Caffe Nero in Kensington and Chelsea

Cost place for coffee near South Kensington train station.. Have a wide range of coffees and sandwiches.. My favorite was oat milk latte + choc muffin as usual ☕️⚰️

No way any other coffee comes close to a Neros

I love the team here, they always have a kind little talk to give with my coffee. Specially Maria ( hope i remember her name correct ) she is lovely and gave a really nice coffe as well.

Staff were great and very efficient, however with coffee at £4-5 per cup the least they can do is provide a customer toilet. Everywhere else nearby was customer toilet only. I feel anywhere selling food and drink should be compelled by local authority to provide toilet facilities. Even just one.

Nice little caffe, the staff were, so nice with us and extremely friendly. We had our 3 months old with us that needed a change. The caffe doesn't have toilets where we can change him, but the lovely staff offered us an area to change him out of the clients eye. I am very grateful for this lovely gesture. The caffe is relatively small, there are a few tables and a bar type area next to the window. We had some food that was nice and a lovely coffee. The place can get busier mid of the day. Will visit again when in the area.

As with all Caffé Nero's 4 table's been taken up by one person on a laptop per table so it's a case of buying a take out or hopefully someone that leaves once they have finished their drinks

No bathroom and the mug I was given was sticky

I like all and good hospitality.

In app orders for collection are not always actioned quickly by staff but I like the coffee and the service is always pleasant.

A nice little branch with friendly staff. Comfortable seating, with some tables outside. It's quite close to South Kensington tube, and so is handy if you're visiting the museum(s).

I ordered a cheese and onion slice because I’m a vegetarian. Slice delivered to my table; I cut it in half and it clearly had ham in so I returned it very apologetically and asked for the cheese and onion one again. They brought it to me. I took a bite and had a mouthful of ham!!! I’m really upset about this. Had to complain again, now feeling like they’re judging me for being a repeat complainer, and then give the third slice a full post-mortem before daring to eat it. They offered me a free drink to make up for it but honestly I haven’t eaten meat for years now and I’m still upset that I did take a bite unknowingly.

This is largely what you'd expect from a cafe. They sell paninis and other food they can quickly warm up and eat. It also has hot drinks e.g coffee (as it should - it's a cafe).

My toasted sandwich was meant to have cheese and mushrooms, it had cheese but hardly any mushrooms. The menu saud my luxury hot chocolate came with marshmellows but there were none. This Cafe Neros has all the signs of being a franchise, a struggling one.

I’m becoming quite a regular here. Great coffees and pastry’s is what I tend to stick to.

We only popped in to get take-away coffee and hot chocolate, but we were struck by how friendly the service was. Huge thank you to Alex for creating such a wonderful & friendly atmosphere. We decided to stay in and ended up with pastry and couple more desserts.))

I have no idea why, but this is best Caffè Nero coffee I’ve never had! Customer services are impeccable. Cakes did not look that appealing, looking like they were defrosted yesterday. Well, not a bad thing. Didn’t need the extra calories after all.

I love this Place, go there very Sunday for the same coffee and blueberry muffin, the guys at Neros a lovely and friendly!

I asked for one Pistachio Iced Latte and one of the other new Pistachio drinks and the Iced Latte seemed a plain one so I asked the barista and they offered to put more Pistachio so at the end our drinks were both fine! I appreciated the gesture and the service and the coffees were good as well!

The coffee is fantastic but there's no toilet and that made the experience difficult for me. Had they had a sign indicating it We had gone somewhere else.

Normally I come here every Sunday before mass to have my cappuccino. But lately they serve it on a take away cup instead of a normal cup. I was told it was because they close at 5 on Sundays however it was 20 past 3 in the afternoon... the Spanish guys are quite good though but I don't see them too often there anymore!

Ordered a decaf latte, it was disgusting, I had to throw it in the bin. Waste of £3. Immediate regret going there, especially when I walked past two lovely looking independent cafes on the same road.

I popped in here with three pals after visiting the National History Museum, which is just a stone's throw away. I am not a massive Caffè Nero fan, but I was pleasantly surprised with their selection of drinks, sandwiches and cakes. I opted for a hot chocolate with whipped cream and a tomato, mozzarella and pesto toastie. All very nice. There wasn't a lot of seating but it was a really cosy visit.

This place was OK before the lockdown but since it reopened, the service standard has definitely slipped. One worker in particular is always unwelcoming, unprofessional, and comes across as lazy. I was so disappointed with the service I received today, I won't be going back.

Nero always does a good cup of coffee just go easy in the brews as this place lacks a customer toilet.

Here is a question for Caffe Nero. If baristas are important parts of your product, why are we paying the full price for the coffees prepared by trainee baristas without supervision? This is not very common practice in others professions.

It is a very small place with cramped seating areas. But very helpful staff

Außerhalb von London stimmt nicht nur die Produktpalette, sondern auch die Servicequalität. Die Londoner Angestellten sind da zumeist deutlich weniger engagiert. Da wir hier mit genervtem Desinteresse bedient wurden, gibt es nur drei Sterne für Kaffee und Keks.

Cálido y acogedor en un día muy frío. No hay muchos asientos y no una buena selección de refrescos, sin embargo, el café era muy bueno. Buen lugar para detenerse para tomar una copa rápida.

Limited seating and not particularly clean / tidy. Also overpriced in my opinion. Have to pay extra for non dairy milk and no incentive other than an extra stamp (which is useless when I don't have a loyalty card nor was I offered one) for using my own cup.

Not a great choice of food and the quality is not exceptional but the coffee can be ok if the barrista is not a trainee or unhappy to be at work

Amazing coffee, great staff, but the place doesn't have a public toilet.

This was the first Caffé Nero ever opened. Probably hasn't changed much since 1991. Coffee is decent and the staff are polite. Usually has somewhere to sit except at peak times. No toilet here, but that is quite common among smaller London coffee shops.

I was meeting a friend for a quick coffee and I passed right by the place and didn't realize till I got to Chat Time that I had passed it. I had two lattes in a span of about 20 minutes. For me that's a lot of caffeine and yes I was feeling great for a while after that.

Coffee was the usual good Nero experience, but no customer toilet, a couple of coffees then visit the toilet before leaving.... no you won't! Really poor, a prominent sign should warn customers of this so they Don’t get desperate.

Disrespectful staff, rushing orders and forgetting most of it. Dirty environment and dirty cups, plates and spoons. Usually enjoy cafe nero but would recommend going to Starbucks down the road.
