I had the vegetarian hot pizza and it was gorgeous…

My son orders from here often. Nice pizzas, SO. expensive though. Lots of choice. Wouldn't order very often as it's too expensive.

Expected a traditional Italian pizza, or stone baked as the name of the shop is Italian. Disappointed and was electric oven pizza. It was somewhat ok and a bit salty.

Regularly order pizza and sides - always well made, hot and good spread of toppings, including alterations without issues (more money!).

Today I bought a pizza from Regina. And loved both of my pizza and garlic bread. The pizza man who made it, he was very nice and answering all my query. Taste is very good and it has generous amount of cheese. Good options for vegan and vegetarians. Loved pizza. Thankyou Regina

It's a takeout place so the atmosphere isn't relevant, but the pizzas are just so nice. Like very very nice. They know it too.

Wish I could give 6 stars but unfortunately it is not possible. The absolute best pizza and hot wings ever, better than all of the ‘big’ chains by far and without their extortionate prices, wings especially are cooked amazingly, so tender and juicy! I’ve been ordering here for 17 years and to read 1 star reviews of poor pizza and spicy wings that are ‘too’ hot is ridiculous, don’t order spicy wings if you don’t like spicy foods.. and the service has always been top tier whether ordering online, over the phone or instore

Absolutely awful, arrived cold, dips missing and the 'normal wings' were unrealistically spicy that you could not eat. Will NEVER order again.

Rip off. Ordered a medium pizza turned out to be a mini pizza you give to children. Called them back but tried to convince me that’s a regular size. Never again.

Well priced tasty pizzas delivered on time and mex tex platter is good. Opened until very late always good....tasty chicken wings too. Good deals for 1 or 2 people.

While using the Just Eat App the order was cancelled twice. No reason given and a delay between cancellation meant I was waiting for food which had not even been excepted. We never got to try their food but from a service perspective, nill stars. Not recommended if you actually want to eat unless may you're ordering in store.

Literally fuming. We've been using Regina for the last few months love their pizza and are good new customers. I just ordered pizza on just eat and the order was cancelled. I called Regina to ask why he said it was he wrong price I paid ( I paid what just eat said and what they have listed !) Then he hung up ! I called back and said sorry you hung up he replied yes sorry I'm busy ??? I am so annoyed right now as we have been using them Weekly and they talk to me and treat me like that for no reason. He said I'm very busy ok. I said OK sorry il order elsewhere. He said OK and again hung up. AVOID. We will NOT be paying our money to these rude men again. We'll done on losing loyal and frequent customers 👋 Update called back asked for manager and the same RUDE person on Friday 4th March 5pm told me he was busy and told me to GO and again hung up on me after shouting go. Service disgusting. What a shame as loved this pizza but no way are we coming here again. Actually in shock

Good pizza, very good pizza dough with a lot of base cheese, but We didin't feel taste of 4 cheese in "quatro cheese", maybe 2 or 3 different cheese, but not 4.

Very rude person on the phone on the evening of Monday 28th October. they previously made a mistake and delivered the wrong pizza so member of staff that i normally order from said "no problem i put a note on the system so next time you get free extra pizza." Called today enquired about the pizza with a different member of staff i said "the normal guy said that he put on a note on the system.." very rudely interrupted me "we don't have a system sorry." i said "let me finish my sentence, the normal guy said he put a note on the system against the address." Very rudely interrupted again. "I said we don't have a system." I said "again, let me finish what i'm saying please, you guys gave me the wrong pizza last time so he said that he would add the 4th one for free next time." He then shouted "WE DON'T HAVE A SYSTEM, WE ARE NOT DELIVERING TO YOU ANYMORE." and hung up the phone on me. I called back and ask to speak to someone else, he told me "There is no one else here we are delivering no pizza to you we do not deliver to your address anymore from today." I have ordering from here for 8 years and very rarely do they make mistakes but to make a mistake and then have a problem and attitude when you ask them to make good of their promise is disgusting and disrespectful.

Serves Pizza, wedges, spicy wings and more. Serves halal food. The pizza is delicious and yummy. I usually buy thin crust pizza. There is a small space to dine in. Take away and home delivery available. Recommend to try pizzas from Regina Pizza.

They gave me refreezed ice cream was going to have it but there was too much ice in the ice cream what a waste of £6 also the spaghetti bolonaise was disgusting would not recommend a waste of a meal would of preferred toast then that garbage

Horrible pizza, please do not order from here there are plenty of others that will deliver to the same places I would name a few but don't want you to think this is an advertisement. PIZZA HAD NO TOMATO BASE, WAS ULTRA BLAND AND GREASY AND TO TOP IT OFF THE STAFF ARE RUDE. AVOID AVOID AVOID!

Driver called me three times over an hour period demanding that I come outside in the cold at 1am to help him find my flat. I came outside three times and didn't find him. He called again and when I told him that I'm not coming outside again he hung up on me. I called the resteraunt and they refused to offer any help. We waited over an hour for a delivery that never came. Worst service I've ever experienced, rude and incompetent.

The chicken comes and its mummified, they keep changing the chicken, the pasta dishes are bland, the BBQ chicken is just boiled chicken smothered in BBQ ketchup. The pizza toppings are not nice. The dough is about the only thing they have going for them. I prefer to go elsewhere in Addiscombe for pizza, meat or pasta

Come here for a meal this evening. Initial setting is nice and staff were welcoming. Then the food arrived.... this is where the experience slowly went bad. Some of our starters were caked in sauce and the olives at £3.50 for a small bowl were simply awful. Our mains come in dribs and drabs, however when you order a side order to come with your steak you would expect it to come with your main and not when you have almost finished. - and then for a sautéed potato to be undercooked is a laugh! Oh and don't ask for a pizza cutter as they are not allowed. However it would be nice for it to be cut properly in the first place. - I wouldn't come here again and wouldn't recommend...

Really friendly staff with a good selection of pizza's and toppings. Always a variety of meal deals to be had including good incentives to pick up your own food. They will of course deliver free of charge. Have been using this place for as long as I can remember and do not miss the large chains who do not seem to take the same level of care when preparing your food.

They took an hour to deliver my order, then they didnt show up, and still charged me for the service they never gave me, on the phone they were very rude, and must i say they are a bunch of scamming geezers who literally dont deserve your money, go get your pizza somewhere else. (ps, i still dont have my order and they arent responding to my enquiries)

Was late. Food was cold and I got spicy chicken instead of normal chicken so I had to order from somewhere else for my child.
