I came today fire away thonrnton heath branch and really this shop food are very delicious and 5 * standard, I recommend to all visit fireaway Thornton heath branch .

Terrible experiencia – Pizza mal cocinada y quemada con personal grosero Tuve una experiencia extremadamente decepcionante en este restaurante. La pizza que recibí estaba mal cocida y quemada al mismo tiempo, completamente no comestible. Cuando le comuniqué esto al personal, el chef fue increíblemente grosero y se negó a reconocer el error. En lugar de ofrecer una solución, se mostró defensivo y despectivo, mostrando un completo descuido. Este nivel de servicio es inaceptable, y no recomendaría este lugar a nadie.

Fireaway Thornton Heath is a great local pizza spot. The staff are friendly and accommodating, and the restaurant itself is spacious, clean and stylish with a good amount of space to eat in. You can watch the staff make the pizza's near the counter and the facilities are hygienic and well-lit. There are also vegan alternatives like veggie lasagne, pepperoni and vegan strips.

Te juro por este lugar - el que está cerca de mí es tan grande que incluso he probado algunos más lejos. Estoy comiendo una margarita como hablamos es tan bueno. es caliente es fresco su yum - no es demasiado masticable o seco. viene con mi FAV FREE dip, su sabor, el queso sabe tan bien. After what seemed a busy day, Khaled still had a smile on his face and provided excellent customer service! Always my go to fireaway in London. Very tasty and fresh cooked.

LOVE IT best pizza takeaway near me i don't always have pizza but when i do I NEVER go elsewhere! i swear by this place - the one near me is so great i've even tried some further out. i am eating a margarita as we speak its so good. its warm its fresh its yum - its not too chewy or dry. it comes with my FAV FREE dip, its flavourful, the cheese tastes so nice. i always get the make your own as its worth the value (i add on SO many toppings) or i get margarita. i don't eat at other pizza places they're too greasy and this one isn't! love it id eat a pizza from here all day if i had to and i would even collab with them LMAO thats how much i love fireaway. ask my friends i always feed them these pizzas at parties and they have vegan and halal options for my besties :) nice seating area, lovely staff - i met the chef :) very sweet they even gave me FREE pizza once thank you <3 thank you fireaway <3

Beautifully designed restaurant, nice ambience (music not too loud), local location (near to Thornton Heath station), ample free parking surrounding roads, 5* cleaniess and great service 👍

This place needs constant surprise inspection from fsa I've been three times & standard has gotten worse with each visit. From oblivious staff members who don't understand kitchen hygiene (not using gloves) to food safety ( pretty sure toppings are expired off) to standard of food being sold (presentation is crap) I try to support local businesses but will definitely not be wasting any money or time @ this place & wouldn't recommend to anyone who values their health.

Really, really stingy on the toppings for which I paid extra. Looked like they drowned it in Nutella to hide the lack of fruit. It's shame as their savory pizzas are really good.

Like everyone else in these comments are saying, food arrived stone cold. I appreciate it’s a Friday and probably busy, but the food should not arrive stone cold, that’s really poor. Pizza was average, toppings pretty sparse. Chicken wings were fleshy and needed to be cooked longer. Nutella pizza base was pale, barely cooked and chewy, with a thin drizzle of nutella on top. I’m afraid to say like most of these food chains now, the experience is poor and overpriced. Won’t be ordering again.

If can give this store a 0 star I would but there's no option. I ordered the 'viral dubai pizza' last night from Thornton heath's fireaway. I was so excited to try it as I kept seeing it on social media however, upon opening it this is what I saw. The picture from their advert vs. what I've got. They literally just dumped the pistachio toppings on the top and drizzle some chocolate thats it. They didn't even spread the toppings. The pizza that I received was far from the pizza that they were advertising. I called the store straight away after opening it and the guy told me that, that's how they make it and was asking me what I wanna do about it. I spent £20 for 2 pizza's just to get this.

I've been with my son's 12yrs old he ordered a carbonara and I ordered a pizza . Pizza was standard quality for the UK . The pasta carbonara smelling like washing up absolutely expired(who made it should eaten not my son ). So don't go there and order any pasta dishes you'll finish to Mayday Hospital intoxicated I'm telling you. They even not refunded me the cost of the carbonara . I'll never back again .

He pedido comida para mi familia a las 15: 50 con entrega estimada en 16 : 50 que nos pareció bien, pero nuestra comida llegó a las 17: 35 cuando llamaron a la tienda una persona que contestó no estaba interesada en escuchar mi número de pedido solo dijo que nuestro pedido está en camino, pero no estaba claro, ya que finalmente lo recibimos 20 minutos después de la llamada y vivimos a 5 minutos en coche de la tienda. La comida estaba destinada a ser un premio para mi hijo por su calificación de karate, pero la espera fue demasiado larga para él, así que tenía algo que le hice en casa.

Ordered garlic and Parmesan chicken wings (worst wings ever) , did not taste of anything and the wings were slimy and slightly under cooked. DO NOT ORDER! The pizza was luke warm with no tomato sauce and the base was chewy. Will not order from here again.

We were stopping in a local hotel for a weekend at the theme parks nearby. Saw this place on Google maps, the staff were lovely and polite. Asked how our time was in the area. The food was outstanding. Place is beautifully clean and they prep your pizza in front of you. The pizza oven looked cool too, watching the flames at the back. Definitely worth a try. Great prices too

The three of us were at Fireaway in the evening and ordered 5 'sides' to share. The portions were large and the price was absolutely reasonable (we paid £11 per person). The cheesy garlic bread is highly recommended, but all the dishes were extremely good! We had 2x Cheesy Garlic Bread, 1x Avocado Salad, 1x Chicken Strips and 1x Potato Wedges

I go to this place in Streatham every fortnight with my two boys. The pizza is amazingly tasty, well done to perfection and I usually have the chicken wings well done. The boys love it hence we had been going on for years now. I don't understand all these bad reviews. We were there last sunday and a girl came by and told them she had been served a pizza with cheese that apparently she does not eat, told them she landed in hospital, etc and threaten them with a bad review if they don't give her a pizza! They were polite and refused. If she is allergic to cheese, why did she eat it anyway and complain after a week? Lots of losers around. My honest advice is that they are very good people and their pizza is tasty. Period.

Worst service ever!!! ordered 2 pizzas, they delivered the wrong pizza, with pineapple on it and I hate pineapple on pizza, I picked it off and started eating it and realised it had hardly any of the topping that I ordered. rubbish pizza. then I called them, OMG!!! what a bunch of buffoons! can't even communicate properly, kept asking the same stupid questions. very poor communication. then put the phone down on me. disgusting!!! this is the second time and last time, the first time the delivery person was rude. don't bother ordering pizza from this place, you won't get what you ordered and poor service on top.

It tastes so cheap but costs so much, I can't recommend this over any local pizza place where you'll get more, better tasting pizza for less money. It arrived cold and squashed and without one of two sauces. Even after heating up in the oven, I haven't had a take out pizza this bad in years. My order was picked up and driven to a completely different town miles away. My delivery time says it was on time because the time kept going up and up. By the time I got my food it the paper bag is wet and the food is cold and soggy. Really unhappy haven't had an experience like this and it isn't the restaurants fault it's your drivers fault.

Surprised how bad the pizza was

It was a take away pizza wich take 1 hour and half to arrive, topping was wrong and tastles and when i did contact the restaurant in relation my order due to long waiting they were rude and incompetente and did not offer any support.

Well, our hopes were dashed. We really like M2 Pizza, just down the road. Unfortunately I have to eat gluten free now, so we thought we’d give Fireaway a try. All three of us felt that their pizza was a bit rubbish. To be honest, they were totally lacking in flavour and tasted like a frozen pizza from a supermarket. I’d suggest going to M2 down the road a bit or literally saving yourself a few quid and getting one from Waitrose.

Tried to order a pizza. Driver was at the wrong address and told me he was at my house and I had put the address in incorrectly. We spoke to the restaurant and about 20 minutes later he arrived having been on the wrong road. Advised the restaurant we want to cancel the order and were told it would still be ok. Asked for a refund and told to use the website. Went online and the website isn't working. Rang back and told they are too busy to deal with my failed delivery and refund. At this stage, I don't know whether I will get my refund and, sadly, I don't expect I will see my money again

DO NOT ORDER. Delivery driver could not find address, stood outside the wrong address for 10 minutes while saying on the phone ‘I am outside’ while we were stood outside our house saying no you’re not. Asked to send our location on WhatsApp to find us. Driver arrived another 10 minutes later accusing us of lying and putting the wrong address. Declined the food. No service or support on getting a refund, told to go on the website. The website doesn’t work. Called to ask for refund they said they’re too busy. No dinner. Money stolen.
