"Food is happiness" a quote this place doesn't run by, food is sadness seems much more appropriate. Also thought I’d leave a new review as a third year. Staff are nice and the salad box actually decent. Other than salad being nice, hope you love raw medium rare chicken. Food is no longer sadness. It’s like eating the equivalent of getting smacked in the balls by the rock. Or being penetrated by a cactus.

The food at the Ref is either decent or terrible. There is rarely a middle. The Fish & Chips is good -- depending on which chef is making it... The breakfast is alright and the addition of pasties and sausage rolls in 2021 was a big improvement. However, the dinner is generally very iffy. The turkey is usually rubber, the chicken is often times entirely bland and flavourless, and the meats in general are generally over cooked and under or over spiced. The best dish is the fried chicken burger, which actually has some taste. The worst is the "American" burger, which has a terrible bun that falls apart in your paws and the burger meat tastes like hospital food. As far as customer service, most of the staff are very friendly and a pleasure to come in contact with. The manager, Nick, is very professional and has genuine concern for people. A big improvement would be the addition of music to the place -- even if it were just classical or plain instrumental. Overall, the Ref is okay, but could use a lot of improvements.

Where do i start? Ive been attending Teddington school for quite some time, the food is not edible. from the stale breaded items to the rock hard cookies. ive had it up to here with the quality and prices of the food, originally it was £1 for a pizza slice and every year the price goes up by 10p. now im paying £2.30 for stale chunks of bread filled with out of date carrots.

Couldn't pay by the app as there was a problem with it and the staff asked me to pay with my card and said i will have to email the customer service so they can add the reward point. it has been since 9 Jun and twice already with emails to customer care who dont really care and its not the only bad experience which suggest they strive on bad service. expensive and staff at various places are not well trained. another incident tried to buy few bags of chocolate caramel which now i know out of stoke but i visited 11 stores until the manager at piccadilly told me they don't stoke it anymore. But every shop i went in they say you will find it at the next store which the idiots should have known its not any more available and saved me from walking for 3 hours. happened last Friday Jun 21.

Contray to the negative reviews (Which I totally understand) But for my Personal experience I have always had a good experience. The ladies like Rooner have been nothing but polite and accommodating for such things like basic salt, ketchup and mayo. Mainly the female team at KFC has been great (not ignoring the male staff and chefs)

Not Hotel review. A customer, named Leo C asked delivery and he took the food and asked Just eat to refund. So shameful.
