Red Lion in Wiltshire

Good pub, decent lineup on draft, free darts, cheap pool table, good crack with the locals. What’s not to like?

We popped in to the Red Lion pub for a quick coffee stop, and it was absolutely lovely! We didn't eat there, but the food and service looked excellent. It's a lovely pub and definitely worth a visit. Think we'll order some food on our next excursion to the Avebury stone circle and henge.

Landlady aways makes you feel welcome, although I'm not regular love the price of a pint. "a real pub"

Typical English pub. Staff really friendly. Just the opening hours are a bit strange. Don't open until 4pm during the week 🤔
