Red Pepper in City of London, Westminster

We would like to thank the lovely staff at The Red Pepper for allowing us to use inside/outside of the restaurant to do our short film. It was very last minute but they were really friendly and helpful to accommodate for us :)) Also the food smelt amazing!! So we will definitely be coming back to try some!! Thank you!!

Great food and service, as always.

Delivered food in nearly 2 hours. Had to call up twice and reason was given that they were busy. Food was not good today. Frozen chicken rolls which was really disappointing. Beef in black bean sauce was blend. No taste or spices even a salt. Food used to be better but I won't be ordering it again for a while.

Best Chinese food ever. Great customer and delivery service. Food tastes amazing. I highly recommend this place.

The driver submitted the food very cold and wet after taking over 2 hours to deliver the food

The food is very tasty, perfect temperature, great portions and great price. There is one thing I did not like...the sizes of veg and chicken and very big, large chunks, we had to cut it ourselves. Some broccoli, more carrots would be nice, instead of a box full of giant sized peppers, chicken and bean sprouts. I expected more of a variety of veg and not a box of three quarters bean sprouts. And perhaps give an option to have the Black Bean sauce 'non spicy' because I had to drain mine off.

The delivery driver was very helpful and the food was nicely prepared and fresh.

Ordered mostly vegan, which was great, but the mushroom fried rice came with egg in it. There was no description on just eat or any warnings, so couldn’t eat it was a little unfulfilled. The Tofu was great though. But wouldn’t recommend as a vegan friendly choice with hidden egg in recipes.

After waiting an hour order didn’t arrive. When i called the restaurant they were rude and hang up on me. Absolutely disgusting behaviour.

I recently had a delightful experience. While I initially made a mistake in my order, the staff were incredibly accommodating. They graciously offered to replace my incorrect dish with the correct one, even though it meant a higher cost for them. This level of customer service was truly unexpected and made my dining experience even more enjoyable.

delivery driver rang the doorbell at nearly 1am and was confrontational when I complained he had woken children up.

I normally order from here and no problem but the chips were not cooked properly and the wings didn’t come how they usually come

The sauces was ment to be bbq and it was sweet and sour not the bbq I’m used to eating

I have been having Pizza at the Red Pepper for as long as I can remember and have always enjoyed the food hence my review from 2 years ago where I called it 'Great pizza'.....Sadly not the case now where I had an extremely bland experience !!!

First of all I spent over £30 and didn’t get very much food for the amount I spent all four dishes in small containers as when ever I order from another Chinese takeaway for this amount of money spent always comes in large containers food very poor

Veggie cho mein could have had more veg in it. Only had a piece of pepper, 2 lumps of broccoli and half a mushroom in. Felt like I just paid for noodles instead of veg. The chips were in a cardboard box, rain had soaked through. Chips were soggy.

The food just didn’t taste nice the chicken wings were burnt and salty

Food was great.. just that there was no sauce with the veg spring rolls like it shows in the Just Eat menu picture. will definitely order again.. hopefully next time there'll be tomato sauce with the spring rolls 😊

The family and I debated to go here or the Indian place a few doors down and we ended up here and weren’t disappointed. Food was delicious, served hot and fast. My eldest kid got the Tagliatelle With Beef Ragu and I got the Tagliolini With Prawns, both were good but I preferred the prawns.

This has become my summer weekday regular dinner spot with my family. I like the variety of the specials. The music is good without being intrusive. The service is prompt, warm with my kids and efficient. The food is consistently good. We especially like the zucchini fritti, the margarita pizza to which we add aubergine and the Sicilian white wine by the glass.

Very bad service I had items missing from the 1meal person and I have called the restaurant and they said they did it and they couldn’t refund it .very bad service never again order from this place also the food is not that good I just hope I’ll receive a refund from justveat

The food was pretty good, and I was looking forward to ordering the same dishes again. However today 11/07/24 all dishes have increased in price. The Vegan Duck in Szechuan sauce has increased from $6.00 to £7.99, that's a 25% increase. Unacceptable.

Great pizzeria. The first impression seems like a very simple place but then the food is delicious!!!! Stone oven below but the pasta is very very good too. They take a while because everything is handmade. TOOOP Sicilian Cannoli

Been visiting this restaurant many times, and I ordered the Tagliolini with prawns which is my all time favourite pasta! I will recommend as well the Pizza and the Tiramisu. The service was good and the staff they are so friendly.

Lovely meal in this family Italian restaurant. We had a range of food from pizza to pasta and the special of the day. Service was at times patchy but we did get out of the restaurant in the time we needed and everyone enjoyed their meal.

Amazing food, I had tagliatelle with prawns and tartare as a starter. Lovely and friendly staff and comforting atmosphere. I recommend the tiramisu, it's a must have when you visit the red pepper.

We had just had dinner and wanted to get a dessert. When we sat down the manager said he couldn’t serve only dessert even though the place was pretty much empty. He was very rude to us and asked us to leave.

The food was disgusting!!! It was my husband’s birthday!!! I never ordered food on Sunday, but that day I wanted to have a different food!!! Instead of duck chow mein I was served rice with duck. When I opened the box with rice with duck the smell was disgusting-strong smell of duck fat!!! There was no meat there, just pieces of fat!!! Other portions were unexpectedly small!!! I must receive a full refund of the meal plus a voucher of at least £20.00. I collected stamps from this business in the amount of £11.93, but I will not order from them. I want this amount to be given to me by way of a voucher to spend elsewhere.

ordered chicken and cashew nuts. and it came with no cashew nuts. normally I like this place. but that was just unacceptable. not when you're paying the money I did for it

My wife and I are senior citizens who visit our daughter and son-in-law in the area every year, staying at the Collonade Hotel on Warrington Crescent. Our experiences at Red Pepper Pizza have been extremely disappointing. Around a year and a half ago, we visited Red Pepper Pizza. My wife ordered a pizza, and I ordered a salad. The owner refused to serve us, stating that if we were two people, we both had to order pizzas. When I asked to see this policy in writing, he declined and asserted that he makes the rules as the owner. I registered a complaint against him at that time due to his unprofessional behavior. Yesterday evening, between 6:00 - 6:30 pm, we decided to give the restaurant another chance. Unfortunately, the owner once again refused to serve us and asked us to leave in the presence of other guests. This experience was quite humiliating. Having managed restaurants like KFC, Subway, and Baskin Robbins for the past four decades, I am familiar with the industry standards and customer service expectations. It is disappointing to see such behavior in the restaurant business. I hope the owner learns from this feedback and becomes a better host in the future.

Chicken and beef was uncooked all food felt soggy could see the oil separating from the curry extremely unhappy and will be expecting a refund ruined my whole night only thing that was good was the chips and the bottle of coke which is just a joke

We placed a large order including crispy duck with pancakes. Cucumber was slimy and gone off making it unable to eat. I requested refund Just for the duck as all other food was okay but Just Eat rejected it.

I really liked this restaurant as the food tasted really good and it was obvious it was made well and time and effort was put into it for it to be the best for the customers. the service was quick and the staff were lovely about. the atmosphere was also really nice and there were a lot of friendly staff. the place overall is really nice to dine in or either take out and i would recommend it.
