loaded boxes. Highly recommend!

Ordered from Bosko’s and loved it! The Smash Cheeseburger was juicy and flavorful, while the Smash Loaded Box was packed with cheesy, savory goodness—super satisfying. The Pistachio Milkcake was divine!! a perfect dessert, sweet with a subtle nutty flavor and a creamy texture. Delivery was quick, and the food arrived hot and fresh. Definitely worth it!

Absolutely joke, customer service was a awful. Everytime called was told was only a few mins away, waited for ages. Kept calling back no answer and then fobbed off. Was over an hour late and when finally arrived no apologies and food was cold. Won't be ordering form here again.

Very disappointed. Paid extra for cheesy chips and they sent normal chips. Food came an hour late past the latest arrival time, but worse of all it was cold. The mac chicken box which is usually great was just chips and mac thrown together (hardly any cheese in sight) with a couple of really small crispy chicken bits in with it and nothing like usual. I really don't think I'll order again now and this was one of my favourite takeaway places until this really bad experience.

sadly this place will be a one off. late delivery and everything was way too spicy. even the sweet and sour wings were crazy hot. the burger was nice in texture and very juicy but I couldn't taste much past the spice of everything else. the chips were pretty naff too unfortunately. if you like spice then the food was hot and you'd probably enjoy it.

French fries weren’t crispy they were soggy. Side salad missing from both. Burger was ok nothing special.

Delivered wrong food, loaded fries has no sauce just plain fries with some bits of fried chicken. For £9, thats a joke. Didn’t include any side salad too. Shake was made using cheap ice cream, tasted so bland and wings are nothing like as advertised. Burger was the only okay part of the meal. Terrible overall

First time having a smash burger and chips and i cant complain Best burger ever and chips were perfect I will keep coming back for more Been back for a second time and ordered hotdog loaded and it was nice but didn’t look like pictures can’t complain with the food tho so well done 👏

2nd time using this takeaway both orders delivered 30 mins late you phone up for update and both deliveries your food is cooked we are just waiting for the driver

This was my favourite burger place to order from, but my previous order I ordered from there website I waited for two hours no food been received so I called the restaurant no response that was on Monday I gave up I ordered from different place I was pissed that they did charge me for the food I haven’t received so I waited next day to call them or go and check! Apparently the restaurant is closed on Tuesday on . Wednesday waiting for them to call back or anything, nothing I went to the restaurant I spoke to the staff and I showed him my address and my order he said ohhh sorry on Monday our system was down, I don’t understand how the system is down if your system can charge the money but not receiving our food order! How ever they made my food in rush and I wasn’t happy about it. Again I think I never learned from that experience!, I ordered again yesterday I always order the same order! I waited for 1hour and 20 minutes I call the restaurant the person picked up the phone he said your order it’s ready long time ago and they don’t have drivers yet he said I’ll call you back in 10 min to update you , did not received any calls I have to call again to check the guy he said the driver on his way to the restaurant to pick your food and deliver it to you , overall I waited 1hour and 40 minutes . Never coming back again The owner needs to sort out a lot of things 1 staff answering phones + communication . 2 if you don’t have enough drivers do not do deliveries just stick with delivery apps so you won’t take the blame for it.

Don't recommend. Almost 2.5 hrs later after placing my order, food never arrived and got a notification to say there was a problem delivering my order. For 1.5 hrs it kept saying "8 minutes away". So bad, shame on you, probably using 2 drivers to deliver hundreds of orders cause you are cheap like that.

Food was 10/10 as always, our favourite takeaway in Northampton. Order was confirmed at 16:47 and didn’t arrive until 18:35 which was a bit disappointing but I called the restaurant and they were very polite and able to update me.

First time ordering and most likely the last , there smashed burger tastes exactly the same as all the others in Northampton the American cheese and the same sauce it’s a good combo it works and safe it’s just the same as others chips portions for the meals just a handful but tasted great , for the price and food amount I was still hungry , my belly and wallet empty not a good combo . And the milkshake a great size just tastes horrible kinda watery not thick with a hint of flavour .

The food was absolutely delicious and still hot when it was delivered. Was really nice as wasn’t greasy at all- the butterfly chicken burger was still juicy and not dry. Very good portion size too. Definitely good value for money.

We waited over 2 hours for a delivery driver to arrive talking on his phone smiling, no apology, left our drinks in his car so had to come back 10 minutes later. Such a shame as the quality of food was good. A call would have been nice to explain.

Ordered food through Just eat and it took 2.5 hours to arrive, and wasn't even hot! The driver didn't even apologize, drove off without giving us our drinks and had to come back with them. The worst takeaway experience I have had, and wasn't even able to cancel and order something else from another restaurant. Never using them again!

Absolutely love Boskos 💖 The food is absolutely delicious. Sometimes takes quite a while to receive food however I will say I don't mind waiting extra as their food is 1000000/10 easily and my bf order it every date night and love their food :D

Wayyy too much salt on the chips wasn’t great at all. Left my sauces sent the wrong waffle sent a waffle with banana which was meant to be strawberry and to top it all off I’m allergic to bananas. Won’t be ordering from here again

Order for delivery at 18:10 was told would be 45 mins - it’s currently 19:43 I did call up at 19.00 too ask for an update witch they said an extra 20 mins? It’s currently 19:50 called up again and they’ve also told me another 10 mins… Moral off the story don’t order a delivery cause you’ll be lied too and you won’t get much conversation.😡

Terrible restaurant with terrible rude staff. 2 hour wait for delivered food, with order missing. Dont be fooled by high reviews I think they are done by friends of the business owners. I ordered off just eat who are equally bad In supporting bad business from them. I had to drive to restaurant at 12:15am for order placed at 10:32pm. No sympathy and was refused refund. Edit: as I can not respond. They clearly are framing me as a liar. This goes even for their against the roe credibility as a company. I ordered the upgrade which was the cheesy chips on two of the 3 meals I ordered. You “forgot” the fries for the third meal. Don’t attempt to portray me as a liar. Thank goodness I recorded the interaction at the restaurant. With your staff member admitting liability to forgetting the item on order at your restaurant. I will upload the interaction on YouTube in time and edit the post here to include the link to the video. No more he said, she said. Let the customers review it all themselves and make their own judgment.

I have to say the food was excellent and worth the wait. The only letdown was it was 1 hour late arriving. I spoke to restaurant and they explained and gave us a full refund for the delay. But still delivered our order. We will try them again.
