The food was warm and tasted really good. The people at the till we're very friendly.

steph gave great customer service and was very nice.but bro i got the wrong order like how hard is it to put the fries in the bag , give me cherry pepsi not regular and give me the burger i asked for not a random one ??????

Food was nice and hot, tasted decent, it's fast food so was good for what it is. Expensive for what it is. Nothing wrong with the atmosphere it's just a fast food place so doesn't really have one, like you'd expect as people come for a quick bite and go.

The service was good,very attentive. The table I wanted to sit at hadn't been cleared and the previous customer had left food etc on the floor. I didn't even have to ask for someone to clean as a very friendly member of staff called Ravi appeared with a cleaning cloth and dustpan and brush. Lovely clean eating area within minutes. Thank you Ravi The food was hot and presented well..the restaurant was not too busy, probably because the weather was dreadful. An enjoyable visit

Absolutely shocking Went to the drive through for FAST food to be told drive through has broken. Went in the store ordered. I then waited a further 25 minutes for my 12 piece boneless feast (nothing special). Young person who served me tried to give me chicken which had been sat in a box on the side for a good 15minutes to which I told her sort your self out and give me fresh. Here’s an idea focus on your customers who are there to face you. Manager is absolutely disgusting and should be ashamed of her self.

Ordered over £70 worth of food to my place of work for the wrong order to arrive, had to wait a further 50 minutes for this to be corrected for then be items missing and food cold. Won't be ordering again sorry.

FOOD CAME AND WAS A, COLD AND B, HAD SAUCES ON WHICH I SPECIFICALLY PUT ON NOTES THAT I DID NOT WANT DUE TO DIETARY/ALLERGY REQUIREMENTS. SO 1 MEAL AT COST OF £15 WAS INEDIBLE. SPOOE TO KFC AND THEY SAID I SHOULD HAVE PHONED UP AS NOTES ON JUST EAT DONT SHOW WHEN THE ORDERS COME THROUGH. NOT GREAT SO ASKED FOR A FULL REFUND ON THE MEAL.

The driver made a fuss about getting into the lift and bringing delivery to my door. food was cold by the time he decided to bring it.

It was ok, but don't recommend, I waited ages for my order to cash out and the waiters and cooks looked at me instead of serving me , never got my drink and only 2 machines to order from , toilets are ok but small.

I ordered for delivery on Uber eats. The driver was fantastic but my food was cold, my burger hun was hard and they didn’t put my gravy in. I tried calling the restaurant immediately for 5 minutes but no one answered. Avoid this KFC.

Utter TRASH dried up end of shelf life chicken bones... cold undercooked almost frozen chips and a buger with ONE leaf of lettuce as 'salad' in dried up stake bread! UTTER TRASH you think you can get away with palming off to people who paid over £40!! DISGUSTING!
