Rico Mexicano in Medway

Normally I wouldn’t write a bad review, but the experience was really awful and I wanted to share it. I hope they will improve after reading this. Few weeks ago me and my family went to Rochester, it was a Saturday afternoon. We didn’t book any restaurants and we decided to try this restaurant. The service was very poor, the menus were dirty and ripped. I was a bit skeptical, but the kids loves tacos and we ordered. The food was poorly prepared, we asked for sauces and they arrived when we had already ate half of our dinner. Moreover, we had to ask twice for it, the sauce were placed in a plate, and the plate was incredibly dirty. When I had to use the bathroom, I walked past the kitchen and as I had to wait for it I observed the kitchen. It was a mess, dirty and I could see the ingredients all over the kitchen top uncovered and in poor condition. It was definitely a very poor experience.

Undergone change, seems very confused about what it wants to be £10 for a decent cocktail however the atmosphere is flat and it is really confused about what it wants to be

This is a burrito/nachos/rice box place now and it's great prices, free add ons, delicious

Lovely ham and cheese and BBQ chicken chiabattas. Toasted and delicious.

Lovely takeaway coffee, one way system in place and they gave me free bread!
