Ordered a Meat Box with chips, food arrived and most of the meat was burnt, donner meat was cold, chips were soggy and cold. Phoned them up straight away, no offer of apology, just said we’ll send another…..NO THANKS. There’s a reason why the reviews are so bad for this place and we found out to our cost, won’t make the same mistake again. Will NEVER order from there again.

After been told we had an hours wait it got to one hour & ten ,we rang to ask where our order was to be told it was just leaving the shop. One hour & a half later we rang again to cancel order & please refund. 10 minutes later we get a get a phone call then to say the drivers back now your order is on its way we said no please refund.

Ordered the Pizza around 1920 waited approx 2 hours, no pizza in sight. Checked the order and found it was due 2140. This is not a reasonable time frame to expect a take way pizza. Called up to request a refund, the gentleman on the phone would not let me finish a sentence and kept cutting me off to explain why they would not refund me. I tried to explain to him that under UK law as I have not received any product yet I am well within my rights to cancel. In the end I lost my temper and told him to shutup and stop cutting me off (but did not swear). He put the phone down on me, I called back and explained that the call had been lost for some reason. He told me it was because I swore at him. Spent 5 minutes arguing with him over the definition of swearing then got back to requesting a refund. Apparently I could not be refunded because he needed the manager for that and he was not in. I requested to speak to a supervisor and they were not in either. I was told I couldn't have a refund because the estimated time of the the order was 2140 and they still had about 40 minutes to complete it. I asked what planet it was acceptable to wait nearly 3 hours for a pizza. At this point the gentleman said I had only been waiting 2 hours but he would issue a refund. Stay well away from this takeaway their timings and customer service are terrible and they will try every trick going to not refund.

I can only think that the many negative reviews for this place are due to their apparently poor delivery service. We’ve just had 3 pizzas which we ordered online and then collected from the Bedale site. They were ready on time and absolutely excellent!

Fast, delivered super hot and the pizzas are really tasty! Will deffo order again. Thank you ever so much!

Avoid if you want nice food or your order to turn up on time and good luck trying to get through to them to chase up the order and if your order does eventually turn up, fingers crossed you get what you ordered, as I didn’t. Should of read the reviews before ordering, as the amount of bad reviews for this place can’t be wrong and guess what, they aren’t Will never use this place again…..don’t say you haven’t been warned

Right not happy about this i shared some popcorn chicken with my friend and the next day we both had the proper bad like but was nice to be fair so not that arsed

Better than any other pizza delivery we have ever had. Flavour was amazing. No dipping sauce required. By far the best takeaway pizza we have ever had. Will always use when in the area. Value for money was exceptional.

When you ring, it’s normally answered by someone who has little to no knowledge of the food available, really unprofessional and extremely unhelpful, poor at best. Then unable to make a simple garlic mushroom pizza. If only there was a Domino’s in Bedale, staff at the one in Northallerton are knowledgeable and helpful, they will make any bespoke pizza.

Not visited for couple of months thought would give it a wide berth after last experience..But tried it again hoping it would be better! weren't disappointed was same as ever !!!! The pizza was raw and undercooked ,and the kebab meat was that tough thought it had come off a tyre in the Bahrain Formula 1 !!! no point ringing up tried before , staff rude and couldn't care less so ended up binning it and not even the fly we had buzzing round the kitchen wanted to land on it!!!! says it all avoid this place! Disgusting!!!!

Order took nearly 3hrs to receive. Called up 4 times within that period and each time i was told its on its way. Ask for a refund as it was a £60 order and was refused. WILL not be ordering from there again!

2 hours late, chicken was like jelly, burnt crispy fries, dry chips, greasy pizza and they forgot some of the food including dessert. I’m sure they forgot our order until we rang them again. They still forgot some of it. It literally made me feel nauseous 🤢 I wouldn’t advise it unless you have a strong constitution!!

The meat kebabs have are tasty and always find the food a good standard. They take Corvid rules and adhere to them well.

Ordered a shawarma kebab from here at the princely sum of £7.99 and was treated to cold doner meat and a stale pitta with a pile of cold chicken I wouldn't give my dogs. Could somebody please explain to these clowns what a sharwarma kebab is before they rip anybody else off?

Appalling customer service from this place. I have ordered multiple times and always been let down however I like to give places more chances however I will never order again! The food I ordered was undercooked and soggy! Nothing was hot or even warm. I had to wait 2+ hrs for my food. When I decided to ring up to complain I was told this was my own fault for ordering what I did and that I would not be receiving any refund and I wasnt even offered anything else. I hadn’t received 1 apology in this whole situation! I will definitely not be returning ever again! Do not recommend

We’ve been the bedale store about 5 times and there’s always some sort of problem. The delivery waiting time is always ridiculously long (only 2hours & half!) so we always end up picking it up. But when we do go to collect after an adverage...

Terrible! Had such good service from here before and never had a problem with the food but tonight was a different story! Ordered our usual and the pizza was awful! Phoned to complain and were told that’s what we’d ordered. Never again!

Completely wrong order phoned up to sort out but had no joy didn't want to know won't order again food here has always been great shame about the staff

Food was delicious and well cooked! However, it arrived 1 hour after it was meant to. In total waited 1 hour 45 for the food to be cooked and delivered.

Came an hour late than expected time. Had to ring to see where it was after 45 mins wait to be told it still in the shop. Kebab meat was like rubber and funny taste coming from mushrooms. Never order from here again.

Received order within 25 mins however there was an item missing. We rang up and were told they would send the driver back, took him 45 mins! Food is really nice but the past few times we've ordered there has been problems with the order, either incorrect items or delivery taking almost 2 hours!

Kebab greasy and no garlic included....most takeaways include this! Chicken dry and sent wrong pizza had to ring up twice for right one and wait over an hour to be replaced...wont be back again

Best food I've ever eaten always go here foods out of this world I could eat them parmos all day lol salad so fresh and sauces are unbelievable Always will be my number one takeaway

Ordered sirloin steak for £10 got tiny bit of tbone steak with chicken and a burger which does not make up for a steak at all no phonecall to say was a problem with the sirloin was half an hour late delivery aswell ordered same a month ago and was brilliant but standards have dropped

Excellent burger however the fried chicken was overcooked and dry. However I will order from here again but maybe avoiding the chicken from being delivered.

Food was lovely, however it took an hour and 50 mins to arrive... not ideal! Hoping it was a one off as ordered once before and came within a normal time. Rang the shop having waited an hour and 20 mins and they said I'll do it now, should be 15-20 mins. Showed up nearly half an hour later...

When I went to open my kebab wrap everything was just falling out it wasn't wrapped properly....I asked for a big bottle of fanta and I ended up with 3 little cans it's a disappointment really I will never be going back it's disgraceful

Had many issues with these at regency. Always forgetting pop and sauces. The people that own it are rude and don't care about their customers. Overall crap service. Da vincis in wingate win hands down. Lost a customer of many years. Not like they would be bothered.

We waited over 2hrs. I called them 3 times. It was nearly 10pm by the time we ate. Not happy at all!! Nice food but delivery times & service was appalling.

Normally don't have anything but praise but a bit disappointed this time as other meals have been delivered piping hot but on this occasion burgers and pizza was just warm :-(

Delivery took 2 hours, despite being quoted an hour at most. Portion of chips was tiny and basically came out as a block of soggy potato. No specification online about what was actually on the pizza, turns out baseball sized pieces of mushroom and a billion chilli's made the pizza inedible. The bottle of drink described was literally a small sized 500ml bottle of fanta and was obviously not sufficient to share. Wish we'd gone to McDonalds, nevermind! Never again!

Missed a couple of things off our order so we rang up and they said they would send it out as soon as possible we waited over half an hour then rang back up to say we would prefer the money instead the rest of our order we were then told the driver was on the way with our order we the explained we didnt want them and would prefer our money back she then said to ask the driver for it surprise surprise the driver did not turn up very annoyed disgusting customer service and wont be ordering again!!!
