KFC Fenton - King Street in Stoke-on-Trent

Great service, was quick. I think the staff from KFC should go train mcdonalds staff and show them how it's done.

Lisa had brilliant service I ordered the wrong things and she supported and helped me get what I needed

Called in when putting fuel in the car Very poor, was served the wrong items by the server, who got several items wrong and just kept throwing good food in the bin when she got things wrong! Poor place won't be going again.

Food was delivered without the bottle of Pepsi Max I asked the delivery driver who just said that was all he’d been given obviously couldn’t read the receipt !

ordered my food and you did not deliver it the driver stole the food but said it was delivered and it was not delivered had to drive to Fenton to get another order

The food was perfect I took my time because it was that good this is one of my favourite places

The service was absolutely brilliant, from the gentleman taking my order at the speaker to the lovely lady on the window, both genuinely delightful people. I think the name of the lady on the window was Steph and i cant knock her at all, she brightened up my terrible day with her positive attitude and friendly service, one of the best experiences ive had with a fast food service, thank you both :)

The courier was friendly and on time. However KFC sent the complete wrong meal. My son ordered a boneless chicken meal and they sent thighs and drumsticks.

if the delivery time is changed how can you claim it is on time? Also why have customers email or phone details and not contact them if there is an item that is out of stock! At least give the customer the chance to cancel if their order and order.

Don’t offer such big complicated buckets if you’re not competent enough to send everything that’s supposed to be included. Happens almost every time I order. This time you forgot the hot wings. I wouldn’t be surprised if you owed me 2 whole party buckets with how often I’ve ordered one and not received the whole thing. Get your act together.

Staff here is rude towards customers We had a bad experience here one of the employee doesn’t even have patience to say customer to be seated in other side she doesn’t even respond in a polite way.and she doesn’t even have a such patience while taking order .

Was shocking tbh my daughters meal didn’t arrive so had to share two meals between Three people won’t use again as the only thing on offer was a refund or credit which doesn’t solve a five year old wondering why she hasn’t got any food

Chicken was overcooked to the point where meat shrank to the minimum. Only small parts of wings were put into a box rather than mix of them. I was eating only butter rather than a nice chicken wing.I stayed absolutely hungry after 10 “wings” as usually I’m full after 6. Quality is horrible!

Went to the drive thru, asked for extra seasoning on the fries and they were perfect, presenter was a fabulous guy, couldn’t catch his name but he was welcoming and bubbly, made the experience even better!!

I had a customer service issue where the KFC app had taken my money but no order showing. The manager Mo and Tanya both showed the level Of customer service that was above and beyond at Fenton , Stoke KFC. Both are assets on the team and KFC should be proud.
