if we pay for sauces, we expect the sauces.

Food good and fast delivery but unfortunately some items missing

The delivery driver got lost. He had to put a resident on the phone after many instructions of East! Food was clock cold. I received 0 sauces and dips .. no coke drink and no balsamic vinegar on my side salad

No food delivered, just got drinks won’t be using again. No contact telephone number abysmal service

all the food absolutely stone cold. drinks not even filled fully.

there was 3 items missing out of 7 ordered and out of the 2 milkshakes ordered, they sent one the wrong flavour. this restaurant never gets an order right from experience. in about the 15 times we've ordered, they must have only gotten an order right 3 times. oh and they left the food bag beside the milkshake bag so when it eventually arrived the food was cold also!

The delivery driver couldn’t find me. He also couldn’t understand any directions. I ended up having to go out and find him. Once I returned home the order was wrong. 3 chicken selects received when I’d paid for 5 and the plain burger I ordered (which had the plain burger sticker on the box) had full sauces picked and onion on. Ridiculous. I want a refund.

Awful food. Chips not cooked. Only 4 minutes away, took an hour and still arrived cold. Should have walked there and offered to cook myself.

No straws came with drinks, no salsa dip for mozzarella dippers and side salad was just a few bits of lettuce a slice of tomato and a slice of cucumber, shame but rest was fine

The best McDonalds in the area mainly because it's busy. Hot fries, well cooked food and good service.

The order never arrived. I waited for over 2 hours nearly 3 until at one point the page updated and said the food was delivered when it wasn’t, Honestly how disappointing. Originally i was going to order from my usual McDonald’s but unfortunately for some reason i couldn’t, so i ordered from this one, I will never make that mistake again. When it comes to ordering from fast food places just stick with the ones you can actually rely on unless a friend recommends another place you can try.

Ordered medium big mac meal through drive through. I had to wait for my food but there was no space in the waiting area. Food arrived. COLD. went straight in bed. Will not return

I live 5 minutes drive from this restaurant, order took over 15 mins before even being processed and arrived almost stone cold. Poor service. Driver was friendly though.

It's a McDonalds. One of the smallest I have been in. Serves burgers, fries and coffee. Amongst other McDonalds usual menu items. If you want a steak... dont stop here.

Every time I have visited this store, they have got my order wrong, given me cold food or taken so long that it definitely can’t be considered fast. This site sets a bad rep fyi

I will be honest I don't like McDonald's, but unfortunately there's not many burger kings. Breakfast better I do enjoy that but the actual main menu and food is poor quality and awful.

delivery time was good but when i opened my food i noticed they didn’t give me part of my order and gave me something else instead said they issued me a refund still haven’t got my money back.

Food was over two hours late, no communication rang the place they said nothing to do with them as third party order. Contacted just eat who didn't not reply. Food eventually arrived after nearly 3 hours freezing cold warm drinks tried to decline but courier said wasn't allowed. Wasted money on food not eaten

I bought 3meal and 20 chicken suggets through APP at 5pm today. When I went to home they missed 20 chicken suggets for me. The first staff was friendly checked said give me the code for next time because I alway lost the code and last two time missed apply pie and give me wrong drinks. so she siad give me nuggets with extra meal for me. I asked sent the code by email. she said ok. I was happy with it. 2hours later I haven't received the code . Call them back a boy answered the phone said hold the line than cut it off. call them back a lady cut it off aganit.I was continuing call them over 10 phone call but Nobody answered any more. very very very bad customers service.

The food we ordered came in a soggy bag, chips were cold, and food was practically stale. I had sent a request for a refund on the £30 worth of food that I ordered and the best thing they could offer was £3.75 back in disgusted by this and think that a petty £3.75 is not good enough at all

Would have given more stars if I hadn't had to go through the drive-through 3 times for them to get my order correct. Then, when I got home, after all the frustration, I was still missing items. I had to call them for a refund. I understand that it was busy and all the staff was really young and mistakes happen but 4 times is pushing it a bit

One of the worst McDonald’s we’ve been to. Told no sauce to go with the cheese dippers. Should have been told this whilst ordering and we would not have bothered. Then when asked what other sauce we wanted, told it would be 50p extra for sweet chilli. Unbelievable! Then told to park in car park as food wasn’t ready. Not one parking space so we, like others, had to ditch the car on the side of the road. Absolute carnage. Then pulled up in the Brewers Fayre opposite to eat it and it was awful. The chips and burgers were like cardboard. If you are driving through on a long journey, I would find a different one. Very poor.

Well I have had 3 different times which is crazy,Big Mac didn't have 2 full burgers on,I ordered diet coke and got flat coke,No ketchup and I ordered a Smartie MC flurry and got Oreo which I don't like.Absolutely Awful.You need to either get Proper Staff or Teach them to read Orders PROPERLY!!

Almost £50 spent inc. delivery fee and service charge. No coincidence that EVERY TIME an order is incorrect it is due to items missing, and not vice versa. Yet they still had the balls to charge maximum service charge. Incredible!!!

my drink had leaked in the bag meaning I had no drink. this meant I had to bin the bag and had no straw or dip with my meal. the man delivering the order didn't hand me the meal and instead expected me to get it out the delivery bag. very poor experience and very disappointing. would like a refund.

Very poor services. My order took 2 hours and 40 minutes to come. When it came my Sharebox of cheese bites has come as a single portion. Tried to contact the restaurant to cancel my order as I’ve been that hungry, I’m no longer wanting food!! Finally manage to get through to the restaurant once my food had come and they say my order says a single portion of the cheese bites but my order does say a sharebox. Really poor service. Will not be ordering again

It's a McDonalds, you get what you expect food wise...Used the DriveThru and had the obligatory wait 🤔 So by the time the mains had arrived the drinks were cold and the McFlurrys had melted - McCrispy and the melted Orange McFlurry were nice 🫠!

Chips and burgers cold and stale like they'd been cooked about an hour ago. Not even slightly warm. Also missing 2 x portions of chips. Won't be ordering again.

Shocking waiting 10 mins after going through the drive through with nowhere to go as they were sending everyone to sit and wait, the drive through fully blocked people shouting as unable to get through, fantastic night .... Fast food ..... I think not
