Ordered & told 15 minutes, was waiting for me in shop before 10 minutes , got it home, both the Pizza & chips were cold, tried to re heat, had 1 piece each & threw rest to the birds. ( poor birds I guess )

ABSOLUTELY DISGRACEFUL After a long day all I wanted to do was have a kebab. Instead I had to wait 3 hours with no updates. I even rang twice to check up on it but to no answer. When it finally arrived at 9pm it was stone cold with barely any donner meat or chilli sauce. I would recommend everyone to steer clear of riccos

30 chips for £2.20. That's 13 pence per chip. 😂 bargain. Its a good job the calazone kebab was nice.

A great alternative to New Milano's. Alot cheaper, with the 11 inch thins being only ≈ £7.70. Very quick and friendly staff who helped sort through our large order quickly. Would recommend!

Decent takeaway in the area, better than some of the others! Food is tasty and quality ingredients (e.g proper chicken pieces instead of "cubes"). Delivery time is generally about 30mins.

Just ordered a large donner kebab it's never seen large calzone ok but delivery price is disgusting £2.50 within 3 miles radius, I'm within the 3 miles and they still charged that when others far away only charges £1.50 not get nowt from there no more rip off's 😢

Delivery was on time but the food wasn't great. We ordered 2 pizzas and fries. All you could taste on the pizzas were the tomato puree and the fries were barely cooked.

Pizza was all over the box,none of the topping was on the pizza,felt like ringing them up,but having waited over an hour for the delivery,would of been even longer to wait for my food.Delivery driver needs to slow down I think!

Been using this place many years always been spot on but lately this has changed,got my order wrong on a certain item on the menu 3 times now (cheesos) burger and instead I just get a plain cheeseburger even though on the phone my order was repeated to me,chips so hot and hard just thrown in the container that it melts the plastic onto the chips and can't even cut a garlic bread right.. disappointed and really pondering if I should ever spend another penny here again

Ive know Ricco a long time. I went 2 months ago food was 1.15 hours late, excuse after excuse. I went last night. The food was so bad it gave me and son a Server upset stomach. This place has gone to the dogs. Get a grip man, I’m not gonna sit on the toilet and save you!!!!!!!! Disgusting

Been using riccos for a while now, I’ve done with the place, so disappointed. You can’t send cold greasy food like this, it’s shocking. I’ve spent a fortune at this place and to be fair most of the times it’s been spot on but not now. Haven’t got a clue whats gone wrong but you need to change it. The staff are great and friendly , such a shame. No more money from me

When for first time since it initially opened maybe 15 years ago and it was extremely good this time! Wife vegetarian and she had halloumi, sweet chilli pitta with chips she loved it. I had thin meat feast and was fresh and looked amazing, tasted great. Well done.

I enjoy the wraps me and mrs just had a chicken wrap and mixed wrap , good quality but no matter how many time you ask for plenty sauce theres never hardly any sauce on them , really lets it down other wise would 5 stars but i generally order else where because of this , ask for chilli and garlic theres never no garlic and only a slither of chilli ,.... . Why ????

great food & great service. chicken & donner kebab was really nice loads of staff available. my first time there but was very impressed with service & food. must be very popular as staff were very busy with deliveries & food going out the door with delivery men none stop. will defiantly be calling in again when im in mapplewell.

Very disappointed with our order from Riccos last night ordered extra donner & chicken meat but the meat that was in the pitta was not even a normal size kebab. Also the lasange was just a nasty sloppy mince sauce with cheese no pasta at all. Riccos is more expensive than other local takeaways with smallest portion sizes & definately not authentic Italian cuisine.

After being advised to order from Riccos I orderd 2 chicken kebabs I extra large 2 portions of chips and 2 garlic sauce total cost 20pounds 80 pence when order came cold will not be ordering again nice food but had to reheat in microwave hence 2 star

Usually quality service. But today order was poor to say the least. Ordered 2 kebabs, separate chilli & garlic. Recieved 2 kebabs, both had chilli and garlic on them rather than request for pots. My pitta was only 1 half????? Which is bizzarre where other half us 🤔

DISAPPOINTMENT is understating even after being starved after a 14hour shift! Understandable that could be under more strain due to current circumstance however would much rather of waited longer for something that was edible.... First try and Never Again!!! Didn't even mention that price was 5pound over what should of been as priced on their online menu!!

Just ordered via their website pizza tasted raw. Bought the halloumi fries thinking these would be nice instead my £3.20 got me 6 greasy tasteless sticks with a pot of sweet chilli sauce that was bigger than my hand ... aways ordered from here but they have definitely gone down hill. Such a shame as like i said this was our favourite takeaway but wont be ordering again

Called in to order in person, served straight away despite the phone constantly ringing & delivery guys in and out. This place is so busy but is so good, didn't my order was ready quickly & as always was delicious.

Kebab not bad chilli sauce was more like Bolognese sauce

If I could leave less stars I would. If i was you i would save your stomach, the food was terrible we got a hot shot pizza that tastes like a cheap loaf of bread that's been frozen then de frosted and had cheap toppings put on. We also got the lasagna that's could have been mistaken for regurgitated food coated in ginger. I couldn't finish it the pasta was more of a paste then actual food. I do not normally leave bad reviews. On a plus the lady who took my order was very friendly.

I live quite near by and I have eaten from here many times as it is really good food and I totally suggest that you try their pizza's. If anyone in the world knows how to make a pizza it ain't Papa Johns, it's definitely Ricco. Genuinely if you live near by aand you haven't tried there food you haven't lived. Not to mention there amazing staff who are always welcoming and friendly. Also their golden chicken is amazing.

This is actually one of the worst pizzas I've ever had and I've had a lot like thousands . The dough was so undercooked that not even the toppings had adhered to it . The toppings was bland and the base was cold . I'm afraid I won't ever be back . Hope you sort this out for other people

Excellent food and service. I would love to know where scores on the doors have there information from as in its latest inspection Riccos received a 5 star rating with Barnsley council and the information on here is incorrect and slanderous.

Some strange reviews on here for 1 star. Suspect rival fake reviews. Sampled our first takeaway from here and all I can say is wow. So nice to have fresh pizza with real ingredients for toppings. The chicken on the pizza was amazing. Garlic bread pizza with masses of fresh garlic was great too and one of us said the mixed kebab was one of the best they have ever had. Will be back for more

Ordered Golden Chicken advertised as '''fillets of Golden chicken'. So I'm thinking KFC style chicken...what arrived though was chicken nuggets. Paid money and delivered rubbish. Very disappointing.

Very poor service I stood awaiting service for 10 minutes only to be ignored there was two girls stood behind the counter dealing with one delivery driver then another 2 drivers turned up them the phone rang and still didn’t get an acknowledgment all they seemed bothered about was dealing with delivery’s there was interest with counter customers I walked out and went to pachinos just around the corner were the service was brill and food was best I’ve ever had so ricco sort your take away out

Ordered from here last night and wouldn't even give my dog the food! Pizza came with onions and peppers when we asked the girl on the phone twice for it without! chicken burger and chips, chips were rock hard, burger bun was burnt and I've never seen a piece of chicken so small! Had one bite and chucked both in bin! Disgusting!!!

Terrible waited 1 hour 30 mins and was supposed to get a chicken,pepperoni and bacon wrap and got a burnt wrap with only 4 peices of chicken and this is from a minor ricos right want to step up your game
