Restaurante de Ommers in Blackburn with Darwen

Me and my partner of 3 years scrambled to this cracking semi new restaurant, we heard of it through a friend. Needless to say, it was nothing shy of eggcellent and surprisingly busy for a fryday. Hearing the raving reviews, we were worried they would poach us from our previous favourite! But yes, they have! I recommend the twice folded whisked egg with roasted root vegetables. Delicioso! The owner was semi lovely, the waitress refused to service me, the omelette was rubbery like a condom stuffed with meat and they made me watch a rather aweful dance show. Not to mention the fact that they made me wash my own plate afterwards and that the owner threatened to burn me alive. I would only recommend this place to people who have unresolved mental issues and enjoy being mistreated in various ways...mentally, physically and emotionally. I give it 3 out of 5 cause the waitress was steaming hot! God bless. Jo young

Staff are very accommodating - always very happy and quickest service I've ever experienced. It is good too see the restaurant owner helping out and cooking the food! No quick microwave meals here... all homemade with pure matty-love. I am amazed at how Slimming world friendly they are, I was only browsing the Breakfast Menu and BOOOOM, an egg was in my face, ready cooked and in my belly before I knew it, on the house of course! I will visiting again very soon! Compliments to the Restaurant De Ommers Staff! Cons: Dated decor, and no where to sit in the restaurant. However free delivery is available for a small favor! ;)

I had a egg and ham omelette cook to perfection and brought right to my work desk. May food was ready in 6 minutes. Also your first order is FREE!!

This place of absolutely fantastic. 10/10 for quality of food, 10/10 for service, and 10000/10 for the owners stunning good looks. Would recommend to everyone.
