We have had a few breakfasts from this establishment and each time we have not been disappointed. Hot and delicious and freshly cooked. Staff are friendly and facilities are clean. Selection of take away cakes are good also. Well recommended for meeting up with friends for a chat and coffee.

Once again what an amazing night! Food was absolutely AMAZING! The atmosphere is just so relaxing and friendly, you are always made to feel at home. Such a cosy place! We had a Christmas family meal and it was just such a lovely time!

58 Main RoadI visited The Sit Down Unit in Bargoed and I have no regrets! The fish was thick and flavorful, absolutely delicious. Everyone at my table tried different dishes – sausage, chicken, and whitebait – and we all left completely satisfied with both the fantastic food and excellent service!
