First visit with family for an early meal, meal was tasty, hot and enjoyable. Very quiet as it was early in the evening. Staff friendly and efficient. Not a place with atmosphere, seems to be a large boxlike structure in the corner of a carpark situated in a commercial area. Carpark shared with car wash which could be useful.

Love this restaurant. Only recommendation is the staff could be smarter in appearance. The manager looks like he should be at home relaxing.

I usually like the food from apice fusuion. We enjoyed it at the time. One of our party of 5 was vomitting 6 hours after eating the garlic chilli chicken masala.

The food was delicious with plenty to go around. The delivery was also on time with a lovely lady who delivered it.

This is honestly the best Indian restaurant in the world. Every time I’m in the area I make sure I go here. Top notch every time

Very unusually for the restaurant they delivered the wrong side sag paneer instead of sag aloo. Pity as this is the first time this has ever happened. Other food was lovely

out for delivery showed from 7.05pm but didn't get delivered till 7.53pm. I know delivery stated between 7.30 and 7.50 but considering how close we are thought it would be nearer the 7.30 following notification out for delivery from 7.05. food wasn't warm.

Did not like the food it had no flavour

Service staff have no clue on service, throwing drinks down on the table. Spilling half of it before it gets to the table, near enough punching you up the head to collect the plate as they are rude and don’t say anything.. then to top it off at the end they slip a nice £15 service charge on top of your bill WITHOUT BEING TOLD!! WONT BE RETURNING due to extremely poor customer service then to be greeted with the extreme service charge!! Might aswell have served it in a striped jumper and ski mask.

This is the 2nd delivery now where the food is not up to the standard of that experienced before and in the restaurant, it feels as if it is has been produced somewhere else not Spice Fusion. Apart from the delivery being later than the 35 - 40 mins quoted on the app when we ordered at 6.30. The food appearance and taste was poor. The Korma was watery with minimal chicken and the bhuna overpowered with tomatoes. For the price, very disappointing and we will be trying somewhere else next time.

Had quite a selection. Chicken tikka balri, korma and a dhansak. The Dhansak I’ve never ordered before, I’d hands down do that again. It was delicious to say the least. If you’re ever struggling on what to order I’d get this. The level of spice heat tantalised the taste buds. Recommend for all levels of spice tolerance. The other two curries had wonderful reviews as well. We had various rices, coconut and keema rice. Luckily my parent couldn’t eat it all so i managed to get some of it. I am very

Mainly have takeaways, but decided to dine in for once. I can't fault anything top notch, host/owner friendly, polite nothing to much trouble portion sizes fabulous although would like a little more rice when dining in is the only fault. Staff friendly and polite Won't go anywhere else.

Disappointing Experience - Not Your Authentic Indian Delight Last night, my friends and I visited an Indian restaurant to celebrate Diwali and indulge in a hearty Indian meal. Excited by the generous and overrated reviews on Google, we anticipated an unforgettable experience filled with authentic Indian flavors. However, our expectations were shattered as we realized that the reality fell far short of the hype. From the very beginning, our dining experience took an amusing yet frustrating turn. We ordered a Pepsi Max & were served a regular Pepsi instead. To our surprise, when we requested apple juice without ice, it arrived with a chilly surprise. Ordered Pineapple rum, served it stating it is pineapple gin. As if that wasn't enough, our request for hot water was fulfilled with a glass that had no handle, making it impossible to even touch, let alone drink. We couldn't help but find humour in these beverage blunders. Moving on to the appetizers, we ordered a mix of 3 spicy and 3 plain popadom for the table, hoping for a delightful start to our meal. However, the server's interpretation of our request was far from what we imagined. Instead, we were presented with a staggering total of 27 papadoms, 3 papadoms for each person! It seemed as if we were preparing for a papadom-eating marathon. Unfortunately, our bland, flavour lacking with a lot of food colouring starters also ailed to live up to our expectations, leaving us in doubt if we even want to order main courses. Despite our reservations, we decided to take a chance and ordered simple and basic dishes that are typically foolproof in an Indian restaurant. To our dismay, the lack of flavour in the main dishes was utterly disappointing. We couldn't detect even a trace of salt or pepper, let alone the vibrant Indian spices that should have tantalised our taste buds. Desperate for some semblance of taste, we had to request pickles, salt and pepper from the server. Although we received the pickles, the salt and pepper seemed to be on a mysterious adventure of their own. Adding to our disappointment was the lacklustre service we experienced. Surprisingly, my friends and I were the only occupied table in the entire restaurant, apart from a small table for two. With such a minimal number of customers, one would assume that the server had ample time to provide attentive service. However, it appeared that even with the absence of other diners, the server struggled to prioritise his responsibilities. We couldn't help but notice him constantly engrossed in his phone doom scrolling. To our surprise, when the bill finally arrived, we noticed an additional charge of £5.70 for the dips that were served with the papadoms. As Indians, this concept of paying for dips was entirely foreign to us. Dips were brilliant though. In fairness, I must acknowledge that the restaurant's cleanliness, well-maintained ambiance, and ample parking spaces were commendable. However, these positive aspects couldn't make up for the lack of authentic flavours, careless service. While we understand that every establishment can have its off days, the combination of tasteless food, indifferent service left us with a lasting impression of disappointment. Regrettably, my friends and I have decided that we won't be returning to this restaurant.

Half order missing want refund

Been using these guys for a few weeks now, and wow! Absolutely stunning flavour, fresh, spicy and hot. My new go to takeaway Indian. Only slight complaint is the order we had on a Friday night was slightly under par. Other than that... Best in medway at the moment 😊

Absolutely fantastic restaurant. Food was amazing, staff were very friendly and helpful. We were even contacted this morning regarding a sitting requirement we had asked for, and everything was arranged on our arrival. Thank you all so much for making our Wedding Anniversary meal so enjoyable. We'll be back again.

Unfortunately it was a bad experience for me and my wife. Went for my birthday celebrations which was unfortunately spoiled. My wife ordered a non alcoholic cocktail and specified to the waiter few times to make sure it was non alcoholic but she was served an alcoholic drink. (Was apologised for later and gave us £6 pound off only) it was really upsetting for us as she already had 2 sips of it. She was really upset because we don’t drink alcohol for religious reasons. The food was tasteless and portions were tiny. For the price the food was really bad specially the starter items. Unfortunately it was a bad experience for us :(

Food was late probably due to being a Friday. However, it was worth the weight absolutely great food, hot, hence five stars.

My wife and I ordered from Spice Fusion Kent the suprise mystery tiffin box each. It is a seriously brilliant concept. What we ate tonight was absolutely amazing. I know I should not be suprised as it is always brilliant food from this restaurant (who also do deliveries and collection takeaway) but neither of us would have ordered what we got. The quality and amount of food speaks for itself. We are both full and our mouths dancing with superb flavours with the medium heat tiffin box ordered. We shall certainly do this again. I encourage those to give this a try.

The best curry I've had in a very long time. We popped in for the 2 for 25 deal as we'd not been for years. I was honestly blown away by the quality of the food, flavours and freshness of everything. It is now my favourite curry house. I had the Chicken Dansak, and it was the best Dansak I've had at any Indian restaurant ever. It was clear that it was freshly made and had the most sublime flavours. The dish was large in size and had plenty of chicken in this. My wife had the chicken biryani and also enjoyed this immensely. Highly recommended to all, and we will definitely be visiting this restaurant more in the future.

Very good quality and very nice food

the delivery was fine, however the items not so much. the popadoms did not have the crunchy sensation and all round inedible. both curry’s came cold which made the main bit of the meal ruined. apart from that, i enjoyed my chips and naan bread. i don’t know if i can apply for a refund for the inedible food, however i would definitely like to appeal to do so

Part of the order was missing (a chicken tikka masala) ruining the meal as it meant two people had to share 6 small pieces of chicken. We now have to wait 7 days for ‘just eat’ to review and refund us. Order should have been checked by restaurant.

The food was late and cold. The chicken was chewy and when we warmed it in the microwave it obviously made it worse. But we didn’t want to eat cold food! One popadom was fine but the others were stale. Must have added a newly cooked one to some that had been sitting around for a while. Such a shame as it’s always been so nice before. I had guests and none of us were impressed.

We had a takeaway. The menu is rich, the flavours are distinct, and the ingredients are top-notch. Served up hot and at the time agreed for collection. The collection area is comfortable if you have to wait.

Ordered food at 6.45pm it came at 8.30pm having initially been quoted 7.55pm however I called and spoke to the restaurant, they couldn’t have been friendlier or more apologetic and even gave us a free bottle of wine to say sorry. The food was incredible though and well worth the wait although not used to eating this late so may regret it! I think we’ve found our new regular takeaway

Do not go here...came here last night for mothers day. Rude staff who actually snapped at me (apologised after but ruined the vibe for the whole evening, it was my first mothers day so was a let down), tasteless food and strange interior. Some wait staff were nice.

Amazing service as always when been here in past. Went yesterday and food was lovely and very reasonable priced. And you wasn’t rushed out your seats after eating as some Indians you are, we arrived at 8 and didn’t leave till way gone 10! Service was quick and wasn’t waiting around to be served drinks or anything Also added a healthier part menu where certain ingredients are taken out to make it less fat too!

Will not order from here again. Normally order from asham, were you get raita and red onion dip with onion bhaji. Nothing from spice fusion. And this was approx £10.00 dearer than asham. But ordered because delivery time was shorter, then turned up later than quoted!

Food was really nice, came on a Wednesday it was very quiet

My first time last night and it was sooooo nice. The staff are friendly and helpful. Resteraunt has a nice, simple but stylish look to it. The food was just so tasty. We shared a rice, potatos and a nann but decided during the meal, with the ammount of curry left, to get another rice... Eyes bigger than my belly moment!! My wine was dear but I knew the price when I orderd it. The price was good with the too for £25 deal and the extras we orderd (plus my wine), under £50.

This is by far the best curry EVER! Thank you for a lovely evening.
