Worst Chinese meal ever. Looked like leftovers all mixed up with rice, everything tasted the same and most went in the bin

Got a late booking on Mothers day took my wife and two grandsons. We were offered Al a Carte of buffet and chose buffet, menus were old tatty and dirty. The waitress took our order and food arrived promptly but it was all chase and are you finished yet. We felt rushed, food was ok but not great, most dishes had far to much onion to make the portion look bigger. There was no real choice of soft drinks for the boys just orange juice or Coke. Not exactly friendly service ether, when I asked for the bill I was given a figure and asked to make payment I then had to ask for a printed copy. I'm not sure I would hurry to go back again, there are better options locally.

First time visit, nice restaurant and excellent food served promptly, but waiter service not good. On arrival shown to a table, but no menus. a few minutes waiter said abruptly 'What do you want', then realised no menus. Finally given menus, friend said 'Can I have a glass of Pinot Noir', waiter replied abruptly 'No! White or Rose', which took us by surprise as there were other reds on the drinks menu. Then took food order, which all arrived promptly, and was very good. At the end of the meal, waiter just said 'Finished?' and cleared away. Paid bill - very reasonable price and left, no 'Thanks for coming', 'Come again', or friendly gesture. Despite good food and prices, will not return. Found service unwelcoming overall.

The food was delicious, nice size portions We had a takeaway which arrived on time and very hot. Can’t praise this place enough.

Picked up a takeaway for a dinner with friends and it was average. Because Rice gets such rave reviews on the local Facebook group I thought I had to leave my thoughts here. Starters were okay but nothing to get excited about, mini spring rolls were mostly empty, ribs were chewy and the crispy duck was cooked beyond crispy ;-) The satay chicken ad seaweed was fine so some success with the starters. The main courses were poor; pork with ginger and spring onion was devoid of flavour, I couldn't taste any ginger and couldn't see any spring onions. Chicken and cashew, surely a Chinese takeaway staple dish was just band, more like boiled lumps of chicken with carrots and few other chopped veg, totally tasteless. The egg fried rice was okay though ;-)

The best Chinese about, only takeaway Chinese we use after trying so many. But please change your crispy chilli beef sauce back, the new one isn’t nice😭 it was my favourite thing

Reliably good food and good service. It can get busy at weekends especially for take aways. So be prepared to wait for up to an hour.

I made a mistake on my online order - I put wrong delivery time. I immediately sent a correction to the email address provided - no reply. Tried to phone numerous - more than 10 - times - always engaged. Food delivered as original request - 2 hours earlier than required - sent back. Nothing heard from Restaurant. Eventually I went to the restaurant to see what was happening - nothing as far as they were concerned. Restaurant ambience stark - quite different to previous visits. Re arranged delivery which was made shortly afterwards - I think it was the original supply re-heated. We shall go elsewhere in future.

We we a large ish table of around 18. The food was good, no complaints there but considering there was only one other table of 4 in the restaurant those of us at the far end of the table were served much later than those at the other end. As we didn’t have individual plates but had large sharing plates that we helped ourselves to, that was unacceptable, and meant that one end of the table was still waiting while the other had finished! The main complaint however was that the restaurant was freezing. Had we been told before our visit we may have had the chance to dress more warmly as the staff, who were obviously aware, were wearing body warmers!! The other table also had they coats on for some of the evening too. Food - good Ambiance - cold and lack of atmosphere Staff - abrupt but fairly efficient Drinks - selection poor Will not be visiting again in the near future although I did feel that the value for money food wise was good. Perhaps takeaway is the answer!

Came to Rice yesterday for my Dad's birthday. We had a really fantastic meal. All the staff were very friendly and the service was excellent. The food came quickly, was beautifully presented and was absolutely delicious. We loved it and will definitely be back. We noticed it was really busy for take-aways, which we will also book in the future. Thank you for a fabulous birthday celebration.

Visited at the weekend and was very impressed. I saw a couple of reviews before going that I wasn’t sure about but they all seemed to be with takeaway so I thought I would give the restaurant a go. The food was extremely good I would say better than average. It was all very hot and fresh, the portions were generous too. The inside of the restaurant is nice too very comfortable and well spaced. The service was good too. Will definitely go back

Have been going to Rice (and under its old name of Chengs) for many years. Went last night and had a great buffet meal for 4 of us, including 1 vegetarian. Food was very tasty and arrived hot and well presented.

Our first time visit for home delivery. Prompt on time delivery but very average Chinese food, quite tasty starters but meat quality(Pork) was a bit disappointing. Will give it another try sometime.

Ordered for delivery which was estimated time of arrival 40 mins but actually came in 25 mins! This is our second time ordering and the crispy beef was still crispy and the all the dishes were full of flavour. Definitely be ordering from here again!

Flavourless slop. This area has great Indian and Thai take aways. The competition is steep and Rice isn’t in the race. No wonder they’re not on Just Eat. Points for the prawn crackers, the rest was absolutely tasteless. Salt and pepper ribs that were tough and bland yet blanketed in onions and chilli in a bid to add flavour. Chicken and sweetcorn soup was unbearably sweet. The Schezwan beef was a generic stir fry, gelatinous and with zero flavour. A microwave meal from M&S had more authenticity. Really disappointing. Now is the time to impress - be a great takeaway so that when lockdown lifts, people flock to your restaurant.

Ordered from Rice based on the reviews. I LOVE Chinese food and have eaten a LOT of it over the last 40+ years, but I can’t honestly say, it’s the worst I’ve ever tasted. The only edible thing was the prawn crackers, everything else ended up going in the bin. Totally tasteless, i actually feel angry that I paid £30 for such utter slop. Honestly guys, you need to raise your game as what you delivered tonight was so disappointing in fact quite disgusting.

Nice food, fast and good service, the chef managed to make a good dish of sweet and sour pork which is hard to make for most chefs.

I fancied a Chinese meal but our local, Empress Gardens remains closed. My wife then found the restaurant 'Rice' in Yateley, so we booked a table there. The staff were extremely attentive at all times, they were both nice and very polite and seemed to know the other diners as they came in. Obviously all had eaten there before on numerous occasions. The food was absolutely delicious and as we came on one of their two 'buffet' days, we enjoyed a comprehensive selection and extremely good value. I am afraid that Empress Gardens came a poor second place in this and in future we will go to Yateley for our Chinese meals. Thank you RICE.

Had a meal here tonight. Nice food but got one main meal order wrong but told the blonde haired girl also serving us that it was fine as we didn't want to make a fuss and wait for a new dish. The chinese waitress with glasses was incredibly rude when taking our order, tutting when we paused to remember next dish and in view of this she ordered the wrong dish. Would have walked out maybe then but was with a friend. I did tell my husband, I thought maybe she didn't mean to come across as rude which she maybe overheard. Food good but she needs some customer service training! We all agreed lovely food and nice atmosphere but her attutude was rude and would put us off returning as she seemed to be the manager.

I took my grandson's here for a special celebration dinner. Food was first rate and the staff are very friendly and good with children.

We had a fantastic meal last night at Rice! Food was good and the buffet price made it very reasonable. Our waitress Celine was fantastic, she was so attentive and nothing was too much trouble. A nice Chinese restaurant , full menu plenty to choose from , staff are friendly and attentive. Food is good , good portions sizes , would go again. Well worth a visit.

Phoned them last saturday afternoon and got a table for the same evening, that makes it worth 5 stars. The food was first class and not expencive. I'll be making it my GO TO place from now on.

Have been using Rice for years and have always had brilliant service from Tiger and Lily, unfortunately can’t say the same for the new owners. Since it has changed hands the new staff have proven themselves incompetent in every way possible. Food is made incorrectly, half of the order is missing every week, we are overcharged every week. Has turned a favourite restaurant into a circus.

This was my wife and I first vist and we were greeted and made very welcome from the start.The restaurant was very clean and tidy and well laid out with plenty of room.The staff were very efficient and were very skilled at running a restaurant.The service was speedy and the staff were very helpfull.We were made to feel at home which is allways a good thing on a first visit.The starters were delivered promptly and food was hot and very tasty.The mains and deserts were bought with the same excelent quality.We will definately be visiting again and will be taking friends and recomending this Chinese restaurant to friends and family.Well done and thank you to the Rice Chinese restaurant.

We went to Rice for a Birthday celebration. The food was excellent, the service was excellent. Staff made sure everything was okay. Could not fault. Well worth going to. Brilliant

First visit here, as was looking for a Chinese where the fussy members of our group could order what they wanted. Please to report every one enjoyed there choices a small restaurant which I suspect would get busy at peak times. Food plenty full however drinks a little pricey our bill came in at £28 per head. This was just two beers with the rest of the drinks being soft drinks. Overall a pleasant experience. Would we return yes we would

Took my sister for her birthday on a Sunday evening for their all you can eat buffet menu. Unlike a lot of all you can eats you can order as much as you like off the menu and not scooped out of feeding troughs. Food is always good and service very quick and friendly. Only negatives would be that it always seems very quiet and they add a service charge on no matter how many diners there are (perhaps why it is quiet).

We went to celebrate a birthday and left disappointed, it was very cold and some of the party had to keep there coats on ,the quality of food seems to have gone down hill, most food straight from freezer to deep fat fryer, and all tasting the same .(very salty) when checking the bill they had over charged us , and also charged for are 2 year old on the buffet menu , very very expensive for what you receive , we definitely won’t be returning.

First visit to Rice with my better half and what a treat.

The all you can eat menu is excellent. Instead of a help yourself buffet, you can choose as many half plate sized dishes as you want. This includes starters, soup, crispy duck and loads of main courses. It is a great way of doing it. You can order more dishes at any point. Can highly recommend.

We went to rice on Sunday, it was for my Mums birthday. Service was brilliant, food was excellent, everything was done as asked, table was decorated, with flags up saying happy Birthday. Cake was brought to the table after the meal, with candles on, music on and we sang happy birthday, there was also happy birthday on the ceiling above the table.

What a brilliant restaurant! Came here with family on a Sunday night (all you can eat) the food was hot and fresh. Nothing was dry or bland. The service was good and very friendly. We felt welcomed and never rushed. The price was fair too £18.90 each for all you can eat or £8.90 for children. Definitely returning!

Had poor takeaway last month but thought I try again but again very poor . the rice was cold , chicken tough and chewy , yellow bean sauce like water and ribs had strange taste £24 and it ended up in the bin . Will be my last visit

Staying at local hotel and found Rice on Trip Advisor. Decided to try it out and so glad we did. Set up in restaurant was good with plenty of space between tables. Beautifully laid tables and looked spotless. Service very good, staff were attentive and happy to accommodate food allergies. Good selection to choose from on menu at standard prices for Chinese. Didn't have to wait long for food to arrive.

Excellent food and service as always. I booked the whole restaurant for my partner's 70th birthday. We had just over 60 people. They did a mixture of starters, then a duck course and mixture of mains for a set price. Can't recommend it highly enough

Large group events with 35 or so attendees can be difficult for a small venue to manage, certainly when catering for those who have been drinking and those who didn’t and the resultant cost. Last nights meal was one such event and generally all was well, a selection of pre determined starters and mystery / surprise main courses were served and were of acceptable quality and size. Staff were attentive enough and drinks were reasonably priced at for example £3.50 for a bottle of beer.

We had a meal her after it was recommend by a friend .....it was very nice very relaxed and didn't have to wait to long for our food overall very good and we will certainly be back. Three of us with three drinks each with 10% service charge came to £92 and we all had lots to eat. Definatly going to try the buffet next.

Visited Rice this evening for a takeaway. Extremely poor food that ended up in the bin £24 poorer. When i called them to complain the chap had a couldn’t care less attitude. Also told me he’d noted my name and number and never to go back there! Wow - no worries there. Avoid at all costs.

I go to Rice once in a while with family usually as a treat as it is probably the best Chinese restaurant in the area. The staff are so friendly, attentive, helpful and they even taught me how to use chop sticks! :) I always remember this place for the smiles on their faces. As soon as you walk through the door, you feel welcome.

Had a lovely meal. Stuffed lettuce was fab, 3 of us ordered 2 but there was definitely enough to share. Had 5 or 6 main dishes to share and ended up taking half of it home with us as they were very generous with the portions. The only niggle I have is the canned beer rather then draught. Nearly £4 for a can!

fantastic restaurant. great hosts and the food is amazing. they cater well for allergies and aim to please. we have been going here for years and go at least once a month to eat in and have take away too, it is very delicious.

El primer campo llegamos bastante rápido y aunque no nos vimos', 'los siguientes campos llegó con sincronización perfecta. Todos los platos eran de buena calidad, abundantes y deliciosos. Nos pareció que el precio de las comidas y drinkd era razonable. El restaurante es atractivo, con un ambiente agradable y el personal discreto y eficiente.

Tenía una llevar esta noche, no hay descuento para colección. La comida era sosa, insípida y bajo condimentada. El único plato era decente de forma remota las costillas capital. Un caro error! Nunca más. Lo que ha sucedido a la comida china como solía ser mucho mejor?

Takeaway was very poor indeed. Prawns, duck and chicken very very bland. Won't be back anytime soon.

We visited here for our daughter's 11th birthday. Food was really good, lovely ambience, friendly staff. They always decorate the table for birthdays which is a lovely touch & put happy birthday music on to bring birthday cake out. Will definitely be visiting again

Popped in to get a takeaway on a Wednesday evening, only 2 tables in the restaurant area occupied, however the service was slow and poor with the gent taking my order extreamley rudeFood arrived very quickly so paid and leftOnce home and unpacked found that 2 dishes were wrong, as living a few miles away couldn't be bothered to return , just won't use the place again

I have never had a bad eat in or take out from Rice. Tiger and Lily are both great too! The restaurant is spotless and the food so fresh and well cooked. I cannot recommend this place enough, the best in the area.

Recent takeaway had some poor elements. Felt thrown together and crispy chilli beef was in fast a soggy affair lacking in any kind of personality and felt like it had been re-heated in a microwave from frozen. Must do better Rice. Been using you for 10 years. Now off to find somewhere else :-/

My absolute favourite Chinese restaurant (and I have been to a fair few). Wonderful staff and service, and fantastic food!

We were welcomed at a very short notice booking, even though it was the Chinese New Year and well informed of the animals of each year by our smiling attentive waitress!The food was well presented, hot and delicious. Spoons as well as chopsticks adorned the table in case we couldn't manage the former. The atmosphere around us was fun, and we could have been quieter if we wanted, being positioned in a little alcove.The owners were happy to spend time teaching us some of their language, not worrying that our service had to be hurried. We'd definitely return.

Hadnt been to this restaurant for some years so this was my first visit since it changed owners and its name (Was Chengs) wasn't sure what to expect however I was very pleased with the experience.I was meeting friends who do eat there regularly and when they told me it was an all you could eat menu (They do this Weds & Sun) I fully expected the usual help yourself buffet where they food sits for ages and you keep going up however this is very different and much better.You get an all you can eat buffet menu with a very wide range of dishes which you can order as many of and as often as you like for a fixed price this means that everything you order is freshly cooked just for you and delivered to your table.The portions are designed to be small which is actually good because it means you can order loads of dishes without worrying that you wont eat it all and if you do particularly like something that you want more of then because its an all you can eat menu you just order more as often as you like and they will keep bringing it.The staff are really friendly and welcoming and the restaurant has a nice atmosphere which makes for a great evening.Parking is easy around the restaurant with some parking right outside and a lt more in the little shopping square just a couple of minutes walk up the road.Well done "Rice" on a good experience, I am due to meet up with another friend soon and I have already told her that's where we are going.

I was really trying it out for the second time as I always give a second chance :-) last time must have been around 2 years ago . So bland , I really didn't enjoy any of it ( even the rice was rubbish ) in fact it was worse than last time , it's a shame they are not making an effort at all ...will not go back ...

This is one of my favourite Chinese restaurants. On Sundays they do pseudo buffet menu where you can order as much as you like off the menu for a very modest fixed price of £17.90. The hot and sour soup was little bland but otherwise the food was as good as usual. They serve small portions but you can order as many items as you like and can repeat items that you like. The house red is very pleasant and only £13.90 per bottle.Service is quick but not intrusive. This was a very nice meal at a modest price.

Food was very bland, not alot of flavour and the portions were very small! Slightly dissapointed. Wont be having it again.

This restaurant has a very good New Year menu and a very reasonable price. This year the service was a bit slow as they were also serving Take Aways and frankly we felt that they were more interested in the take Aways than us and we were paying a premium. We had to wait quite a while between courses and even chivied the staff along as for about 15 minutes none of the tables were being served anything. As a couple we did not want to spend all night there, so we ate very good food and paid and left. Not sure if we will go again at New Year though.

RICE Chinese restaurant is my local takeaway and I honestly can't fault it. The food is lovely, the price is extremely reasonable and the staff are very friendly. I would definitely recommend the buffet on a Wednesday and Sunday evening. It is around £16pp and the selection is great. But if not, the set menus and a la carte are just as good. Whatever your preference, the staff here are lovely and will accommodate all of your needs. So if you are visiting Yateley, you should definitely give RICE a try!

Restaurant was decorated and tables well laid out for a large party. All diners had one of the set menu's, a 3 course Chinese meal. Guests enjoyed the food in particular the variety and quality. The second course, crispy aromatic duck with pancakes was a particular highlight for all. Atmosphere was great and service was friendly and efficient. Thanks to Tiger and his team to make the evening celebration special.

I was expecting to dine at an average restaurant and one that i perhaps I would not return to , but having dined at this restaurant , for the first time , I am most pleased to say it was a genuine and perfectly really good experience The dining area is a most pleasant area in which to dine , being very nicely furnished and welcoming.Rather than choose set meals ,4 of us dined Ala Carte , and the starter and following courses followed in very good time , and the quality of the food was faultless One of the best Chinese restaurants we have visited and one to which we will return.All waiting and serving staff were friendly and most hospitable

Here for work and chose a local Chinese near to our hotel. Lovely friendly staff and really good food, we went for the Buffett, highly recommend, excellent food

A great night out with a first class meal with our Children and Grandchildren they made sure that my wife Wendy had a great meal and enjoyed her night out there was 14 of us.

This was a last minute family meal out and Rice were very accommodating as this was a very busy Buffett night for them just prior to Christmas. This was our first visit to Rice. The restaurant was full. The service and food offerings were first class!! Really must go back soon.

I've been here many times over the past year and it never disappoints. Lovely food, friendly staff and good value.Would especially recommend their Sunday evening buffet.

Sat in a corner out the way it got so cold i could not eat my dinner so had to put my coat on and put my hands on food warmer left food never again

We visited Rice on an evening that they offered an all you can eat buffet style dinner.There were many dishes to choose from and all the food was cooked to order and arrived at the table hot and very well presented. We could choose as many course as we wanted and the wait wasn't very long at all. The lady who served us was recommending and encouraging us to try different dishes and we left satisfied and full.It was a bit quite in there but it was a very enjoyable meal.

Best Chinese in a while. Friendly visit. I'm sure we will go again before too long. Had two courses. We especially liked the duck. Nice touch with free coffees

We visited here for the first time with some very good friends based on recommendations from the local community website. The staff were pleasant and polite but lacking in etiquette. The food was nice and the menu extensive but there was nothing that stood out as being exceptional. I feel the only thing I will remember about this restaurant was the great company we were with. Maybe I'm being too harsh as my expectations are high these days.

I went last night with my hubbie and 2 girls. They decorated the table for me which was a lovely touch. The food was excellant, everybody really enjoyed what they had. Service was fantastic and the whole atmosphere was very welcoming. They had a sparkler on my cake and gave me a gift too. We'll definately be going back :);

We visited Rice recently for the first time after many years, unfortunately it now looks like they are under new management.My starter of Chicken satay was very tough & so molten hot is was clearly microwaved, in fact as another reviewer said you can clearly hear the “ping” of a microwave shortly followed by dishes leaving the kitchen, the only sound I expect to hear from a kitchen is the use of woks, what a joke! The only thing a microwave should be used for is the hot towels!Our second course was better, quarter of crispy duck with pancakes, cucumber & spring onion.For main & had sizzling fillet beef in black bean sauce the wife had a chicken dish, both were very tough & served in a very sticky sweet sauce, tasted like one you buy in a jar from the supermarket.I hate leaving negative reviews but after this experience we won’t be returning anytime soon.Ping..........Service…………

We had a fantastic evening at Rice in Yateley recently. The welcome was friendly & they were happy to accommodate our fairly large group. The food was very good & we all enjoyed a leisurely dinner with good service.

We visited here for the Sunday night "all you can eat buffet" which is in fact not a true buffet rather an extensive menu from which you order whatever you like and it is cooked fresh to order and brought to your table. We were a group of 4 and everyone really enjoyed it. We didn't have a bad dish between us! Particular favourites were the chicken satay skewers (gorgeous sauce and real chicken breast, not weird tasting chicken like some chinese places), the crispy duck with pancakes and the crispy shredded beef. It was such good value for the very reasonable price. We will definately be make this a regular occurence. Staff were super friendly and welcoming too.

We've had take away once before from Rice and it was lovely. However we ordered from there the other night and it was very disappointing. My stepdad is vegetarian and they have no vegetarian starters and don't order the wontons unless you just like crispy pastry as there was no filling in them whatsoever, it's almost like they forgot wontons are supposed to be filled. I had the chilli beef strips which were unfortunately very chewy. The beef in black bean sauce was nice. I think we'll be trying one of the other Chinese restaurants in Yateley next time.

Having lived nearby we somehow unfortunately managed to miss this little gem for far too many years. With two hungry teenage boys the asll you can eat buffet option was easy. As you just order fresh of a well selected menu this was not the usual lukewarm glob that sits on the heater for far too long, but all around fresh tasty food. We enjoyed every dish we tasted and especially the ample amount of duck (and we could have had more if only we could have coped) was impressive. Service was very friendly and the dining room fresh, clean and well presented. Now that we know what we missed we will be back, maybe even for the odd take away...

I have been to this Chinese restaurant many times over the years and will be reluctant to go back again. The people who run it are excellent and very accommodating unfortunately on our last visit the mature waiter was not really up to standard. He didn't seem to understand English very well and was not confident in his work. When the food arrived,which was very quickly,I was disappointed in nearly all of the dishes. The chicken was very pale in colour and just did not have the correct texture. It was almost rubber like. I would say that most of the food is prepared earlier then reheated when required, therefore the food is not freshly cooked. That is why they can serve food so quickly but unfortunately the food suffers

Was looking for somewhere for a simple Chinese in Yateley area and Rice had very good reviews so we gave it a go. Didn't disappoint at all. Service was great. Portions generous. Limited parking though.

Why am I always disappointed with Chinese food. I love Thai food and Chinese food always seems to come a poor second. Thai spring rolls clearly frozen and probably the most tasteless I have ever eaten accompanied by chilli sauce that appeared to have been watered down. Steak, ginger and spring onion don't bother paying the extra to have steak over beef because you don't get steak although it arrived sizzling to the table it was in some awful glutinous watery sauce and couldn't taste any ginger swamped in onions. Shame really as service is great on the plus side the seaweed and rice were lovely

Our usual place for Chinese food was closed so we had to choose another local to where we live. Rice gave us really nice food at a good price and they offered free delivery!Will use again

We have been to Rice half a dozen times over the last couple of years and it has never let us down. On this occasion we were a family party of 9 and we booked the large round table in advance. This table has a revolving central platform which always adds a little fun to the meal! Rice is a family run restaurant, and Tiger And Lily are excellent hosts who always serve up great food. We went at 6pm on Easter Sunday and had the "All you can eat banquet" which is available on Wednesday and Sunday for £16.90 an adult (£8.90 children) excluding drinks.The rule is that everyone on the table has to have the banquet or else you can order from the normal menu which also has a number of set meals.One of our party had a wheelchair which we able to manoeuvre into the restaurant before transferring the occupant to a normal chair at the table.The courses were served at a nice pace and once again we have to say thank you for an excellent and enjoyable meal.

This is just a good chinese restaurant, Nothing is exceptional but the food and service lack for nothing, Worth a try. I'd go back

These people take advantage of family events, huge bill for not a lot of food/drink. Greedy owners, won't be going there again!!

Rice is one of our favourite resturants so felt it was about time I wrote a review. We went on Saturday and even though it was busy the food still tasted great and the service was excellent, they can't do enough to please you. The set meals are worth their money and you can change things on there, nothing's a problem.

Always have excellent service and the food is wonderful and plenty of it. We asked if they could change something on the set menu as we didn't like it and they were happy to oblige

we were not disappointed, we had asked if they could let us know if they had a cancellation as our prior event was cancelled. They phoned to say that we could go and we were pleased. They had a set 4 course menu + a glass of Champange for £29.98 which we thought was very reasonable.The menu looked good, with only one dish that my Hubby would not eat, but I did. The food was excellent and the service was good up to a point. After the 3rd course it all ground to a halt as they made up a huge take away order. We waited 45 minutes before the last course arrived. The staff did apologise, but it did rather dampen the experience. All the diners in the restaurant were put out by this and also the constant other takeaway orders that were being done as well. At times it seemed that the customers at the tables were not as important as these orders. This did upset us, and we remembered that this had been a problem on our previous visits, which is possibly why we do not go there that often.

Warm greeting and shown to our chosen table. Great service and even greater food all freshly cooked bought to the table piping hot. Exellent value for money. Highly recommend. Will be back
