missed a burger off my order order 5 double cheese burgers with 1 being customised but only 4 turned up...looks like I'm not eating.

No issue with delivery but as always no sauces given by the restaurant. It’s a common occurance. How hard is it for the staff to read the receipt.

Been here loads of time don’t know why I keep going, use drive through and they always get the order wrong, I think it’s McDonalds policy to forget atleast 1 item on a drive through, last few orders chips were ice cold and hard, burgers were thrown together. But in general every Macdonald's forget an item, will i ever get me money back no, Do their competitors forget items no, do their competitors serve cold food no. if it wasnt for my family preferences I would always go elsewhere.

Ordered food here today and pretty much every item was missing from the delivery. Phoned the driver and he didn't care one single bit and then... To make matters worse... This McDonald's can't even be bothered to answer their phone. Avoid avoid avoid

Needed the toilet on route to Manchester and a coffee because it was early….this McDonalds delivered on both requirements. Also not sure how to rate a McDonald’s on atmosphere?

Complete wrong order and no drinks

Ordered from this McDonald’s multiple times and given it too many chances! Everytime we order even when in the store something is missing from the order. The workers are careless and mess around and don’t deliver the food in a timely manner. The workers give you looks while you wait and constantly chat with their mates instead of getting on with it. Their is all about having fun at work but not to a point when nothing gets done. Someone needs to put this McDonald’s in its place and start sorting it’s stuff out because the amount of times I’ve had to complain and or get a refund for things is ridiculous.

Food as you'd expect Service swift and polite. Drivethru and it was quick.

An entire meal missing from order!!! happens every single time we order, I'm sure they do it on purpose! it's all well and good getting a refund but 1 child is now missing a meal when everyone else has got theirs! rest of food was luke warm and unsatisfying. Last time we order anything from there, Absolutely garbage!

A drive through where you had to wait ages for your food

Queuing out onto the road, car park havoc, and 4 staff sat outside eating and drinking. Waited 40 mins just to order, couldn’t turn round, staff outside for all that time…

Great McDonalds! Best we've had for a while. Staff are lovely, and its nice to hear the laughter of staff with no negative impact on service. Im used to seeing bored and mardy staff elsewhere. Speedy service, hot food, kind customer service. Thank you.

First of all the chips were cold and I got and an incorrect amount of nuggets. Then when collecting the order we were told to wait although there were no available bays to wait so we ended waiting the car park then after just below 10 minutes the order finally arrived but the problems don’t end there when we arrived home to eat I had ordered the Minecraft movie meal to find the toy was missing which was the whole reason I ordered it and now I have to drive back to collect it again. Overall it was pathetic how many mistakes were made if you want McDonalds make sure you don’t go here.

Ordered 4 dips. Only one came with all the food. No straws for our drinks. Seems to be the case these days when ordering there's always something missing.

Arrived on time. 2 x 9 chicken nugget Minecraft meals with toys for my kids, chicken nuggets were there but there were no chips and a toy missing. Called the store on the receipt, they couldn't help, tried contacting customer service- shocking.

Horrendous experience. Had to wait for a long time (10+ mins) food cold, grilled chicken hard and chewy, order wrong, manager unhelpful.

if we pay for sauces, we expect the sauces.

In many ways, just one good example of the McDonalds franchise but done very well with extra level of customer service and engagement.

The delivery driver got lost. He had to put a resident on the phone after many instructions of East! Food was clock cold. I received 0 sauces and dips .. no coke drink and no balsamic vinegar on my side salad

Every time we come and go through the drive through we end up having to park up and I mean every time. Never have food ready .

there was 3 items missing out of 7 ordered and out of the 2 milkshakes ordered, they sent one the wrong flavour. this restaurant never gets an order right from experience. in about the 15 times we've ordered, they must have only gotten an order right 3 times. oh and they left the food bag beside the milkshake bag so when it eventually arrived the food was cold also!

Never get any order right if you do want a mcdonalds go to one in Rockingham services there slightly better

Just been for breakfast with my daughter. Ordered porridge and a sausage and bacon sandwich. Coffee and oasis. Table service. Waiting 15 minutes. Went to the counter. To be told they were waiting on bacon. Turns up 2 minutes later. No bacon on the sandwich. Porridge one solid lump. Returned them both. Sandwich correct. Porridge one solid lump again. Woman said that is how they come now. That's a lie. Had one a few days earlier at a different McDonald's. That was nice. Won't be rushing back there

The delivery driver couldn’t find me. He also couldn’t understand any directions. I ended up having to go out and find him. Once I returned home the order was wrong. 3 chicken selects received when I’d paid for 5 and the plain burger I ordered (which had the plain burger sticker on the box) had full sauces picked and onion on. Ridiculous. I want a refund.

Awful food. Chips not cooked. Only 4 minutes away, took an hour and still arrived cold. Should have walked there and offered to cook myself.

Not one of their best, order was wrong, staff were yapping and not working and car park is dodgy for parking in certain spaces, poorly laid out.

No straws came with drinks, no salsa dip for mozzarella dippers and side salad was just a few bits of lettuce a slice of tomato and a slice of cucumber, shame but rest was fine

I’ve been sent the wrong order

We went to the drive through and placed our order. When we got home there were no mozzarella dips we had ordered and paid for. This is not the first time this has happened. Surely staff should check orders, especially for drive through customers, who don't realise some of their order is missing until returning home.

Don't think I've ever had an order that was correct first time. There seems to be no effort but into quality assurance. They also seem to think that putting a medium amount of fries into a large box counts as large fries.

The best McDonalds in the area mainly because it's busy. Hot fries, well cooked food and good service.

The food was freezing I complained the day after and was expecting to have my full cost refunded I spend a lot of money on this and need the refund
