Rios Brazil Churrascaria in Swindon

Haven't been in a while, but must visit again. Could have done with more meat going round the tables. Was packed in there though.

terrible place. I've found a piece of plastic in the desert. Also, the meat they deserved was dry and no good. It tastes like low-quality meat. Not a place to visit.

Fabulous food and friendly, efficient service. The skewer meat was delicious. The gratin of potatoes, and the greens were very good. Between us we had a mix of sides all of which were good. Lovely bread. My mojitos were very good too.

This place is incredible. The food is out of.this world, a true delight! So much to choose from, and they don't stop until you want them too. I ate so much I could barely move. Was worth every penny! Will be back again and again

Wouldnt let me in a whole HOUR before posted closing time. Even though they already had people sat inside. No doubt too lazy to prepare another meal. Or I looked too foreign for them

The food is phenomenal and the staff are so attentive and friendly. The steak was probably the best thing I’ve ever eaten. Every meat they brought out was tender and juicy, and you were never left waiting long for a new delight to reach your table. The sides from the buffet were also fresh, tasty and plentiful.

I'm a rather fussy eater. In short: I eat meat. If you love your meats, this place is unbelievable. I went in as part of a stag do, 12 of us were catered to really well and the food was phenomenal. I wish I caught the name of the waitress who was serving us because she deserves a shout out - such a good laugh! Two standout meats to try: The Garlic Steak and the Lamb. Holy Moly!

Service and food absolutely amazing, I had my 6 year old dining with us and the service team treated him amazing, we don’t have many places in Swindon anymore with great customer service and very tasty fresh foods, definitely recommend the experience

We had heard really good things about this restaurant so naturally we wanted to try it . Upon arrive the restaurant was busy but had a great atmosphere we were shown to our table where the waiter explained how it worked. Ordered our drinks and went to the salad bar. WOW what a choice you have. Don't fill up on bread or salad. Drinks arrives followed by the first of many meats. All the meat was fantasic, hot, seasoned just right. We did wonder at the price how good the quality of the meat would be, well wonder no more the quality was excellent not fatty or chewie. The staff were fantasic, taking great care to go through each meat and saying if my wife can eat it as she is gluten and lactose free. Overall the experience was amazing, we will definitely be back.

You must visit when you are hungry. So much fantastic food. We visited on a Saturday and the restaurant was busy. We had a table booked, so we only had to wait a few minutes to be seated as the table was being cleaned. There is a large salad bar and plenty of drink choices. The cocktails were amazing and priced reasonably. The table served meats were fantastic, hot, and not fatty. The staff were well informed about allergies and could easily inform me what was gluten and lactose free. Will definitely be back for another visit.

Some may fear that the food is mass cooked and of a poorer quality - fear not. From the salad veg and sides to the array of meats brought to the table I could not fault the food in any way. I did not have the heart to try the Chicken hearts but they are not my thing and when you have prime beef lamb and pork on offer why go for the offal? We visited here for my sons Birthday as a treat. I've been wanting to visit Rios for quite a while but always seemed to end up somewhere else, so when a Friend was organising their birthday evening and suggested Rios, I was pretty happy.

When here as a group of 13 to celebrate our son's 40th. I've never been to Brazil so can't say how authentic the food or decor is. The decor was quite basic. The seat cushions were quite stained. As for the food, it was very much aimed at the meat eater. For a fixed price of £22, you had an assortment sides and salads and things made with rice and beans. Then they came around the table with kebab sticks of Chicken, beef and lamb. There was a block painted red & green on the table and they kept coming around unless you turned the block red side up. The beef was top-side and it was rump steak which the carved strips from. My wife and daughter had a pitcher of Sangria, but unfortunately found a long hair in it. They made them a replacement when we brought it to their attention, but there wasn't much wine in the second one, basically a jug of fruit juice.

What a fantastic evening we had. Food and atmosphere were perfect and we are looking forward to the next time we can go there.

We visited Rios on a Sunday evening at 5.30pm, it was busy so I’d definitely book. Tables and overall ambiance is fairly plain, however the food is amazing! You choose hot and cold sides from the buffet (there is a good range) and then the meat is bought to your table on skewers, great range: pork, lamb, beef, sausages and more! You can keep eating for as long as you like! There is a set price depending on the day. Service is quick, you never waited long for fresh meat to be bought to the table. I’d recommend a visit!

This restaurant was recommended to me through Holiday Inn staff and I’m so glad. We had a great meal, all we could eat and served by efficient and friendly staff. My wife is gluten intolerant and the staff couldn’t have been more helpful in advising us what she could eat and what she shouldn’t. We’ll definitely be back.

Overall ok place for an occasional treat. Salad and sides bar is simple, more veggies would definitely be improve the choice and experience. Selection of meats and cuts were basic and limited literally to 4-5 during an hour and half I was there. But all cuts were quite well prepared I had to admit. Personnel was friendly and helpful. Very reasonably priced.
