I received my order but the cold drink was missing, Tango orange can. Can I please get a refund

Very unhappy with blue elephant restaurant. They got my order wrong. mistakes happen but the attitude of the man who answered the phone was shocking. When trying to "help" with a refund he tried telling me that giving him my bank details and long card number was correct. He was passive aggressive, talked over me when I tried to explain that he was asking for the wrong info then carried on telling me the same thing over again. That's the last order they ll get from us. AVOID!

food arrived on time but was only lukewarm. items wasn't labelled and it was difficult to determine what was what. the food was very bland and watery. we are all very disappointed and the food is in the bin. Will not be a returning customer

Really disappointed.We came here in February and the service was amazing.Tonight was shocking,didn’t even ask how our food was . The waiters seemed to be distracted with their friends .Such a shame

Not helpful when dealing with Just Eat and delivery times

We popped in on a Friday night without a reservation, and we're quickly accommodated. The hosts were extremely welcoming and friendly. Our food arrived promptly and hot. It was delicious. Lamb basundi, Mous special, mushroom rice, peshawar nann and a portion of onion bhaji. More than enough for two people to share. We will definitely return again when in the area (visiting from Newport Pagnell)

The Blue Elephant is the best Indian Restaurant in Llandudno by far. We always enjoy our meals here, the food is fantastic and the staff are very friendly.

Shame the stair lift didn’t work! The manager/owner was desperate for me tk have a small table away from the windows- very put out when I pointed to a window table! He remained of fish the whole time I was there! The young man who served me was very nice and the food was delicious! On my 79th and getting up those stairs thankfully the food and the waiter saved the day! Mr Happy - not so much!

We went here for our anniversary meal and we both enjoyed. We were made to feel very welcome and we were really pleased with our choices. Good food and friendly staff. We would definitely visit again next time we visit Llandudno.

We had seen this restaurant several times during our stay in Llandudno and could smell the delicious aroma as we passed by, so we decided to try. Wow. The staff were so helpful. A fantastic selection of options on the menu. Spoilt for choice. My wife had lamb and every mouthful was a joy, I had chicken and I was loving that kick of spice and heat. Definitely recommend calling in to friends and we will be coming back soon. Beautiful all round experience and didn't break the bank.

We were a group of seven friends who visited this restaurant in the evening, and unfortunately, we had a terrible experience. The staff member who served us was extremely rude. When we pointed out that the main dishes lacked salt, instead of addressing our concern, he argued with us, saying that people in the UK don’t eat food with salt. This was confusing because the starters we ordered did have salt. It makes no sense that salt would be used in starters but not in main dishes. Additionally, he condescendingly told us that we must have never been to a UK restaurant before, which was both incorrect and unprofessional. To make matters worse, he didn’t take our order properly, missed some items, and we had to remind him multiple times. After a long and tiring day, we were hoping for a good meal and pleasant service, but we left feeling frustrated and disappointed. Poor food and even worse service—definitely not a place we would recommend.

Worst servers I have ever seen in restaurant field they treated customers badly and refused to say sorry Dishes where average they forgot to add salt and they said that’s the British culture we follow here if needed you can add More over the hospitality was bad we where very disappointed by the service

Came here for the first tonight, the food was off the scale amazing and the manager was so lovely and couldn't do enough to make us feel welcome. The food was all freshly cooked and delicious staff were lovely and we will definitely be back.

Average at best, our main was sent out before our starter, this was obviously highlighted and taken away. However the main was kept under the heat lamps and was brought back to us dry. No real apology, never again

Excellent food and outstanding unrushed service at the Blue Elephant Llandudno. A very generous chutney tray accompanied the poppadoms as a starter. The Chicken Jalfrezi main dish was delicious together with the Peshawari Naan bread. My first visit and I will be back!

A couple from Manchester used to a regular good curry, 1st time at Blue Elephant and was pleasantly surprised, food is lovely and tasty, the lamb is cooked to perfection and flavour of dishes are truly satisfying. Staff are lovely, will definitely be returning A*****

This place has one of the best curry’s I’ve ever tried, the tanger (patented dish) was delicious, banging for a family meal and the service was friendly the manager is a laugh, deffo recommend.

If you’re looking for an Indian meal in Landudno..then look no further than the blue elephant Indian restaurant!!these guys know how to deliver amazing food and 5 star customer service nothing is to much bother ! The owner oversees everything and wants you to have the best Indian restaurant experience!! I personally go to Landudno 3/4 times a year and always dine at this indian restaurant ! I’ve tried others near by..but after trying this Indian…nothing in the area compares mr Joseph Healy ,Warwick West Midlands.

Yesterday's Dinner at that excuse for Blue elephant Indian restaurant was absolutely DISGUSTING! We ordered chicken biryani, veg pulav, naan, and chicken roast, and every single dish was a complete and utter FAILURE. The food was so bland it was practically CRIMINAL – no salt, no flavor, NOTHING. The "biryani" was an insult to the name, some unidentifiable mush that tasted like absolute garbage. It was inedible! And when I complained, the dismissive jerk in charge just shrugged and said, "That's how we serve it." ARE YOU KIDDING ME?! I've eaten at restaurants all over the place, and this was by far the WORST food I have EVER had. Flavorless, saltless, and ridiculously overpriced for the absolute TRASH they served. I am beyond furious!
