this is a joke I am not happy all the time I order from your site they always late never on time cold food it a hoke I think you should do something about this

Ordered a pizza from here a few nights ago... What can I say! Absolutely delicious! Ingredients distributed evenly across the pizza with generous, but not overly-topped, like some places... Base was fluffy and had the right amount of crispiness! Can tell these guys take pride in their presentation and food! Would recommend again and again with that kind of quality!

There was a mix up through Uber Eats meaning I didn't get my order - the manager went out of his way to rectify this when many wouldn't. Customer service you rarely see these days. Food was nice with really decent portions, will definitely be ordering again!

Rendezvous is simply the best! I'm a loyal customer for many years, and they always deliver. After a small issue, they reached out to me and went above and beyond to make it right. The 18-piece wing platter was phenomenal – perfectly cooked, spicy, and delicious. Stoke's best peri peri, hands down. 5 stars, but they deserve 10!

Ordered from here and food took ages to come around 45mins past the wait time I called them it should be with me any minute was there reply 20 mins later I'm still waiting. Absolute joke

Tried to charge me £5.99 for nuggets and chips when menu said right behind him £4.99, still tried to proceed on charging me more until I refused to pay. Nuggets were awful, never been anywhere near a chicken

Wings were tiny this time round, some of them were burnt. Chips felt soggy and tasteless unlike usual. Asked for the additional sauce to be placed on top of the wings, instead it was dumped in a corner. I don’t know what happened this time but I hope this isn’t the new norm. The old tender perfect wings with chips were amazing.

Sorry for the confusion I ordered something it came and assumed it went to the wrong house as it says it was delivered then it came 10 mins after I apologise for the confusion as I put a didn’t arrive complaint on the order please ignore them the food was good

Mega price reheated average food . Pushing £4 for fries not even fresh cooked only frozen shite. I take takeaways as they are but the ridiculous price and probably the worst I’ve had for years I’ve had to put a review in . I spent over £50 on the worst ever . I thought I’d pay more than usual because it was a treat but very disappointing. I’m more than happy to be questioned about this , someone please come forward 🤷‍♂️🤣

Absolutely Atrocious, The meat tasted off, the fries were wet and soggy and the picture on Uber eats looked different to what they gave us. The only normal thing was the delivery driver who was quick but do not recommend at all!

For the last two years we the team is the regular customer used to order atleast 3/4 times a week.Now the service is very poor ,when complaints about ,they ignored it and behaved in a rude way .would not recommended.🤨

Very poor customer service. Staff behaviour is really disappointing. Don’t have the patience to listen while taking the order over the phone. The guy who took the order was really rude and miserable. He hasn’t got any manners or respect towards the customer.

This is my go to place for a take away. The chicken is fantastic however I ordered a full platter last week that’s comes with salad and ordered extra salad instead I got very little salad with the platter and 2 chips and didn’t contact the restaurant as I put it down to a mistake, last night I ordered again but left a note with my order asking to make sure I got some salad . The food arrived the driver tipped as always but very little salad . So think this review is fair. It’s the little things

Food was dying cold, nan bread hard as brick, tasted cheap and was well over priced for what I got, wasn't happy wouldn't eat from here again.

Best Southern Fried Chicken in Stoke-on-Trent!!! My Friend who is a Butcher advised that the Best Southern Fried Chicken was at Roundevous in Hanley, Stoke-on-Trent, I disputed this, but I had to find out, so the family had Chicken Burger Box Meals & I had the Southern Fried Chicken, (I shared their chips as these burger meal packages are always massive), their food including the donner meat & chicken strips was really good they advise & I have to say that it's True the Best Southern Fried Chicken in Stoke-on-Trent is at Roundevous in Hanley!!! It was really tasty & the flavour was throughout the Chicken, not just in the coating. We have had their Gourmet Burgers before & the family really rate them highly, but now we will be coming back for the Southern Fried Chicken too, the staff are always polite & friendly. Thanks Roundevous!!!

This is our favourite place to order from! The food is always so tasty and such good quality, the meat pieces in the kebab box are so good and cooked so well, we love the taste of it all and the portion size is really good too

Just been there for a chicken Doner. Taste is very good and the portion as well. (Ordered the large one) The only thing, if you can put some fries with it, is gonnabe much better. Just a littlebit. :)

So we have ordered many times before and always been very happy with the food and delivery however last night I ordered a chicken wing platter with Nan, coleslaw and a couple of drinks . The guy arrived gave me a box and I accepted it . When I opened it it was a doner kebab so I contacted the take away they apologised and a few minutes later the driver appeared with the right order . I accepted it and had already tipped him which we always do . On opening it I realised there was no salad which

ordered a few times foods pretty good but this time came barely warm bit disappointing paid over £25 for a takeaway that was not the best it could of been estimated 1 hour to come then ended up being about 1hour40mins even called said its on it way but still took 30mins when its like a 15min drive at best

Hello Randezvous ! This is the best takeaway so far here in Stoke on Trent ! Very quick delivery guys ! Serving is always spot on ! Never had single problem with missing items ! Always everything on spot on ! I’ve got never ending story with the best burger “ It was all a Dream !!! “ the best burger which I ordering mostly ! I just love it and already addicted on it ! Really thank you for spot on delivery ! And obviously tried nearly everything from you guys and it’s really very tasty food ! Hope 2024 will bring more new tasty things on menu ! Cheers

First two times we ordered it was really nice, the last time I ordered I had to complain and didn’t get my money back because I “waited to long to complain” (about 26 hours because I was out with a works party till the following day) and I gave them the benefit of the doubt today for it to be gross again.

Ordered a takeaway tonight and there was a slight issue with the order which we called the takeaway to inform. The man on the phone was 10/10, he was so helpful and understanding I honestly couldn’t explain how grateful I am for the staff! Definitely ordering again recommend to anyone!
