Orderd food paid money for a delivery and didt get my food when trying to call the place no answer when i contacted customer service and they spoke to them they tell me that they were only doing collections and that they refuse to refund the payment because they made the food why am i paying money for food i didnt eat.

I was passing for a long time this place and that was a big mistake! The chicken is very tasty and well-seasoned! Chips are crispy outside and fluffy inside with greater seasoning! Greek-style chicken box 🍱 for hungry people. I will be back for more.

Ordered a pizza on sunday night £16.50 for a small pizza and coleslaw Mushrooms completely raw on pizza and base of pizza totally uncooked Had been in the oven just long enough for crust to cook First and last ever visit

Ordered some delicous food from Regano Pizzeria & Grill at the weekend 🍕🍔🍟 We ordered just after they opened at 16:11 and it arrived at 16:59 which is speedy to say they only opened at 16:00 and have to heat the ovens up etc. We ordered the: Meat Feast Pizza £10.50 Regano Special Burger £10.90 I highly recommend both (as well as the chicken souvlaki box we had previously). This is now our go to takeaway for burgers etc in Scarborough, UK. (Is definitely a treat though for just over £24 with delivery and service charge for only 2 items).

Just experienced Regano for the first time. Definitely will not be the last. Restaurant quality food delivered to your door. You can tell everything is fresh and homemade. Absolutely delicious! Between us we had Pizza, Gyros, Lasagne and Chicken Nuggets and chips. Everything was piping hot upon delivery and everything was delicious! 5 stars but deserves more!

Excellent food, excellent price...but cash only. I'd been waiting for a chance to try the latest incarnation of this promising take-away. Given its Greek roots, I plumped for moussaka with Green salad and my wife had falafel with rice. Having placed my order, I then had to go in search of an atm, as in days when even buskers take credit cards, Regano is cash-only. Both dishes were impeccably prepared, and my moussaka was a real treat- subtly spiced and flavourful. My only reservation was the fairly ungenerous portion. I'll certainly be back...but I'll check my wallet before setting off.

Ordered a delivery it took over 2hrs , food was cold also they turned the phone to answer machine so you couldn't complain poor service that

I got the mixed kebab thingy, didn't expect much as most takeaways have gone down hill. I was on a mission once i started eating as i couldn't waste any of it, it was so nice. Will 💯 percent be using this place again the food was amazing 👏

Absolutely outstanding food from here. The pizzas are amazing, I love the chicken souvlaki box, get it with rice, lovely and healthy. Burgers are mint. The price for what you get is mint value for money. Hands down best spot in town.

Simply great food. Since it reopened, we've eaten here 4 times, and anyone who joined us has loved the food too. There's not much not to recommend on the menu. Delicious!

Has this takeaway changed hands recently? We have had a few meals from here and they've always been delicious that's what kept us going back. Last night we ordered two burgers, a caramelised onion and a spicy cheese burger. They came after 50 minutes. The spicy one came with spicy bolognaise, chillies and peppers etc, this went down OK but the burger was a bit chewy apparently. Mine, the caramelised onion one, well I was so disappointed, first impressions were the bun lid was burnt to black and tasted charred, I couldn't eat it. The burger was pretty tasty but very rubbery, I also abandoned that after eating half and sadly there were barely any onions in it but a whole lot of mushrooms!! Surprisingly the burgers don't come with chips so we ordered a portion and was shocked to find actual homemade chips, lovely we thought except everything is covered with an abundance of herbs, thyme I think which isn't a favourite of mine and is so strong tasting. Why is there herbs on the chips? We were very disappointed to say the least and are now wary of going back. 😔

Great experience from order on the phone through to quick friendly delivery...then it got even better. This was the most authentic Greek food we've had outside of Greece, it was amazing. Top marks to all of you 🥇 We will be back

The absolute best falafels by far, even better than the best in Camden town.. The food is fresh , the staff are very helpful and friendly. We more places like this in Scarborough. Proper decent food

Fresh fresh fresh! I cannot get enough of this place, I've been here everyday since it opened. Fresh herbs on the counter used in the dishes, obvious quality produce. Highly Recommended

Ordered a gryo wrap online and collected from the restaurant. Was absolutely amazing. Tasted so fresh and was hot when I got it home. I will definitely be ordering from here again.

Terrible portion size had the lamb souvlaki which was £10.50 and although the lamb was tender it was no where near worth the money 2 tiny skewers with the smallest cubes of lamb iv ever seen in my life i could of gone to sainsburys and got half a leg for that price and the salad it comes with well im lost for words to be honest on that. Also had garlic bread with tomato....... heinz tomato soup with over powering basil and no garlic thickened with chewy dough under it poor food in my opinion, My partner had the gyros which she said was lovely but we agree there are much better places such as castellos.

Just had 2 giros, if I didn't know any better. I would think I was in Rhodes again, the food was that good..what a pleasure they where, I don't think I will be buying kebabs elsewhere anymore.such good food, can't wait to call again for more

Just had another delicious takeaway from Anastasia. Tonight I learnt that the Greek burger is quite possibly the best burger I've ever tasted, and teamed with their (I think) paprika salted fries...heaven. I'm slowly eating my way through the menu and every new dish is a delight.

Moved to Scarborough early November had no kitchen for 6 weeks so lived on take away food. We tried Ask restaurant for a take out that was ok.We have also tried over a dozen other take away places. None were a fraction as lovely as we are now having from Anastasia the staff are brilliant the food is out of this world. We now have a kitchen but the food quality and choice we get here mean we won't be cooking as often as we should but we will be eating from Anastasia regularly.

Beautiful food! Been twice now and haven't got a bad thing to say about either pasta, pizza, calzone and the wraps were incredible and the tirimisu is lovely. Happy, friendly staff. Not got a bad thing to say.

Had a takeaway from here,2 pizzas, a pasta and grilled salmon. All absolutely delicious,good value and still warm when got home. Next time going to have the fillet al pepe,sounds fantastic.

Quality is outstanding, you think keebab, pizza weve all had them! This is special, homemade bread (i used to leave the dry pittas) But the bread is tasty and freshley made and very nearly outdoes the meat! , please! Freshley charcoal, taste the difference! Mouth watering, try and tell me im wrong? Best in town :)
