Chicken and mushroom soup is only one pint drain water with 3 pieces of noodle and 1 piece of chicken That is disgusting Please avoid this food

As always Oysters delivers great food, generous portions and always piping hot. Driver was courteous and food delivered early. Also thank you Oysters for the freebies much appreciated.

Thai Red curry was not Thai. Spare ribs were dry. Chinese food ordered may have been better with earlier delivery but late delivery meant the starters and sides were stale.

Delivered on time and piping hot,i dont agree with just eat taking a service charge.Which should be optional.

Oyster has always been my go to for many years. Always reasonably priced and good quality food.

Perfect again.. I would recommend without hesitation.

For my noodle soup which was £7 they decided to just buy a ramen a paquete use the noodles from it and throw some pork and duck and call it a day.

The oysters were really tasty… until both my girlfriend and I got food poisoning. We put it down to the oysters because it was the only thing that we ate that could of made us ill and there is a history of this place making people ill.

As previously, food very tasty and arrived piping hot. Though they were not able to provide the free spring rolls, this was substituted with chicken wings and crackers, so was happy. Driver was very courteous. Only downside was that I thought the mixed vegetable dish was small for the price, so won't order that again.

Went here with four friends for oysters, 24 hours later we were all severely sick. I am still having stomach cramps 5 days later.

Best oysters I have tasted!. I travel up on the train from Reigate area primarily to have a dozen medium rocks (with a glass of Prosecco or similar!) at Richard Haward’s oysters Borough market. Also really friendly ‘shuckers’! You won’t do better! Ian

when the driver , arrived with one bag , I told him that is not all my shopping, this is the second time it happened to me , I not shop there again..

I Visited Richard Haward’s Oysters on January 31st for lunch , we were 4 people 3 we were sick just one friend she didn't eat the oyster, she was ok, she didn't feeling nothing. Just only us we consume, we suffer from severe vomiting and diarrhoea by the evening of Febbrary 1st. Myself and three others fell seriously ill after consuming oysters here. Our friends who did not eat the oysters did not experience any sickness, which strongly points to the oysters as the cause, along with the other reviews here. About myself I started to feel tired, nausea, bloated stomach around 8:30, than I start to vomiting from 9:30 untill 4:00, I vomit maybe 24 times, I was exhausted, and I couldn't stand, my face was pale, and I have fever too, shake, and sweatting. Around 12,30 pm I decide to call the ambulance, and after that I spend 7 hours in the hospital, I have to cancell all my job appointment. So far I'm still feeling sick and weak. It's very worring so many people in google left a negative review here and were very hill. Don't eat this Oyster here, please!!!! This place needs to be shut down, we just eat 3 oyster each and was enough to feeling sick. I never felt so bad in my life and I'm still traumatized.

Food was amazing. Enjoyed it very much, worth every penny. Arrived hot and driver very courteous.

Ordered Thai red curry and tufu veg, got Chinese stir fry, one with tufu, nothing like Thai food, and tasteless, had to add my own seasoning in order to eat. Also received free prawn crackers. Which was nice and I shared with my dog

I’ve often visited Borough Market and wanted to have oysters here. We visited on Sunday 21st for husbands birthday, had 6 rocks and 6 natives, all good at the time, tasted great. However Monday we both started with projectile vomiting at exactly the same time, cue 2 days off work and still feeling nauseous and under the weather. Also running a bit of a temperature. Sadly looking at the reviews it seems like a lot of people who ate there last weekend got sick. I will report to environmental health

Avoid - Food poisoning, visited with a group of friends last weekend and it is no coincidence that 3 of us all ended up with severe food poisoning. Reading the past reviews it would seem that this is not uncommon and in fact has become more prevalent in the past month or so. Would suggest they have a major issue with food prep / safety. This cannot continue to happen without them taking some action to rectify the issues they have.

Visited 3 days ago with my daughter. We both have horrific food poisoning. A friend also ate there the same day and has food poisoning. We have all missed work.

We ordered a few oysters with friends this weekend (January 20), at first everything was fine, but after a few hours uncontrollable nausea and vomiting, high temperature, one of us also had diarrhea. Before we came to this place, we didn't think something like this would happen because it was full of people at the counter, We read the reviews on Google, many of them mentioned "vomiting" and "nausea" after eating, but we didn't believe that it could happen to us too, because the oysters from other places or countries did not cause us any such problems.

Chicken ball’s well undercooked. Chow main was very slimy? Money well wasted.

The food was hot and tasty apart from aromatic crispy duck which was all fatty.

They gave me a really nice food and extras. I am not well and their food is very comforting.

Poor service. App told me it was delivered when it hadn't. Called the restaurant who wasn't helpful. Eventually arrived o mins later. Will not be ordering from them again.

Beef wasn't chewy, the prawn rolls was not overcooked or burnt, the food was tasty and enjoyable. It was packaged well so no spillages or food misplaced from the packaging. Was delivered piping hot. Nice gentlemen who transported the food. Food delivered quicker than expected, too. Highly reccomend

The food was below average. The Thai chilli roast pork was disgusting. I wouldn’t recommend this place.

Food was great, not too oily. The Beef was really chewy though however everything well was really tasty.

Large order Christmas Eve with family everything was lovely as usual and on time Only thing wrong was the crispy shredded beef wasn’t cooked properly so my son didn’t eat it unfortunately

Lovely food, I have the box meal of boiled rice and chicken with pineapple, a chicken chow mein, sweet and sour balls and it was very enjoyable. I love that they offer smaller portion options on some items.

One of the chicken balls wasn't cooked through, but the rest was very nice. Hopefully I don't get unwell :-(

The rice and noodles are superb with the sauce. The prawns are truely king size and perfectly prepared and cooked. Excellent value and I'll be back!!

Food had spilt everywhere was kind of bland I was very disappointed with this food order for £25 was a waste.

A return visit to have oysters. Once again, superb fresh oysters and the best on price by far. 12 Medium Rock Oysters (very generous medium) and 2 glasses of Prosecco £30.00...Bargain Very busy and only 2 shucking and serving so very slow...(worth the wait) Tables not cleaned or cleared by patrons... Remember this is not a restaurant so guests please clear your tables for the next people.

This was absolutely disgusting as the batter was not cooked thoroughly on the inside.i complained to the restaurant and they were adamant that it was so I returned it to the shop to show them.i have submitted pictures of the food and sent them to Merton food and hygene.i would like a refund for my order as all of it was inedible and you might want to consider removing oysters from your directory

Lovely food. I especially liked the fact that after spending a certain amount, you got something free. I chose to have a bottle of Pepsi. Many takeaways have forgotten how important the customer is and have taken that facility away. For this reason, this restaurant is now my go-to Chinese restaurant. . .

The food was barely warm and was nearly two hours late. I was told it was because the driver was "stuck in heavy traffic" but he was on a scooter and the restaurant is only a mile and a half away.

Had to call multiple times to find out when the food would be delivered. Oysters could not give me a time. On the third phonecard to Oysters they told me that they couldn't help me.Food came over 2 hours after it was ordered.

When you call to ask where the delivery is and are told we are very busy you will just have to wait not the best customer service

Rang the restaurant and was told it was on its way well it wasn't as half past so in total was 1hour delivery expected from 730 upto 10 minutes to 8 then turned up at ten minutes to 9 so no good

Due to the lateness, the driver was friendly and at least I called and they have answered my call said the food was on the way. But I had my food 45mins after I called. Food was getting cold. I have ordered duck with boiled rice in chinese style, it was sweet and I never had that taste ever, not impressed. The portion were not generous than the others. I wonder how they got high stars in review.

Speedy Delivery, Tasty Food - Create Your Own Meal Box good value - lots of it - but if you want noodles option rather than rice although in the description does not appear on selection.

Foods always good but didn't deliver all my meal. Phoned oysters and woman was very rude and talked over me. Wouldn't believe I hadn't received my duck rolls and slammed phone down. Won't ever order from them again. Just eat refunded me for the duck rolls with no problem.

Quick delivery, large quantities of food. Chicken wings were breaded and amazing. So was the mixed starter and chicken sweet sour balls. Alt and pepper chicken was nice and good that udon noodles come as a pad Thai option. The curry sauce could have been less watery and warmer but overall all the food was tast. .

Ordered this afternoon the tai spicy ribs were lovely. Good amount and meaty. The lamb pancakes were ok no need for the lettuce in the pot though bit weird. Lamb was good but the pancakes were hard on one side? Cooked wrong I guess. The chicken chow mein was large a bit greasy and had a funny taste ( old oil maybe) we eat it tho. Finally the Hong Kong chicken was good 👍 8/10 always happy with our order oh the delivery guy was nice too

Well cooked & tasty - try the 'Big Bowl Soups' - good value - noodles come in separate container to add to soup. Thai Fried Rice & Thai Chili Duck tasty. Meal Box Chicken Curry & Egg Fried Rice - tasty - v big portion with plenty of Chicken & Curry Sauce

Absolutely divine. You do have to queue for quite a while as the oysters are so popular and such better value than anywhere else. The oysters are expertly prepared and are big and tasty. Would defo return.

The food was good. We were given extra chicken wings and prawn crackers for free.

I felt that the sweet and sour chicken was too dry. The chicken fried rice lacked flavour.

Starter didn’t taste fresh - odd! Main course tasteless, ordered pork with ginger & spring onion, neither in sight or flavour. Udon noodles were old and claggy. Prawn crackers possibly yesterdays as not crisp. Overall awful. Don’t go there. Happy to pay for good food but good money for horrible/questionable food is another thing.

Think delivery on an over £50 order is a bit out of order when I’m literally a stones throw from takeaway and no option to chose free option But food is superb which makes up for it I suppose

Order late 15 minutes. I called the restaurant asking where my order was because the app showed "enjoy your food" and in response I was told it wasn't their problem because they gave it to the delivery person and they don't care about the rest because it's not their driver and what do I want. Embarrassing. Very poor English and aggressive tone of conversation. The application does not allow you to mark more than 5 minutes late. I am disappointed, I pay for delivery and I am also forced to pay a Service Charge for terrible service.

Great meal as always nice and hot
