The food was absolutely amazing, delivering an authentic Indian taste with perfectly balanced spices. The paneer was incredibly soft and fresh, and the portion sizes were just right. Highly recommend this place!

This place is filthy! The decor is shoddy and behind the counter is a mess, probably best I didn't see the kitchen! What I tried of the food was average, but couldn't finish it when seeing the kitchen staff wiping there nose and then touching the food.

Took Chicken Biryani parcel today for £7.5, guess what ??no chicken!! and the rice felt like Turmeric Fried rice. The portion & the taste, both are missing.

Great food - the best curry house for miles. Ahmed is always willing to adjust set dishes to the customer’s wishes. The food is terrific and very reasonably priced. Loads of choice on the menu too. It’s pretty basic so if you want tablecloths, linen napkins and flock wallpaper, this isn’t the place for you but it is if you want a really great meal.

Hi yesterday I had eaten Nihari from this place .I left more than enough with big bone and inside bone nalli type then I said could you pack the rest of my meal what they did they put some more nihari in my remaining Bowl and served other party.packed very little from another place to me like not almost two bites.I complaint but they denied.Basically the staff people are doing stealing and being unfaithful.

The shop shop owner is tuff guy, we can feel that is a boss, their haleem is very good and their rotti also, i have tried their chiken karahi but that was very bad, they gave me a old meat, i could't eat it

Worst service ever food container was not sealed properly and everything got leak, person on call didn't event respond properly you lost your regular customer. The owner is very rude, he don't know how to treat customer complaint he just doesn't care about anything, this is the way I received my dinner, just looking at this I don't feel even having it, I slept hungry that night, will never visit this place, I was the regular one and I agree the taste is amazing but it's not always about taste customer service also matters!!!!!!

The owner of this takeaway is very unprofessional, and they do not care about cleanliness and hygiene. No doubt food taste is amazing. I am an eyewitness that he served food with insects.

His dismissive attitude toward customers is unacceptable. The service was slow and inattentive, and when we tried to address our concerns, he was dismissive and unhelpful. The staff seemed overwhelmed and uninterested, which only added to the frustration. It's disheartening to see such a lack of professionalism, especially from someone in charge. I won’t be returning, and I can't recommend this place to anyone looking for good service.

Today I visit this restaurant, and while the food was decent, the overall experience was far from enjoyable. The service was incredibly disappointing. The staff seemed uninterested and inattentive, taking ages to bring our order and barely checking on us throughout the meal. It felt like they were doing us a favor by simply being there. The real issue, however, was the owner's attitude. I’ve never encountered such rudeness from a business owner. Instead of addressing any concerns or showing basic courtesy, they were dismissive and outright hostile. Customer service is clearly not a priority here. If you’re just after the food, you might be okay, but don’t expect to be treated with any respect or to have good service. I won’t be coming back.

Very good proper Pakistani restaurant in Southampton

Food wasn't delivered. It was necessary to make a call to the establishment. The delivery time was 1 hour and 45 minutes at the end. The FREE chicken tikka main dish with an order over £30 was promised, but it was not delivered.

I wish I could give this place less than one star due to the poor customer service from the owner who runs the take way. The lady who takes orders is very kind, and the food is good too. However, the owner has no understanding of customer service, let alone good customer service. If you understand Urdu, you will be shocked by how he talks about your orders in the kitchen and his anger if you make a mistake or decide to add to your initial order. About the facility, overall it is good except the fact that the toilet door doesn't lock from inside.

Uncle makes the best nan in Southampton! They make rotis as well but only on certain times.. I love desi breakfast! Best puris and chana!! Authentic chicken haleem is my fav! Do try lamb biryani as well and thank me later.. if you crave for proper authentic pakistani desi breakfast, haleem or a lamb biryani do try this restaurant.. delivery takes upto an hour but if you dine in the services are nice and quick.. staff is really good and polite.. its its pocket friendly too :)

One of the best desi authentic Pakistani foods in Southampton!

Had the chana masala with roti, probably the best chana I've ever had. My friend had saag paneer, said it was excellent also. The pricing is very reasonable, I was actually surprised when I went up to pay, was expecting it to cost more. The toilet was an absolute travesty so go at home before you come.

I ordered margarita pizza and they send me with chicken. When I called the restaurant the guy was so rude and said nowadays everybody eats chicken so we added chicken 🤷‍♀️.
