Ordered my favourite sweet and sour pork with egg fried rice here. One of the best I've had so far and the service was really quick.

Not bothered, thought we'd try somewhere new for a change, back to Yungs we go, husband had crispy chicken in honey spicy sauce, it was neither crispy nor spicy, and it didn't taste like honey either, imagine a watery smart price sweet and sour sauce then water it down some more, throw in some soggy shredded chicken and bulk it out with onions. Me and mum had king prawns with bamboo shoots and water chestnuts, bland, we all picked at the food then threw it away, my mum said she ate some because she was hungry as she'd looked forward to it all day, we're all sat here now thinking what just happened.

This has been a go to Chinese for a fair few years now. It used to be consistently amazing until it changed owners. Although they claimed the recipes were the same, and it is true that some of them did stay the same - the chicken in spicy garlic sauce changed in taste as well as ingredients. It was still nicer than other Chinese’s so we continue to order. The last orders weve had however wasn’t up to standard. The sweet and sour chicken had barely any sauce, the curry sauce was ridiculously thick and the rice so over cooked it was beyond sticky and mushed up.

Ordered tonight for the first time and wasnt disappointed ordered a munchy box to share between 2 could have easily fed 3. Decent delivery time large portions nice and hot and delicious food we will deffo be back thankyou

First time ordering from here as my favourite place shut and we are trying to find a new favourite.I’m very happy with the food we had curry dishes and they had just the right amount heat to the sauce. Very tasty. Friendly staff and clean waiting area. We will be back.

Why do Chinese give you chips that have been cold and warmed back up.. our lasses feet taste better. Cook chips fresh i would wait .

I was about to ring and complain about how long it had taken for the food to be delivered when they knocked on the door! HOWEVER the food had TWO NOT ONE BUT TWO HAIRS IT!!!!!!!!!!!!

Beef with Mushroom is very good. Cantonese chowmein also very good. Food always taste fresh. You can't go wrong here.

tried for the first time tonight....busy Saturday night, food delivered in 45 minutes, friendly driver, food piping hot, and very tasty... so far so good..... I'll be back.

22/05/2021 Just ordered from here and I jist want to say how much we enjoyed it was absolutely beautiful.. piping hit and well worth the money.. I've always ordered from here when I fancy a Chinese which is not very often and I am never disappointed.. keep up the good work..

We visit this takeaway regular & have always received a good service. All the different dishes we have tried have been large servings and we often share a portion between the two of us. Personally we ring our order in then collect but they do offer delivery.

Chinese reasonable prices best takeaway in monk Bretton

Had food from here for 2 yrs with only one problem sorted immediately. Had food ordered tonight but for some reason they added garlic without stating this. I have had a reaction to this. I rang and it took until the 5th time of asking and getting upset before i was told garlic was in the meal. No apology at all. No consideration and writing this on way to hospital for rather unpleasant injection

Shame I couldn't give 0 stars. Placed our order on just eat then Dragon kitchen declined our order I rang and asked why i was told because it's busy in the shop. I expressed I wasn't happy I had already paid. The rude lady on the phone laughed and said deal with just eat 😡 I will NEVER give them my custom again. Disgraceful and no respect for customers.

Awful food. Got the order wrong with 2 items. Mushrooms were old n should have gone in the bin last week at the latest. Charged delivery again for 2nd item they forgot. Bulk dishes out with old veg rather than meat. Would not recommend at all.

Best Chinese in Barnsley. Beef Thai curries are awesome. Great size dishes.

Owner is a psycho that was threatening me with the police because the food was disgusting. Rice hot and chip hot salt and pepper chicken tasteless and it was like biting into a rock. No chicken inside. I took videos of the owner the poor girl behind the counter looked terrified of the owner she said that's why she's leaving.... great way to spend my Sunday night. Video on request!

First time av ordered and wow awsome food

In all my 53 years on this planet, the crispy shredded beef was the most tasteless, disgusting meal I had ever had the misfortune to try and digest. Would never darken this business again! YUK!

unsure what is happening here as food sometimes not cooked through and having to microwave it before eating, in store service is good until the phone rings , they will leave you mid order to get the telephone order . oh you will wait . ignorant at times. easier to order by phone, at least you will be attended to .
