Didn’t receive the 2 lots of fries I ordered

Man was nice who delivered our food. but food a little cold but ok.

Food was warm and quick service

forgot a chips and sauces... (just for a change)

Delivery took a very long time - won't order again and a hash brown missing

order never arrived but sayinf its been delivered!

delivery time was good but when i opened my food i noticed they didn’t give me part of my order and gave me something else instead said they issued me a refund still haven’t got my money back.

Food was over two hours late, no communication rang the place they said nothing to do with them as third party order. Contacted just eat who didn't not reply. Food eventually arrived after nearly 3 hours freezing cold warm drinks tried to decline but courier said wasn't allowed. Wasted money on food not eaten

The food we ordered came in a soggy bag, chips were cold, and food was practically stale. I had sent a request for a refund on the £30 worth of food that I ordered and the best thing they could offer was £3.75 back in disgusted by this and think that a petty £3.75 is not good enough at all

food came, ordered a large coke and the coke was spilt all over with no lid on. ordered nuggets with sauce and got no sauce. gets worse every time i order.

Order took a long time to arrive. Driver showed as being at the restaurant for ages before setting off. Food delivered stone cold. Was the food ready long before the driver set off?

Well I have had 3 different times which is crazy,Big Mac didn't have 2 full burgers on,I ordered diet coke and got flat coke,No ketchup and I ordered a Smartie MC flurry and got Oreo which I don't like.Absolutely Awful.You need to either get Proper Staff or Teach them to read Orders PROPERLY!!

Almost £50 spent inc. delivery fee and service charge. No coincidence that EVERY TIME an order is incorrect it is due to items missing, and not vice versa. Yet they still had the balls to charge maximum service charge. Incredible!!!

my drink had leaked in the bag meaning I had no drink. this meant I had to bin the bag and had no straw or dip with my meal. the man delivering the order didn't hand me the meal and instead expected me to get it out the delivery bag. very poor experience and very disappointing. would like a refund.

Very poor services. My order took 2 hours and 40 minutes to come. When it came my Sharebox of cheese bites has come as a single portion. Tried to contact the restaurant to cancel my order as I’ve been that hungry, I’m no longer wanting food!! Finally manage to get through to the restaurant once my food had come and they say my order says a single portion of the cheese bites but my order does say a sharebox. Really poor service. Will not be ordering again

Delivery time kept changing. Food was freezing! The Big Mac had the completely wrong sauce on and customer services for just eat just said there’s nothing they can do! Would have been a different story if I had had an allergic reaction to it

It's a McDonalds, you get what you expect food wise...Used the DriveThru and had the obligatory wait 🤔 So by the time the mains had arrived the drinks were cold and the McFlurrys had melted - McCrispy and the melted Orange McFlurry were nice 🫠!

Shocking waiting 10 mins after going through the drive through with nowhere to go as they were sending everyone to sit and wait, the drive through fully blocked people shouting as unable to get through, fantastic night .... Fast food ..... I think not

Chips and burgers cold and stale like they'd been cooked about an hour ago. Not even slightly warm. Also missing 2 x portions of chips. Won't be ordering again.

Food was cold and it was originally to be delivered at 10:35 as I ordered it just after 9 am then it changed to 11:35 delivery turned up at 11:39 . The McDonald’s is 5 mins away from where I live and it took nearly 2.5 hours to come it was discusting service then cold food which I had to warm up

Probably one of the most dysfunctional places I've ever visited. 15 minutes for 2 coffees at a quiet time. Excuse: "there is nobody on drinks at the moment" . But there were lots of people doing nothing! Never again.

Absolutely fu*king clock cold .. waste of £20

How can you get it so wrong. Three breakfast meals ordered and all of them missing the sides (hash browns) including the “free” one we’ve never ever received. The drinks all arrived upside down and most of it inside the bag and not the cups. Appreciate this is the drivers issue but the breakfast was a massive fail again. The amount of times you forget to send something is terrible.

Shocking service. Having ordered our food then travelling 6 miles home only to realise our order was short. I couldn't be arsed to drive back. I certain will not be going back because this is not the 1st time this has happened.

Constantly get Drive Thru orders wrong, fries aren’t tasty & salty, and they can’t stack up a burger or muffin straight to save their lives, but otherwise a typical McDonalds. Very clean though. Ladies who clean up and help out in the seating area are fab too - friendly, helpful and great with all the kids.

Food was cold, drinks were flat and took over an hour to be delivered from order.

Yet again we had items missing from the delivery. It happens every time we order on the app. We had 3 items missing from the order at a cost of nearly £10. No way of reporting this on the app. When you call the restaurant they couldn't care less and direct you to uber eats. What the hell has the delivery company got to do with packing the order. It's simply down the sheer incompetence of the managers and staff in the kitchen. Tried ringing uber and couldnt get through. This issue is systematic of mcdonalds and it has to stop. We are being ripped off. I won't go there anymore, absolutely disgraceful customer service.

cold fries , luke warm burgers £35 order for a £6 refund never again, if you have an item missing you have to reorder item and pay again while can take 24hrs for refund at least with drive through you can take it straight back

ordered food at 11am which said would place order at 11.20 am & at 12.30 i got a call from delivery driver saying he was at the wrong address i directed him to the address i gave online order & he told me he was then in his way… after yet another 40mins i haven’t recieved my order & i cannot contact the driver … it is marked as delivered online ( i haven’t recieved order after waiting over 2 hours!) & now i have filled in refund request that says may take up to 7 days!!!! … absolutely fuming

What can I say it's a Maccie D's lol. Busy times you might get an incorrect order so maybe check your order before leaving if taking away, and expect delays.

Food was nice and tasty but all chips were cold. The time on ticket when meals were put together was 34 mins before it arrived.

The hot chocolate was brown water with no flavour at all. Pancake & sausage was missing the sausage.

Very clean and tidy. As usual - too much priority on the drive through customers but the staff out the front were very friendly and attentive. One member had been there 8 years and loved every day - made my visit worthwhile

the food is cold. The chips are inedible as they are burned and rock solid. the drinks have leaked into the ice cream and doughnut so the ice cream and doughnut are also inedible. absolutely terrible delivery. will not be ordering from here again. Absolute waste of £45.

One of the better maccies in and around Sheffield. Has its issues though, staff with zero customer service skill most times and an ice machine that works less than you would hope. Salt and pepper sachets are charged to staffs wages according to how tight they can be, not to mention the half empty chip containers Also failed on basic instructions when it comes to no lettuce as per pictures

Manager working tonight 19.10.24 has the worst attitude ever! Wrong food given which didn't match receipt. When asked to sort they said was an uber problem. No mcdonalds it was whoever packed the order not uber. Receipt was correct food was wrong. Terrible attitude in store by management. Staff tried there best to help but one manager imparticular was very very rude! And then when asking to resolve they started arguing between themselves infront of a restaurant full of customers. Absolute disgrace!!!

Staff during click and collect couldn't even stretch to a smile while handing over your order and it came with no napkins or dips for 2 burgers and 2 chips plus a drink

Had a toffee latte on the way to the airport tasted like a black coffee and sour milk.

right joke turned up with a bag of drinks not my order given straight back to him phoned McDonalds who are useless an said need to contact courier how do I do that then I want my money back now 0 stars
