Red Sky Shisha in Harrow

This is an amazing venue if you want quality food, quality shisha and attentive service. I visited this venue for the first time with friends. The staff were attentive and welcoming. No pressure to order several shishas per group which has been my experience at other shisha venues in the surrounding areas in the past. I ordered the falafel salad and mint tea. The food was fresh and had been prepared with care. The shisha quality was also amazing. Usually I always feel that there is a harshness to shisha but at this venue it was soo smooth- clearly they are using quality shisha, flavouring and coal. The staff also come around to change the coal and remove any excess ash. One of the owners Naz was extremely friendly and actually sat with us and socialised with us for a while which was a great touch. The prices are also very reasonable. Overall a really nice chilled out venue. I would recommend and will definitely be returning.

Very poor service from FOH We went for my friends 20th, as you can see from the reviews below that my friends have left we were treated very badly. The FOH was just rude and arrogant, insisting that we needed to buy more pipes, even though only half the group wanted shisha. We were willing to buy drinks on top of getting a shisha pipe, and after we suggested this his whole attitude became very hostile. It was disgusting, and really discouraged us from wanting to spend our money there. From the get go- he was being off and wasn’t really helpful when we were deciding what we wanted- as well as not being helpful in general when we were asking questions and made a sly comment- treating us as if we didn’t know what we were doing!! Was very sceptical about this place as the reviews are very polarising making me think it could be fake reviews - however, turns out the management and staff have changed so the reviews are just out of date. Tunnel Lounge is a proper hidden "if you know then you know" secret! The shisha is amazing, the staff are really welcoming, the place is stunning in its size and comfort. It doesn't try to be flashy, just really pleasant and clean with the focus on the quality. It's also the only lounge I've seen with a fearlessly friendly cat who also definitely adds character to the place!

So a few friend and I visited Tunnel lounge. I must say was nice to go to a lounge which knows their shisha. So many options and the staff were extremely friendly talking me through the options. When we got the shisha it tasted amazing. Wasn’t burnt, could taste the flavour and we smoked for over an hour and it still didn’t get harsh or taste burnt. Staff were very attentive and ensured we were enjoying our time. I’m glad we discovered this hidden gem! Have lots of flavours to taste still.

Good shisha and tasty food, however service could be a bit faster but overall great experience and cosy setting.

I loved my experience at the Tunnel Lounge, the food is really delicious, especially the spicy fries, I loved the ambience of the whole place with the fairy lights. The place is run with integrity and respect, most of all, the customer service is on a great level. I really felt like the staff were there to serve me and my friends and that was their priority, I felt at home and taken care of. And the food is really well priced. It's definitely a place I would take my friends and family there to just have an amazing chilled time and a laugh. The people running the place operate like everything matters and that they have the customer's interest at heart. If you are looking for a place to chill with loved ones and eat yummy food and get taken care of, I would highly recommend going to the tunnel lounge!

This place has such friendly staff, nice atmosphere and absolutely amazingly tasty food! I had the falafel and halloumi box, serioulsy the best falafel I've ever had. Had a perfectly chilled Sunday afternoon with my mates in Tunnel Lounge - will definitely be back!

A great place to wind down. The music isn't loud, the food is great. The team take a lot of passion in the quality of the shisha and make sure the equipment is very clean. They have an extensive knowledge of their shisha and are always innovating with their flavours.

Waited 35 minutes for them to change the shisha coal when I had asked 3 times. Meanwhile they were bringing out other people's shishas and topping up their coal. By the time they brought the coal out, the shisha took long to start uo. Asked the waiter to start it up and he rolled his eyes and didn't do it. Ended up smoking a burnt pipe. Bad service, but comfortable place as they have blankets. And we all like blankets.

Worst place I have ever been! The staff are rude, obnoxious and there are like 10 managers who doesn’t know what’s going on. Even if your desperate don’t go to this place! Cash only which is against trading standards. Never go there!

Fantastic shisha, good food, great service, would definently come back again. Since new management took over it has been so much better

After the new management came in, this place is amazing. Shisha is smooth and clean. Plenty of shisha flavour. Only negative I think about is that the place can get too hot even in freezing weather. I like to sit to the side where there's a nice breeze. Food is awesome too.

Iv been to a lot of shisha bars and by far this is the best. The guys that work here are the most friendliest people ever and the shisha tastes great. The pipes are always cleaned properly (unlike alot of other places) the atmosphere is chilled out and relaxed. The drinks are little pricey but I don't care its the best shisha. Would highly recommend to everyone from one very happy regular customer

Back in the day, was a pretty run of the mill shisha bar- now, with the new owners, some of the finest shisha I have ever experienced. Great atmosphere- staff were super helpful and friendly, seemed like the coals had been changed every time I looked. Reheads on the shisha great value ( although its tough not to get tempted into a second flavour!) Well worth the trip :) Cheers guys! R

Been tunnel a few times and gotta say the shisha is on point.. and amazing flavours to offer at great value .. plus customer service is on point .. coal change in a regularly. Advise is to check out the place and won't be disappointed

El lugar es diferente de los típicos lugares de shisha que he estado, son realmente entendidos de shisha premium y elite con su mezcla especial. Nunca he tenido uno y el severo humo sigue adelante. Hay música de fondo que añade al ambiente de la sala. Hay Oreo batidos son una buena adición a Tropical Twighlight ;-)).

Went here on a Friday night for a birthday party. Shisha garden is really good and the Irn Bru with bluemist was also great. Thumbs up

I feel for these guys they revamped and really did try but still it's not great. Everything is cheaply done. Staff are friendly thou...not sure how much longer they can run its always so dead inside. Food and drinks not great either.

Este es el mejor café que he ido shisha y visitamos unas cuantas. Los chicos son geniales muy simpática y amable pero sin agobiar. La shisha en sí es muy bueno, mejor que en ningún sitio. Prueba la comida estará agradablemente sorprendido especialmente los chips de masala y patatas fritas. También hace falta decir algo o té de menta marroquí para regarlo o un batido si prefiere que! El lugar no es perfecta y podría hacer con un pequeño roc para que sea más cómoda, pero ciertamente no para satisfacer las necesidades de todo el mundo. Me he sentado y refrigerados viendo una película, a jugar al billar, a jugar FIFA - se ajusta cada ambiente!

I like my shisha joints and enjoyed this place. Like all the different Shisha heads they have. Oh almost forgot nice milkshake.

I have been smoking shisha for over 10 years and if the shisha is not good then i won't go back. Red Sky is on point with their shishas and service. Recommend it to anyone. Nice vibe, won't see any nasty crowd here.

Great shisha. Love the paneer and masala chips. Always looking for some spare time to spend there. Would recommend anyone to come and try it out.

Fantastic shisha lounge. I have been a regular at this lounge for a while now and always get treated well. Busy it quite the staff look after you. Great effort to the lads there.

The place was amazing! Was looking for a 5* Shisha place in London and shisha spot recommended me to go! Will be definitely going back! Didn't get a chance with the milkshakes but the food was brilliant! 5 out of 5!

Ordered a chicken burger, when I opened the box the burger was ridiculously small especially for the price also the chicken was a bit cold. Everything thing else I oordered was reasonable although my medium milkshake came in what looked like a small cup you'd get anywhere else and the ingredients wasn't blended fully. I would order here again but I think I will stick to the dessert items.

So you would think being in the back to smoke a shisha would be cold right? WRONG! They had heaters so even at night you were lovely and warm. The music was spot on. A taste all us youngsters like. The shisha I had was really nice and produced a fantastic amount of smoke. The food was great and its definitely a place you would want to be with all your friends whether it is during the day or late at night. 5* for all the effort.

Tried this place as was recommended by a friend. Quite a nice relaxing atmosphere and the shisha was also really nice. The shisha garden is huge but was only partly open due to building work at the back. Would definatly be back.

The shisha was amazing, the food and juices were made beautifully and the music was great! 5*** I will definitely be back and recommend to anyone!
