Just witnessed the whole staff ganged up and talked down to delivery guys in their broken English. A bunch of disgusting people working there. Totally killed my appetite. Will never visit or order from again. Utterly unprofessional even for a low rent pizza place.

Nos estábamos quedando en Hammersmith y era demasiado tarde para llevar a los niños a tomar el té, así que pedimos una pizza, pollo shish kebab y pasta boloñesa. Recibimos una especie de ciénaga blanca con champiñones, una envoltura con 4 piezas de pollo triste con algunos mechones de lechuga floja, ¡fue tan decepcionante! ! La pizza estaba bien, pero si quieres otra cosa que no sea pizza, ¡EVITA que la basura blanca sea 9! ! ? ? Horrible.

Food was cold !! Gave the wrong pasta !! When had called up was over charging prices so had to go in a show them there prices on just eat. Would not recommend this place for food !! Staff were rude and made me think twice about them dealing with my food. Had to argue with them for my refund. Collection time was quick but this was because of the bad service and cold food and wrong items given!

I order through Hungry House for a pizza deal at 1am. This order was accepted by them. Then called me at 1.37am to say they did not have potato wedges so we said we will take chips instead. I then called Ringo at 2.21am as my food had not arrived, i was then informed that one of the drivers had an issue but another one of their drivers would be with me within in 20 minutes. It is now 3.35am and nothing has shown up! You cannot contact anybody at hungry house and no answer at Ringo's restaurant for the past 1hr. I tell a lie, as i am writing this the delivery has just turned up. 2 hours and 40 minutes later. I have informed the driver i will not take the food unless it is free. He apparently does not understand he just delivers. I think that ends customer service. Also, just rang the shop again and no answer. What a joke!!!! If your hungry cook at home! If your wanting quality it is ok but it is certainly not in my top five for quality of pizzas!

it's been 2 hours since I ordered my food. it's currently 45 minutes after the second delivery time. I've called the restaurant about 5 times and no one has answered. I don't even know if it's coming or not. RIDICULOUS.

To whom this may concern, I was most displeased with the service provided by Ringos yesterday evening. We ordered 2 pizzas at 21:04 and received them at 22:33 (and not the 22:05 which is indicated above). The delivery was overwhelmingly late and nothing was done to compensate for this by Ringos. It was only through me making multiple calls to Ringos that I was able to find out that the food would be late; no text or call was made on their behalf to indicate or warn of the delay. Additionally, other than "sorry we've been busy" no clear explanation for the delay was offered. To further this Ringos is 0.8 miles from us; this is only a 6 minute drive from our location (where the pizza was ordered to). I am normally pleased with the service I obtain going through JUST EAT, and have never had the need to complain before. So I do really therefore hope that something can be done about this issue as it was understandably not acceptable. I hope that a refund of some kind can be agreed upon. very bad lasagna. They forget my drink that I paid in addition to the delay. I had to negotiate for who gave it to me when he had forgotten and paid. The lasagna are really disgusting. Normally the service is good. But tonight is a catas

Disappointing, paid for large meat and chips, got the chips but hardly any meat, I mean seriously hardly any meat! Kebab was the same, lacking any quantity in the meat department! Chips and onion rings were ok but I paid over 15 quid for this meal and it was not worth the money for mainly chips, 10 onion rings, a flat bread, a bit of salad and 8 slices of meat (at the most). It's all about the meat and to be honest I've seen more elsewhere! Would definitely NOT recommend!

They didn't bring my garlic bread or extra dips but what they did bring was tasty and quick.

Most of nearby pizzas are better but they do delivery alcohol so that was a plus. Pizza was not poor just not high standard.

I like Ringo pizza. They're reliable and the service is always pleasant.

Food was not that tasty to be honest and certainly did not warrant the amount spent. One packet of ketchup for large fries is pretty tight. Also no ketchup for either burger. The food was lukewarm which is somewhat ponderous considering how it was the mid morning and traffic was pretty light at that point. No ketchup used when making the burger made it so dry. The chips were almost cold by the time we got them. It felt like we were given the left overs from the end of the night (stuff that would otherwise go in the bin) than freshly prepared food. Perhaps their pizza would have been a better choice. No faulting the delivery driver as he was very punctual.

Everything was great, though the delivery driver made me walk all the way downstairs to pick up my order, which with someone with arthritis and a badly heal hip caused me a lot of pain. But the food was fantastic, the chilli sauce was very hot, but you could still taste the quality of the meat! Nice one guys, will definitely order again

They are so accommodating and helpful. They'll call if they think they need to clarify you're order or delivery details. And if you call them they are incredibly helpful. Full marks!

For the price you pay for extra toppings the result is shocking! It's cheaper the buy the ingredients yourself!! Extra olives., you get 4 whole one chopped and scattered! Mushrooms:: you get 1 finely sliced and scattered!! For what they charge it is a JOKE!!

Thanks for accepting the order and fast delivery. Something has changed with the food - new owner? The pizza base has lost its "Ringo" flavor. The pizza I ordered had hardly any cheese with many areas just sauce (maybe a one off, but still annoying). But the chicken nuggets were of the congealed mystery meat type. No meat fiber, just gloop formed in the shape of a nugget. Very cheap, and not worth £2.90 for a portion. Too bad, 'cause I loved this place a few years ago.

Awful experience ordering a pizza from here. Was very close to cancelling and going without. First of all the person who received the order was shocking, couldn't understand anything we were saying. The order was supposed to take 45 minutes (a shock at 2am). 45 minutes later we had to call them to say we'd received no pizza. They apologised and asked us to wait a further 15 minutes. 15 minutes later we received a call to say they were outside our hotel, we went out, no one was there. They'd gone to the wrong hotel, despite providing them with the hotel name on several occasions. Finally! The food came. We had olives instead of jalepenos and a very average, chewy pizza. I wish we'd just gone to bed hungry and earned two hours extra in bed!!

Food was OK. Usually better TBH but it was OK. I will still order from here again but just not up to usual standard. Once again the app listed an 'expected by' time but by the time I had ordered and the shop had accepted the order, there was another 45mins added !! Don't expect it soon but it's usually very nice

Food was great, driver was great too. Very friendly and professional. However each time I have ordered, they add extra time to the delivery obviously because they are busy. It was almost an hour each time and here does not seem to be a way of cancelling once you have made the order. If I wasn't happy to wait and wanted to go elsewhere I would have to ring them no doubt and then try and get the money back from just eat the next day. It would be a massive hassle! I think there should be more realistic timings on the website or an option to confirm if your happy at the extended time.

These guys were so fast in terms of delivery I was shocked. The menu was extensive, was even able to get cigarettes. Sam was great and very helpful. I had asked for them to call me so that I could check that they had something in stock and they did. Id demo shop with them again.

I ordered late, after 12, fantastic customer service , great food and the delivery driver was professional,he called my mobile before buzzing as it was late and I have neighbors downstairs. Always order from Ringo. I don't usually give reviews but I had to for Ringo's, excellent.

Came in 30 minutes early, the man who delivered, Sam, was a complete gentlemen. My only complaint would be the six pound delivery fee. I hope it goes to the people who deliver. And it would be nice to advertise that on here.

Wrong food delivered. I ordered a kebab, not a kebab wrap. No sauces. I also ordered jalapeños. No sauces. Cheesy chips were good but no sauce. And there was also no sauce. NB no sauces.

Pizza.. where do I begin.. Ordered "American hot" pizza, thin. The result: it was thin, the pad was "wet", the overall pizza - greasy, basically all I could see was melted cheese on top of very few other ingridients which completely disappeared under a layer of melted, slightly burned cheese. Man, if this is what you call Pizza then I'm Elvis Presley, back from the dead! This would be ok to eat if you are totally wasted or high or if you are a chav - you then pretty much eat everything. Very few places in London get Pizza right, this place is not one of them. FAO the takeaway owners - please teach your guys how to cook proper pizza! Danke!

The pizza was too oily, way to oily! The dough looked like a donut, and the topings had no taste. Probably one the worst pizza I have ever eaten.

The food was a bit long to get here, but I'd been warned, and it was late, and my address is sometimes a bit tricky. The food was still warm if not piping hot, nonetheless, and of good quality. The driver was lovely and so was the man calling me to ensure that I wanted a VEGGIE lasagna - my order wasn't clear on that and he had seen that I also ordered a veggie burger, so that's thorough for you. Thank you, Ringo, for nocturnal comfort food...

I can't fault the 'cheat' food that I order from here at all. They always consider specific requests when I order through hungry house and the food always arrives hot and tasty. Great for a night in!

I usually like everything and am not picky but the milkshake was nasty as hell, too runny and grainy.

The pizza was good, but the delivery was late. I was also told off by the driver for not knowing how to write my own address properly.

Kebab was cold, sweetcorn tasted and looked like it had been reheated many times...was chewy! Also the garlic bread was stale. Had to cook at home instead.
