The beef lasagne was still frozen in the middle. When it came back, it was boiling hot in some places, and warm in others. They didn't even replace the garlic bread. I felt it was a 'customary' 2nd check as she said ill tell the chef. I understand things go wrong but how it is dealt with is key and can change your perception. I've had better service at a greene king. This used to be a favourite pub that I have recommended to many others but something has clearly changed. If I had not already paid for the meal, I would have walked out. So disappointing.
