Redrose Kitchen in Thurrock

Food was atrocious. Arriving leaking out of the containers, naan bread wasn't tasty and a job to chew. Main dish was nothing I had ever tasted before and not in a good way. No flavour, meat like dog food. I will never ever order from this place again. Don't waste your money like I did.

Normally really good but this time awful. Ordered food and 20 minutes before delivery due cancelled with no explanation

We were shown to our table and someone came and took a drinks order. They took a while to come but it was busy. We asked for poppadums which again took a little while to come. Not bad so far. However we had to keep catching someone to ask for further drinks, which again were slow coming. We then had to try to catch someone to order our food. Finally a very abrupt person took our order. We waited about an hour before starters arrived, and we had had to ask where they were. We then waited another hour and 20 minutes with no main course. We asked where they were and told a few minutes. Another 15 went by and we said we would settle what we’d had and leave. They got very flustered and said it was just coming. It came about 15 minutes after that. By now it was getting on for 10pm and was far too late for me to eat anyway. I am diabetic so this wasn’t very helpful.definitely wouldn’t recommend and won’t be going back.
