Disgusting excuse for a pizza. Tasted like garbage on cardboard. Cold, soggy, flavorless trash. Whoever made this should be banned from a kitchen. An absolute disgrace to the word “pizza.”

It’s the best pizza shop ever! The owner is incredibly kind and helpful, and the staff is also great. A must-visit place to enjoy delicious pizza!

will never use this place again.just walked out without my food there is a guy here allegedly called jackson.he has no idea about customer service.and i say this as a waiter of many years.his brother samir is the complete opposite.i have had so many mistakes in ordering that it looks like deliberate.when i raised the issue today about my previous order i had my money given back to be.this guy jackson has a serious customer service and attitude issue.i feel sorry for the staff having to work with him.hes arrogant beyond belief .i have heard other people in the area making similair comments.if you behave like this dont expect people to spend thier money at your premises

Good Taste Good Service and delivery

I haven’t ordered from this place for awhile, but it is as good as I remembered. Great pizzas, plenty of toppings and well presented. I think this is definitely one of the best pizza places that I have come across in London.

I and my family have been ordering from Red Planet W10 for almost a decade. In the past 10 years, I've not one single complaint other than the food is just too good! Nothing but the best pizzas arrive at our doorstep every single time, steaming hot, bursting with flavour and on time. Their chicken wings are the best I've ever had - so succulent and full of flavour. The service from the person on the phone to the person that delivers is always seamless and professional. I genuinely recommend to all!

My favourite vegetarian pizza- was a disappointment. My 3 yr old grandson also made comment that it was yuck. It was.

This place deserves a better rating for sure.. I havnet had any nicer pizza in London. Its perfect soft, crispy edges way better than Dominos and halal is just too good to be true. I have gone to other italian pizza restaurants but Id just have to pay way cheaper and more delicious pizza. Happy friendly faces always. Place look dodgy but take away and deliver to your home. My fav is beef pepperoni , mushroom and cheese. They give garlic sauce as dip and the combo is truly delicious. Its crispy sides is so good. I get the tinniest one for £5- eat it in the tube and feel like crying. Try it to believe it

I recently visited red planet shawarma shop, and I have to say, it deserves a five-star review! very good pizza, full of flavour. interesting variety of toppings which made it hard to choose but I ordered the 3 pizza deal and each of them was very good. The deep pan dough a little over done and dense but still great for dipping in the garlic and herp sauce. Also it was nice and crispy, I would probably order thin crust next time. The kebab meat was delicious so next time I'd consider trying the kebab. I will order again.

The Mexican platter that was delivered was disappointing and not cooked completely thoroughly. Experienced stomach upset and discomfort after eating the food. The garlic mushrooms had no garlic and were dripping water. The frozen chicken nuggets were not properly cooked and soggy. Muhammed the manager apologised and promised a full refund. Then he started to say I should have called earlier and the shop is busy. Meanwhile my stomach is upset and painful after eating the food from his shop. Next he would not answer the phone after I told him the Mexican platter had made me have stomach upset and feel sick. Muhammed refund the money. This is not good customer service at all. The driver tried to keep the receipt when he delivered the food which was very strange. Red Planet Pizza refund the costs for the Mexican platter you delivered in the late afternoon on May 1st. The nuggets were not freshly cooked and soggy as though someone just put them in the microwave quickly and left the centres undone. The mozzarella sticks did not taste good. Refund the costs today. Muhammed stop trying to say you will refund tomorrow. This is the worst customer service.

Pizza’s used to be amazing throughout my entire childhood and teenage years. But recently, they’re so tasteless and disgusting. I don’t know what changed I think it’s the management, but I will never buy another pizza from this garbage shop. Management have RUINED this place.

Ashamed to have chose you. i refused delivery cos, 1 hour for order to be accepted. then after nonsense on phone it gets here and told take it back, i was then just left on floor in the rain near bins.

I tried ordering a pizza, I waited over an hour and an half, online it says maximum 40 minutes for delivery. I tried to call over ten times and no one has answered. No food no response no refund. Absolutely ridiculous, unprofessional, unreliable.

Love red planet pizza was very disappointed that I ordered a meat feast to meatballs on a few slices of my pizza. It was like a cheese and tomato pizza as there was loads of cheese and loads of tomatoes.

their smallest pizza is a 10 inch and £6.99. whether that’s worth the money depends on your budget i guess

Hallo :) Wir waren gegen 1 a.m hier und bekamen eine frische Pizza. Der Besitzer war nett und freundlich. Die Pizza ist gut belegt und überzeugte durch die hochwertige Salami. Der Laden ist helal. Wir saßen neben dem Geschäft, falls man schnell seine Pizza essen möchte und die Bushaltestelle ist direkt davor. Eine klare Empfehlung 👍🏼👍🏼👍🏼

I ordered two pizzas. One was a pepperoni pizza and the dough was fresh and soft. However, the pepperoni did not look or taste like pepperoni. Our second pizza was completely disappointing it tasted very stale as if it was old pizza dough.
