For the quality and price you honestly can't cause it is a bargain aswel as having delicious food. 👌

I regularly order from here, the customer service is 10/10 and the food is excellent. A few times it has been late but its understanble because it is a Saturday night but the food is always warm so can't ever fault them for that.

I’ve ordered from Red Peppers for a number of years on and off, but tonight is the last time ever. The food is generally ok , sometimes good, sometimes not so, but waiting 2 hours for a meal is just taking the P, no matter how good it is.

We first ordered from Red Peppers over a year ago, and the first delivery was amazing, we couldn’t believe how good it was. Since then we’re ordered a couple of times, but the most recent will be our last. We were very disappointed on several points- 2 hours waiting for delivery when on ordering we were told 70 minutes. We had an apology and a free bottle of coke on delivery, not really touching the fact that we were starving at this point. The food was average at best, nothing out of the ordinary and one of the curries with a strong tomato base we have regularly didn’t taste or look like it should have done, we think it was swapped for something else. One had a strange hard bit in it. Overall we were very disappointed and certainly won’t be using them again.

Poppadoms oily, starter chicken chat bland, sauces watery, chicken baltie watery and very bland, rasted beyter ftom super market. Very disappounted.

Just ordered from red peppers and while the delivery was quick the food was disappointing. The lamb biriyani was not edible as the lamb was hard and the whole dish was greasy. Onion bhajis were also very greasy. The food used to be amazing but sadly tonight it has put us off from ordering from here again. 2 stars was given because of the quick delivery but sadly the food was not of a good standard

Just had a lovely takeaway from Red Peppers. I ordered the meal for three of us at 18.00 and it was delivered just before 19.00 - 15 minutes before the estimated arrival. The food was lovely and warm, poppadoms were lovely and crisp naan breads were really fluffy and tasty and the mains were mouth watering. Take no notice of the negative reviews give them a try. Lovely polite delivery staff. Thank you Red Peppers.

Just had a lovely meal - really tasty. Arrived 15 minutes before the estimated time. Lovely delivery staff and website really easy to use. We have had several takeaways and never been disappointed.

Ordered & two hours later they still hadn't started cooking the order & lied regarding the whereabouts of the order. Great place if you like waiting hours for food & having the wool pulled over your eyes, not so good otherwise.

Took 3 and a half hours and still no food. Called numerous times and they promised it would be with us in 15 minutes, received nothing. Terrible customer service.

Ordered tonight, long standing customers of 20+ years. First issue NO poppadums. Second, dips provided 1 x mint 1 x red.... 3 starters????? Main tandoori ordered.. 2 x egg cup sized flaccid salads bags... This is dinner for someone, that APPARENTLY comes with salad. DISAPPOINTED IS NOT THE WORD

We have used this delivery service for over 15 years and it goes from good to very bad. Gave them another try after 3 years of going elsewhere and was bitterly disappointed. Ordered early on a Saturday evening and the food was delivered within 40 minutes but I wish it wasn't! Both dishes where swimming in thin sauce and it looked like they had just dropped some prices of cooked chicken into the cartons and added the sauce. Would not recommend this place and will not be trying them until I hear they have changed the chefs/cooks. This is a very competitive market and there are plenty of options available locally. When they started out many years ago they were the best for miles, sadly no more.

Ordered food @ 7pm via Just Eat...some food received at 9pm after 11(!!!) calls....a main course missing...another phone call and still no missing main course 40mins later......shhhhhhhhiiiiiiittttt service.

Ordered food at 8pm on a Saturday night, after 4 phone calls to find out where the take away order was it finally arrived at 21.30pm. 90 minutes to deliver food less then a mile away from their base, awfull delivery service, when the food did arrive is was only Luke warm, will never use red peppers again as we had a problem the last time we ordered food, but we thought we would give them chance to redeem them selves, if I was you go else where as the food was very bland, chicken and mushroom pathia is hot sweet and sour tasted no flavours at all this has really gone down hill and won't be using them again.

The best Indian food in Birmingham. Customer service is beyond belief. Will definitely be coming back and they deliver.

Had a fantastic mutton curry with chapatis, staff werw very helpful and my meal arrived within 30 mins. Would definitely recommend it , and will almost certainly go again.

Well I was a bit disappointed to be honest - Red Peppers are normally really good about letting us substitute main courses of the same price on the meal for 2 offer, and we always request a sugar free drink. This time they didn't - but they didn't bother telling us, they just sent the standard meal. A) neither of us can bear full sugar pepsi, and B) we don't like chicken tikka masala! Red Peppers - if you weren't prepared to make the substitutions you should have either rejected the order or called to say we couldn't use the offer and would be charged the normal full price for everything. We are regular customers and this was disappointing. No complaints on quality - we just didn't want what we were sent.

Last couple of weeks this place has failed, not sure why, used to be brilliant. Sent wrong curry tonight, missing chilli sauce again and food quality wasn't as good. Losing patience as sorry. May need to try elsewhere now

The delivery was 40 minutes too early and the sauce for the main course was very thin and lacked flavour. Not the usual standard.

Was really fast and really nice. Only thing is forgot the chilli sauce.

Food was delivered quite quickly, however when we sat down and looked at the meal we found not one or two short black hairs, but several in our food which had clearly been stirred in in an attempt to hide them. I am disgusted by this and didn't expect such an unhygienic display from what is supposed to be a high quality restaurant.

Not impressed with this order. It took 1 hour 30mins for the curry to come. We ordered it at 6.45 and it didn't come until gone 8.15. I understand Red Peppers make the curry fresh but that is far too long. When it did come everything was luke warm and we had to heat it up for a while in the oven. I ordered a prawn pathia for starter and this is dangerous to have luke warm prawns to then be heated up again. We were also missing our salad to go with the starter, the poppadoms were all crushed and there was so much oil which had been spilt all over the packaging, the plastic bag and our hands/kitchen worktop. I really like red peppers as the quality has been good in the past but this is not acceptable.

Have been waiting 1 hour 30 mins for food. Called after 1 hour and was told it was on its way. Called just and they said it would be here soon and then hung up. Disgusting customer service. Will not order again

Very good tasty food, but it took nearly two hours to get here. Not good enough when I hose this takeaway because it was stating delivery in 40-60 minutes.

As a regular customer i can say they are normally brilliant but really terrible tonight. Had to call 3 times to ask where it is for them to say driver was on his way every time, then finally arrived nearly 75 mins late with food cold and dry, popadoms ruined, no mint sauce (that I payed extra for), meat dry due to having to re-heat food back up. Really disappointed. £16.60 wasted this time :-( Promised a discount next time, hopefully that happens

Just unfortunate, was quite tasteless all 3 curries we had were underwhelming had curries from here before and had been fine which is why this was disappointing.

We ordered from Red Peppers a few months ago when we moved to the area (as they were on JustEat) - and had a really lovely meal. We subsequently found a nearer curry restaurant and ordered from them from a while, thinking that the food would be fresher and hotter. We were wrong! We went back to Red Peppers tonight, and are very impressed. We ordered a set meal but commented that we would prefer sugar free drinks to pepsi, if possible. They rang us back quickly to ask if diet coke would be ok (absolutely!) Their driver struggled to find us (everybody does) but he popped me on handsfree and was very patient as I directed him. He was lovely to speak to. The food arrived piping hot, despite the difficulty in finding us, and was fresh-tasting and delicious. The set meal, although not quite what we would have normally ordered (without an offer), was outstanding. Far superior to our 'local' restaurant - we won't make that mistake again. Well done Red Peppers!

Ordered food at 19:22 and it finally arrived at 21:30. Called to see what was going on and member of staff was trying to say i was wrong about the stated delivery time, and was like he was reading from a script as did not listen to a word i said. Chicken pakora starters were good but curries were just average. Tried this for something different but never again. Will stick to our usual. Terrible service.

Pakoras and Pathia was very nice but again we got a keema & cheese naan with hardly any filling of keema or cheese, not the first time we've had that problem, bit disappointing
