Very accommodating made a mistake by say collection however wanted delivery and red pepper delivered for us when I called up so was very please

The food is absolutely delicious and not forgetting the generous portions! This is my family's go to Chinese restaurant and should also be yours!

Good Sardinian food and beer. We were 4 people without a reservation and they treated us very well.

Delivery was quite long but the food was hot in arrival. I like this place and would order again. Only thing I didn’t like was the pizza had green chilli’s in it and that wasn’t mentioned as a topping when I ordered the pizza.

Absolutely appalling experience and customer service. Will not be ordering from yourselves again and you should consider closing down.

This is a very terrible place. My order never got delivered and the code was still pending. Called multiple times and first man picked assuring me my food was on the way and give it 10 minutes. It still didn’t arrive. I called him back and no one answered, called multiple times still no response. Horrible service I want my refund!!!!

The pasta I had tasted very fresh and flavourful. I thoroughly enjoyed the meal. However portion was on the smaller side. Service was decent, the restaurant was quite empty. Decor was also okay.

Most of the food was cold and for a start. The chicken curry had about 8mm of oil on top and the same for the curry source. I could never recommend this place to anyone and would never order from there again. Avoid it. I ended up putting it in the bin and going chip shop.

the order was stated to arrive within 20:30 to 20:50, then rescheduled to 21:15, but the driver knocked at the door at 21:20, and the restaurant refuse to give a refund, I've ordered at 19:42, so the order took more than 1 hour to come.

i liked the Vegan Chicken and mushroom I'll get it again. what is the 'chicken' made from ?

I never received my order. The restaurant are apparently unable to refund me so I'm now at the mercy of justeat.

I did not receive my order but the money was taken and it was delivered to the completely wrong address. Even though I called to find out what had happened yo the order whilst we waited I was told they had not received it. Yet here it is.

We would like to thank the lovely staff at The Red Pepper for allowing us to use inside/outside of the restaurant to do our short film. It was very last minute but they were really friendly and helpful to accommodate for us :)) Also the food smelt amazing!! So we will definitely be coming back to try some!! Thank you!!

Delivered food in nearly 2 hours. Had to call up twice and reason was given that they were busy. Food was not good today. Frozen chicken rolls which was really disappointing. Beef in black bean sauce was blend. No taste or spices even a salt. Food used to be better but I won't be ordering it again for a while.

The delivery driver was very helpful and the food was nicely prepared and fresh.

The food is very tasty, perfect temperature, great portions and great price. There is one thing I did not like...the sizes of veg and chicken and very big, large chunks, we had to cut it ourselves. Some broccoli, more carrots would be nice, instead of a box full of giant sized peppers, chicken and bean sprouts. I expected more of a variety of veg and not a box of three quarters bean sprouts. And perhaps give an option to have the Black Bean sauce 'non spicy' because I had to drain mine off.

Crispy chilli beef was horrible. And ordering from this restaurant takes long enough and then my order got delayed even more. Also my hong kong chicken had hardly any sauce in so was dry and horrible!

Ordered mostly vegan, which was great, but the mushroom fried rice came with egg in it. There was no description on just eat or any warnings, so couldn’t eat it was a little unfulfilled. The Tofu was great though. But wouldn’t recommend as a vegan friendly choice with hidden egg in recipes.

After waiting an hour order didn’t arrive. When i called the restaurant they were rude and hang up on me. Absolutely disgusting behaviour.

I recently had a delightful experience. While I initially made a mistake in my order, the staff were incredibly accommodating. They graciously offered to replace my incorrect dish with the correct one, even though it meant a higher cost for them. This level of customer service was truly unexpected and made my dining experience even more enjoyable.

delivery driver rang the doorbell at nearly 1am and was confrontational when I complained he had woken children up.

I normally order from here and no problem but the chips were not cooked properly and the wings didn’t come how they usually come

I have been having Pizza at the Red Pepper for as long as I can remember and have always enjoyed the food hence my review from 2 years ago where I called it 'Great pizza'.....Sadly not the case now where I had an extremely bland experience !!!

First of all I spent over £30 and didn’t get very much food for the amount I spent all four dishes in small containers as when ever I order from another Chinese takeaway for this amount of money spent always comes in large containers food very poor

Veggie cho mein could have had more veg in it. Only had a piece of pepper, 2 lumps of broccoli and half a mushroom in. Felt like I just paid for noodles instead of veg. The chips were in a cardboard box, rain had soaked through. Chips were soggy.

The food just didn’t taste nice the chicken wings were burnt and salty

Food was great.. just that there was no sauce with the veg spring rolls like it shows in the Just Eat menu picture. will definitely order again.. hopefully next time there'll be tomato sauce with the spring rolls 😊

Delicious restaurant, delicious green bean salad, delicious wine, breathtaking view, we loved it!!!

The family and I debated to go here or the Indian place a few doors down and we ended up here and weren’t disappointed. Food was delicious, served hot and fast. My eldest kid got the Tagliatelle With Beef Ragu and I got the Tagliolini With Prawns, both were good but I preferred the prawns.

This has become my summer weekday regular dinner spot with my family. I like the variety of the specials. The music is good without being intrusive. The service is prompt, warm with my kids and efficient. The food is consistently good. We especially like the zucchini fritti, the margarita pizza to which we add aubergine and the Sicilian white wine by the glass.
