Always precise, clean and the food is gourgeous

I order from here all the time but on this occasion unfortunately the food had gone cold by the time it had arrived

The mint sauce was intended for the doner meat but for some reason ended up all over my burger …. Incompetent

Way too much oil on the pizza, was dripping and pooling both on top and underneath. Could only eat a couple slices after wiping it with a paper towel as I could taste the grease.

Food was disgusting the chicken tasted like it had been coated it didn’t even look like chicken . Bland only think decent was the salad not with the 8 quid

Driver did not see no 2 on the door

For a regular customer I think tonight is shocking. My order didn’t come like I ordered it. No chips just left with popcorn chicken and cheese. When calling and asking I was told I would be called back in a minute, 10 mins later received nothing. I was then told that I’ll get some chips with my next order… not the point I clearly ordered a meal and I don’t receive that meal… I paid £10 for a meal to receive a small box of popcorn chicken. He then went rude towards me and put the phone down.

Fantastic food not too impressed with the new girl who answers the phone I know she's got to train but getting the order wrong and taking forever to take the order will think twice before ringing again

Last night I ordered 2 pizzas it was the worst pizzas I’ve ever had dough was old it was uneaten I just put them in to the bin !!!

I never normally have an issue as i order from here quite often , but i dont know if theres a new chef or what but the pizza base was tough all the cheese and topping were off the pizza as though it was stood up side ways and also not very warm at all the popcorn chicken wasnt the best either ive spent £33 and feel like ive wasted my money this time

Chicken looked like it had been re fried 10 times and was dark brown, rock solid. 'Deluxe burger' is just 10p cheap quality with a cheap plastic cheese square that doesn't even melt and the salad was just a pile of mess that had been sittiing in water for hrs and had turned red. Sorry but this is 2nd rate trash you're selling and I'm being reserved!

The burger was lovely but donner meat didn't taste quite right too me. The delivery driver was exceptional, lovely and friendly.

Pizza was OK, drink was missing so not great really

The food arrived and it was freezing cold. We had to reheat in the microwave. No extra cheese on our popcorn chicken meal... even though we paid for extra cheese. Tried to call the restaurant but no answer. Not happy.

garbage food i think a toddler could cook and fry better then this literal garbage i can't stomach.

Used to order here quite frequently and then noticed a drop in quality. Saw that their hygiene rating then dropped from a 5 to a 3. Will wait to order again until its improved.

I would give no stars. Ordered our food at 7.30pm. Order confirmed. Estimated time given. After waiting over 1 and a half hours our order was cancelled. Shocking service. No communication from them. This would of been our first time ordering from here. It will definitely be the LAST.

Visiting from Scotland and ordered to hotel. Outstanding mixed grill!

3 piece value box was missing donner meat and had no sauce. There isn't an option to select sauce with this item as there is with kebabs etc and if a request is made in the comments they are often not being read. Driver also had no hot box so order was sitting beside him for best part of 45 minutes and arrived stone cold. Usually no issues but this feedback I hope will help improve on deliveries in the future, and please consider adding a sauce option to this item. Just eat asked me to send them a PHOTOGRAPH lol of the missing donner meat.. the day after! Still waiting for them to refund me after I sent them a photo of something that does not exist! :|

Chicken was old and reheated not good

Ordered ham and mushroom, received ham and onion pizza.

Food was great, however, they got the order wrong. I ordered steak special kebab. I received steak with maybe lamb; No chicken, No doner, NO chips. And a relatively small portion for £16.

Food is 5 minutes down the road, got a notification it was out for delivery and took 30 mins to get here. Food was cold when it arrived and absolutely dripping in grease, so much so it was leaking all in the bag When I called to ask for the whereabouts of my food, I could not get a word in as the guy on the phone just kept talking over me. Won't be using these again.

Always a safe bet when ordering from Britannia Pizza and Grill, everywhere else some how manage to mess up the simplest orders, never Britannia.

Doner meat was very dry and cold, no sauce on meal as requested, also instructed in comments.

Food was fine, chicken popcorn and chips felt undercooked. Mixed platter was fine for the cost. Delivery driver was a nightmare to deal with and refused to hand the food over as he said it wasn’t our order and the name didn’t match, even though I showed him the order on my phone and it did match. It wasn’t until I said I’d phone just he gave us the order, and at this point it was cold (not the restaurants fault)

To wait nearly two hours for food that turns up soggy, cold and to look off is a disappointment. Used to rate this place but it looks like another place that plainly doesn’t care. Never again.

Reheated fried chicken from the day before the coating was brown usually good if you can catch them just after they open and have sold all of yesterdays reheated food.

Lovely food, great quality. Great portion sizes. One thing that I've noticed, with a number of takeaways not just Britannia Pizza.... The foam boxes that chips / wedges / onion rings (etc) come in, the heat from the food melts the box, which then ends up melted to the food. It would be great if you could make sure there is grease proof paper or some other lining between the hot food when these boxes are used. On a happier note the pizza boxes come with spacers and a dip which was fantastic. Would definately order from here again.

We always have trouble with takeaway not finding our flat but Britainnia always finds us never any trouble brilliant service

Chicken, Chips, Salad all fresh and nice except lamb kababs. Lamb is hard and chewy.

Driver had trouble finding address

Someone forgot to add sauce to wrap. So unfortunately was very dry. In description I asked for more sauce, but get none. That's why only 2 stars. Previous deliveries were good.

Food well mainly pizza was burnt when it arrived! Garlic bread was very greasy Chips hard and cold!

Amazing food quality food and service

The food was okay for what it is, except for the fried chicken- which tasted off and was probably fried in old/reused oil. The strips were on the dry side, and my drink was lukewarm as a result of having been placed snug against the food.

Absolutely amazing quality, heaps of fresh salad with the kebabs to help justify ordering a large one with sauce, which makes her indoors happy and content with herself! Even had hot chilli peppers, free! I don't think I've had chilli peppers with any other takeaway or a decent slice of tomato on the burgers, again NO ONE actually understands that a good burger should have tomato, it's these small details that make a difference and one reason why we will be orderings again and again. :) :) :)

Not great, sent the wrong burger as I wanted the one with turkey bacon and they sent the one with hash browns, chips were really dry, wouldn't order from here again

Pretty good food for the style of kitchen. Good value, delivery maybe a bit slow, but worth waiting for. Better chips than most places.

Pizza was cold and undercooked. Asian style pizza didn’t have any spice, chillies must have been so old because there was plenty of them but no heat. Waste of money and food as it is now in the bin.

Awful. Fried chicken tasted of old oil, skin was like jelly, meat was grey, Donner meat was dry. Try the food you cook before serving it !!!!!
