It's Maccies. What more is there to say!!

Started to use this outlet alot due to working. Really bad service,slow and un bothered staff.staff laughed at me when i wuestioned the 20 minute wait and the Large lady with a scrunched up face that i assume is a manager was horrible and got nasty with me.

Stopped here very late at night, part way through a very delayed journey. Drive through service was quick, freshly prepared, delicious, and kept us going for the remaining hours of our journey.

I’m posting this review just so people that have there food delivered from here you will be having missing things this is the 2 time it’s happens where we are missing moast of awer things they need to sort it out

Ordered from here, completely messed up the order. I bought a few different sauces none of them showed up with the delivery. Ordered a double BigMac meal and it was missing 2 beef patties. Also ordered a 20 piece chicken nuggets box and a double quarter pounder, both were freezing cold and won’t give me a refund. Wouldn’t recommend if you’re thinking about buying from here.

Standard McDonald's. Nice little breakfast treat on way home

I call for a latte most mornings. Generally quiet so the staff are straight on it and very nice the coffee is👍

Average. Fries were soggy but generally food okay. Had to wait in a loading bay. Atmosphere for drive thru isn't good because you are sat next to a petrol station where truckers pull up, but I guess the area they are in they can't do anything about to be fair

Vegan/veggie options very limited. No alternative to cows milk in coffee, only one desert. The McPlant burger was good though.

Low rating because I cannot comprehend why this McDonalds doesn't deliver to the s36 area when it’s a 8 minute drive.

The usual Maccy fare, all good especially the coffee.

Got the order wrong sent chicken nuggets instead of a wrap went in to change it and they were very polite and were happy to give us the wrap we left and checked the bags again they had sent medium instead of large fries on both and instead of a chicken mayo sent a plain hamburger not the first time I've been given the wrong food at this McDonald's the one at birdwell is much more reliable

It's a really busy place! But the food was really hot and nice. Nicola, the assistant there, was lovely and very helpful 😀

mc Donald's have removed any offers for two people, now only deals for four people, so you have to spend more money....custom lost.

Ordered a quarter pounder which I paid for and did not receive, and no sauces. Do not order online via Uber, go in person and make sure you have everything. Incompetant waiters/waitresses.

always late, cold food and orders always wrong, request refund and is never followed up, service is shocking and workers must be smoking on something. no more chances

Only received 2 items from my 4item order. Realised before courier left . She was EXTREMELY rude and just shrugged her shoulders and said “nothing I can do. You have problem , you sort out” I ordered a double cheeseburger without ketchup but got a cheese burger with just patties and cheese-no dill pickle , no onion and no mustard.

Got the food fairly quickly but no drinks asked the driver before he left and said there was no drinks just one bag

Order is completely wrong. No fries. Burgers inedible for kids because didn’t follow instructions, they came with pickles and onions which they are allergic too. Milkshakes were both wrong flavour. Hot choc was like water and all order was stone cold

One of the worst McDonald’s. No McFlurrys, toilets out of order. More concerned with drive through than customers in shop. Staff standing about chatting while customers waiting to place order in shop

Unable to cancel order. Phoned restaurant who where unaware of my order. Thought it would never arrive and all of a sudden its out for delivery. Very disappointed with the waiting time i ordered at 17 57 and received my order at 1915

Shocking! waiting for a ONE COFFEE 20 mins while staff were doing absolutely nothing. Needs new management as everyone is too relaxed there.

The food was cooked well and this isn't a reflection on the service here. But the restaurant chain in general. The hat trick burger is made to look big and for over £7 it's not worth it, it's not as big as a big Mac but made to look as such. And the MC crispy says nowhere that it's spicy and it is. The staff here are lovely and fast. Just don't find MC Donalds good value in fact it's over rated and sub standard.

Just what I needed. Been vusy day and had hardly eaten. I called into Maccys for a bite to eat. I got the Mc plant burger. It was lush!! The place was clean and tidy, the staff were polite and there wasn't a que. But this was in early hours of the morning.

What's not to like,clean, good food fantastic coffee nice staff and free WiFi

Lovely, calm atmosphere and spoke to two ladies working there who were absolutely lovely and took the time to chat to my children.

This business has gone down year after year and more and more people seem to feel the same. The menus barely change from year to year. The food is not that tasty and it is not healthy nor tasty. I cannot endorse this business

A very pleasant trip to McDonald's after an evening of tennis. Usual menu topped off with a large Banana Shake. Wasn't surprised by the food nor service.

This has improved massively since my last review. Staff are friendly and food has really improved. Due to parking issues I would probably recommend this one more for the drive-thru than a stop off, unless you visit at a more quiet time.

an hour late cold and items missing

Just visited and yet again something missing from my order, it's become common place at this restaurant. If it's not the sauces it's a main, tonight was my mayo chicken. Will not waste my time and money any more here.

Food was great, atmosphere was ok, our server however was rude, disinterested and seemed like she couldnt be bothered

Ordered on the way from Sheffield Centre > Stocksbridge to collect and there were some specific orders which were spot on. No food drink issues.

Sauce wasn’t included and no straw. Fries were cold by the time they got to me as the order had probably been sitting out before the delivery driver arrived. It seems every time I order there is something missing.

Awfulness at its highest. Ordered a quarter pounder deluxe burger meal, I got a small cheeseburger instead and the girl she brought my food on the table as I requested table service, threw the tray like you get free food in prison and I asked for some tissue and Barbecue sauce, she showed me long and red face.

Food stone cold, no straws for drinks and waited over an hour from time of order when delivery time advised was 20-30 minutes

Stopped off on the way back to Manchester from Cleethorpes. I would say one of the cleanest and hottest burgers and fries I've had from McDonald's, you could tell it had just been freshly cooked. The staff were very friendly staff

My first visit to this particular Macdonald's Standard layout, clean and tidy my only criticism would be that the service is very slow - had to wait about 10 mins for our meals to be prepared, from what I could see it was caused by lack of staff!

Great food as always. Quick service unlike a few around the same area and plenty of parking too.

The meals was cold and there was large fries missing I always thought your meals should be hot when you get ithem . Will not be ordering again .

Once again, my dips and straw were forgot.

Food was still warm and fast delivery. But however I was sent the correct meal but sent someone else drinks. I order a drink and McFlurry and received two large cokes.

It's a McDs.... But as they go, it was the best attempt at looking like a big Mac you see in adverts that I've seen. Blessings they look like they've been constructed then dropped on the floor then put in the big, but these looked like someone had taken time to build and place in the box without sitting on it. Good effort all around.

Not had a McDonald's for 3 years from here. Chose drive through which was dead, should have known from it being dead!! Ordered deluxe quarter pounder and cheese meal burger was nice but rather small like only fits in palm of hand.... Fries were blant no salt on them! The mrs ordered classic big-mac meal and was in original box and everything till we got home they gave us a big chicken Mac like what the....!!!! Same again fries blant no salt and no napkins or even sachets or sauces even with our side order of cheese herb bites!!!! So for us last time we going.

It's a McDonald's you get pay for.

Unfortunately I end up calling at far too many McDonald's establishments. However you do get to be able to see the difference in different franchise operators. I have been to some shockers belive me, Salford being one. However I am glad to report this one is excellent, the toilets are clean, the staff are great, the service prompt and the food was as it should be, exactly the same as elsewhere.

Called off for a breakfast bap after a long flight home, not somewhere I would usually eat. The food was OK, and the seating area was clean and tidy , staff was friendly and welcoming .
