Rhos Pizza Kebab Ltd in Conwy

Called in to order 2 medium donna kebabs.... gentleman who served us said he would put on a new donna as the old was mostly gone. Mentioned we needed to get home said he'd deliver it. Got 2 huge donna meat boxes 2 fresh salads and all the sauces plus 2 fresh breads for £13.....really nice food. Will be back 🙂

A great place they understand customer service snd look after you I’m about to order now. Aydins in the bay think they are the dogs….NOT, too big 4 tgere own boots!! This is a great little kebab shop with that personal customer service.

We stopped here for food whilst on a walk along the prom and we are really glad we did! The staff were super friendly and the food was great! We had a small chicken kebab and a mixed kebab, meat was juicy and full of flavour and the pita bread was a nice fresh big open pita not the usual small sealed one that’s impossible to get anything in without ripping it. The mixed kebab came with fries which was a surprise and we were given the option of free garlic bread or a drink as we’d spent over £20. The salad and sauces came separately so it was nice to construct my own kebab and not have all the sauce and salad on the top of the meat. Really good food, clean and tidy and lovely staff!

I ordered my food at 6:30 and waited until 8'clock and my order still had not arrived, I phoned up to asked where my oder was and was told it was still cooking and would be with me very shortly... 40 mins after that the delivery guy turned up and was faffing around in his car for at least 5 minutes before getting out to come give us our order. My order came to roughly £15 and I gave the young fella £20 and received my change in 10p's, 1p's and 2p's.. I am not happy with my experience ordering from Robertos and will NOT be ordering again! Since changing from cheeky pizza this place and quality of food has gone drastically down hill. Very rude Manger/owner The owner will come to your door shouting and swearing if you phone up and tell him the food is cold. He gets really mad and threatening. Be careful if you are wanting a refund or a fresh meal <<<<< BE WARNED

Ordered a chefs special, wings and piece of chicken. Told us they didn't have kofte so would do abit extra chicken or donner....fine. Asked how long and told 40 mins, 60 tops. Driver arrives 1hr 20 later, already rang up to ask how long. Chefs special was not a special! Literally just donner meat and chicken, no other meat at all, no salad, no sauces. It was the driest food I've ever tasted and we just couldn't eat it, the wings weren't very nice either tbh.

This is, beyond any doubt whatsoever, the best takeaway pizza in the Colwyn Bay/Rhos on Sea area: by a country mile! Base always crispy, they follow all specific instructions and the food is always hot, which is very important to us. I have stopped ordering from anywhere else and have, by doing so, avoided disappointment. These guys deserve 10/10 and just have it down perfect each and every time. I ask for my base to be well done each time and it is. They also wear masks for deliveries which is crucial to me as I’m clinically compromised and live in a block of flats. And, they’re thoroughly nice people to boot! Keep up the good work Y’all!

Nice touch with the nan bread instead of pitta bread. Nice succulent chicken but unfortunately far too much salt in the chicken kebab and the donor kebab........unable to eat..........such a shame. We will be sticking to good old bay grill in future.

Would have been a five star but was made to wait 30 mins after ordering online and turning up at my selected pick up time. Then they ran out of large pizza bases so gave me a smaller one. They did however give me money back as compensation so can't really quibble about that

Travel from Cheshire for a few Chef special kebabs and they are amazing, I have to to come here for real kebabs welldone Roberto's,get the spelt flour Naan back on the menu Mark from Runcorn

They can not seem to get a simple order right like i ordered a plane beef burger and they gave me a cheese burger when i said plane

1st time experience. So ordered my food at 1915 and received it at 2200 after being told an hr wait time on the website. Salad never arrived even tho it was ordered. Was told that because of it being a bank holiday all the food was getting out late. This would have been an absolute hammering of a review but the food was unbelievable. Best chicken and lamb kebab I've had and all the food ordered was cooked perfectly with loads of taste. Would definitely order from Roberto's again but definitely not on a bank holiday weekend.

almost every delivery they make mistakes nowadays such as a burger meal deal you pay 1 pound extra for cheese and put garlic mayo on chips... they then give you plain chips even tough you payed extra.. when calling about it they litteraly send a tub of cheese and a pot of garlic mayo to put on the chips wich are cold by then rather then deliver a fresh batch and take the old away... today i orderd a cheesecake so they gave me a slice straight from the freezer so my wife called ( again ) and they said they would sort something out.. waited forever and nothings been sorted i just payed for a block of frozen cheesecake... and if you order a large mix kebab then 9 out of 10 times they give you only 3 pieces of tomato to cover half a naan bread even tough the dish covers more then 2 naan breads and i always order a 2th naan bread dont know why but they are extremely stingy with tomato most of the time.. but worst thing is that we call them almost every single time due to mistakes as if they dont bother actualy reading the orders as if they just dont care anymore.. Cheeky pizza was good then they took over and it was good to start with except the price hike and now they lost all care to the point ive decided to give up and stop ordering from them.. Also when you call about not recieving the extra cheese you payed for the person on the phone speaks to the manager and refers to you as: this guy..... verry verry rude customer service

Rude and abusive manager, I only asked how much longer and he lay into me about chicken been served raw, he only had to say another 5 mi ites or so but he just continued. Prior to this he was telling off the other member of staff in front of me. Unprofessional and wasn't even worth waiting for. Definitely won't re revisiting.

A, they don't do curry sauce so if you want chips and curry sauce this isn't the place. B, the pizza was okay but the chips were soft and soggy and brown. I gave them one extra star for delivering in less time than they originally told us.

Well the name (CHEEKY) says it all , staying in the area and ordered 2 mixed kebabs £12 and a £9.00 special !!!! all on Naan bread , the smallest kebab I have ever had and no naan breads, should be done for false descriptions, only pity is you cannot leave minus stars !!!!'

Two hours to attempt delivery? Uncontactable for almost an hour. Gave up and went elsewhere. Clearly don't care about their loyal customers !

Ordered 3 meals, one for me and the other two for friends!! My friends meals came, but only my onion rings turned up. When I rang after the delivery, the girl on the phone wasn't very polite and never apologised, you could hear the man in the back ground screaming and shouting that he cooked the food and put it in the bag.. Obviously he never because it didn't turn up... They said they will get it out as soon as possible... That was at 10pm it's now 12.38am and still no food!! Absolute joke, appalling staff and rude boss!! Will never be ordered from here again... And you owe me money for the food I never received!!! Don't even deserve 1 star

To be fair it's the best chicken kebab around here. But it's really annoying that they always forget things off your order! When you ring up to request the forgotten item, instead of an apology, he tries to make out you didn't order it! I was shocked they had forgotten the chips this time, and when the delivery guy came back instead of apologising, he had asked him to ask us for an additional 60p!!! If it didn't happen all the time it wouldn't be an issue. It's annoying and rude. Write down the order!!

The food here is the best in the local area, and the staff are really friendly and helpful. I would strongly recommend this place. The price is very reasonable too.
