Most terrible, most revolting food and served with most terrible most rubbish service, had to throw most of it away (except the cake). Waste of good money and feel sick for the little that was eaten. Never used to be that bad, what changed?

Their chicken soup is to die for. It’s soooo good. Always busy which for me is the sign of good food and happy customers

My husband and myself just popped in for a couple of dumplings I decided to have a couple of chicken wings. Quite chaotic and demeanor brusque this for all the staff. Shouting. After we left the shop my husband looked in the bag the dumplings were in we had been given the wrong one. He returned and the attitude was hostile as though he was the person in the wrong no apology!! I will not be visiting again.

So disappointed with refills who sells peas soup large portion with no dumplings just 2piece of beef too much peas and just 3 small potatoes omg and when I called to complain they told me next time I should leave a note with my order omg omg well next will never appen I rather have a tin of vegetable soup at least we would know what we getting on the tin disgrace to say this shop represent Jamaica nooooooo wayyyyyyyy stay away people trust me you will thank me .

Too much salt in red peas soup. I got lots of peas but just potato, potato, and more potato. Also, I tripped as I entered the shop. The entrance is very uneven with bits of concrete missing. Very dangerous. Given how busy shop is at least fix the damaged entrance to avoid someone really hurting themelves and owners being sued....

I didn’t even taste the food. I am speechless. So disappointed melted plastic bag in food and god knows what is in that red peas soup. I’m done I’m officially not ordering from refill again.

I bought a red peas soup at Refill takeaway shop in Brixton and the soup was so so salty and I had one dumpling and too too too much potatoes. The meat tasted very old it was disgusting and I threw everything into the bin. I will NEVER buy their soup again. They need to put a bit more emphasis on doing it right for the customer and not about; not caring his it taste or looks.

Lots of variety and the food is fresh. It has been hit and miss for me. Sometimes I want to eat my fingers and sometimes it just goes in the bin. I suppose it depends on the chef.

Bought otail rice and peas...what a joke!!! The oxtail was NOT COOKED!!! It was as hard as rock!!! Not a good look for a west indian take away in the heart of Brixton.Shame on you!!! Only thing that was nice was the lamb Pattie. Don't waste your time by going there, if you're going there for some tasty cooked food don't waste your time..you will be very disappointed. I should have stuck to my local west indian take away in east London Wenties in forest gate. All in all cost 15 pound for congestion charge and 30 pounds worth of food which was rubbish except for the Lamb Pattie...so all in all it cost me 45 pound for two lamb patties!!! KMT !!!

Bad food, poor representation of Jamican cuisine. There other Caribbean takeaways in Brixton that offer higher quality meals for a few pennies more.

This is the second time i have broght fried dumplings from this shop and its not being cooked through. I buy about 10 at a time so dont eat them for a couple of weeks or so. Some are cooked fully and some are not so i thought it was a rare thing. This time i only got 5 and 4 outif the lot was not cooked, decide i was going to take at least 1 and show them. Well the person i went and spoke to could not care less was rude and could not even be bothered to look me in the face to speak to me. Asking me what do i want to to doin a very rude way. People who do not know how to speak to customers should not be working in places like that, or theyshould refure your complaints to some one who can. Yes i agree with the other review this place needs to be closed or a good overhall of the workers.

I went to Refill today. They've never seemed to have an orderly queuing system. There were boxes stacked up in the entrance and so I thought that there was only room for one queue and that they couldn't get it wrong today. However, I was wrong to assume that. Somebody walked in behind me and asked to be served. The male member of staff, indicated that he had to queue like the rest of us. He told him that his car was parked and he didn't want to get a ticket. He then served him! I asked him whether he would give me the same service, if I tell him that I'm parked outside, the next time I go there. He then asked me what would I like? I had to point out to him that there was a lady in front of me and that I didn't want him to serve me. He just didn't seem to get the basic point I was making, that you serve customers, according to where they are placed in the queue. It's sad that I had to point this out to a member of staff. I was then served by a woman, who didn't hear me when I gave her my order. Rather than responding to me with pardon as what you would expect, she instead responded with Uugh. How rude can you get! Whoever owns this place needs to address the huge problem, of extremely poor customer service. Just read the reviews!
