Rich cafe is a small local reasonably priced cafe. Mario,Grace and the rest.if the team are friendly and welcoming. I have been coming here every lunchtime for many years.

In our opinion the best Full English breakfast, in London at least...also very good pricing and generous portions as well, we recommend! Been there twice, every time was perfect! I’ve been to this cafe twice. That is the first and the last time. If you’re looking for quality food, look elsewhere. Have a sneak peak at their kitchen before ordering. Hygiene isn’t their forte

Popped in here rhis morning with my daughter staying with friends and just needed to get out of their hair . Really lovely friendly relaxed place. Staff could not be more friendly or attentive. Can’t get too technical about the food as it’s a dry up but it was done well and that’s all that matters. Decent cup of coffee. A bit pricey but am not from Richmond so it’s probably about right. Would def use again when in the area , would recommend

What a gem of a place for breakfasts! We found the cafe for our breakfasts during our stay at Richmond. The breakfasts were everything you could want from a breakfast and Mario is an absolute star! He greeted us every day and remembered our order from the previous day. We're coming back ! Thank you Mario and your staff.

The cafe is great and staff is lovely, but I suspect the eggs were microwaved, the butter wasn't a real butter and so on.

The food from Rich Cafe is always perfect, unfortunately JUST EAT delivery is far from perfect. If it is not the fact that there are no drivers available, it is that they take several orders to deliver at the same time and the person near the end of the delivery chain gets cold food. Shame on you Just Eat!

I come to Richmond every Saturdays and every time I come I always try and dine at this cafe because the owners and staff are lovely. Great food, great portions and value for money.

The staff here are so friendly. We love coming in regularly for a bite to each at lunch. There is a wide selection of sandwiches, salads, baked potatoes and bakery items, and the staff are flexible in providing what you would like. It's pretty good value for the area, too. Nothing fancy, but reliably good classics.

Friendly driver, food was hot on arrival and tasted good thank you.

First time visit to this place on a Sunday morning around 1040am! Please to say this Café was open (and probably the only decent cafe that is open on a Sunday Morning. Service was very efficient, friendly and informative and the walk. We ordered bacon rolls and coffee and both were lovely! Would defo recommend and will be stopping off here next time when I’m in the area.

Found this place, with seating outside and open airy feel inside. Staff could not have been more friendly or helpful. Menu is fantastic offering freshly made food. Excellent quality and service. I was due to meet a few friends in this cafe. Ordered and sat on a table for 4 and was told the table had to be kept free for a group. When I said I was meeting people I was ignore and was moved to a cramped table for 2. Coffee came it was Luke warm. I called friends and arranged to meet them elsewhere. I’m in minority as the cafe has good reviews, but I will not be back.

I visit ""rich cafe"" with my lady once and never again because 1st not very hygienic, 2nd the lady in her 50s (looks like the owner) she was rude, 3rd i was overcharged and 4th the (nowhere else 4£) oat-late was thrown in the bin, the worst and most expensive i ever had (and i have Late every day) . I do not recommend this place. Thanks for owners response! (** I sat outside but ordered INSIDE and I used the toilet INSIDE **) I wish you good luck!

My wife and I are not local and came to Rich Cafe by chance after our car suffered a puncture on the A316. After being recovered and taken to a local KwikFit and whilst the very good boys there did their job, my wife Kathy and I went looking for a cup of tea. We found this delightful Cafe where we received a very welcoming greeting. Clearly, a very popular establishment. Although not looking to eat, my wife persuaded me to share a homemade cake which was delicious. Very friendly people. I highly recommend this cafe. Hopefully it will not take another mishap with our car to make us visit at some time in the future.

Popped in on our way to Richmond, lovely friendly cafe with great coffee and friendly people. it was obvious they have a lot of regulars as they knew pretty much everyone in there. We will be back :-)

Really good breakfast the best I've had from a cafe in a long time sausage was something else

Looks appealing but when you go inside it does not match the expectation, I’m afraid :( As soon as I walked it it smelt of toilet cleaning product (mix of bleach + air freshener). The smell didn’t go away throughout my stay there. The displayed item/menu board was too busy that I could not see the menu properly! Coffee was average. Not many selection of sweet/cakes. Muffin looked stale and half burnt. There were two members of staff who were both busy on their phone and talking too loudly that killed the ambience. Not visiting again, sorry :(

Me and my wife came for breakfast this morning for the first time, I just want to say it was great, the food was hot the tea was hot a nice relaxing atmosphere well done, Bill's and the Ivy need to take a leaf out of your book.

Rich cafe is a decent place. Price/quality ratio is good. Owners are friendly and their espresso is way much better than the cafe on the other side of the road. You can also find two daily news papers to read and can meet nice friends.
