The pickle tray dips were awful as though they were shop bought and poured into trays. The chicken Tikka Masala was like a bowl of tomato soup with chicken in and the King Prawn Dopiaza was full of oil / Grease. The worst £38 I’ve ever spent on food and won’t be going back there again

Food was crushed and curry had leaked inside the bag. The paper bag was sodden and the metal food containers had been bent. Delivery was around 10 minutes later than the expected window. We have ordered from here before and never experienced this before so quite disappointed. Hopefully a one off.

Curry's both really oily. Madras didn't taste like madras and rogan had no taste. Naan was plain but we ordered cheesy garlic. No garlic, no cheese. So disappointed as ordered from here a few times before and always really nice!

The food was cold when it arrived. I ordered a keema naan and received a plain naan instead. The kebab wraps had only one kebab inside which was inside a big naan, other restaurants would usually put ATLEAST 2 kebabs in. Not very pleased

We were walking by and called in to ask if we could get a takeaway, we were welcomed in by the most wonderful young lady , we sat in comfort in a warm lovely environment , I have to say the meal was amazing and we will definitely be going back but this time to dine in , why bother with the dishes , plus I know we will get first class service 😀 Thank you x

Not only was the food absolutely delicious 😋 but the costumer service was top tier. The servers were friendly and polite, our orders were fast delivered. This has officially become my favourite go-to takeaway place and also my favourite dine in place. If you want good Indian food, this is the place for you!

So tasteless and poor. Pilau was just boiled rice with unidentifiable bits in. Birianyi supposed to have lamb and prawns in, was all chicken. Ate about 10 % of meal. Will ' tart ' the rest up myself. I'm never ordering takeaway again They must think we are all stupid people

Was a little disappointed with the pickle trays , ordered 2 at £3.50 each to get 1 mango chutney ,1 onion salad 1 chilli tub and 2 other tubs definitely not for 2 people , the Nan breads where burnt , we did try to eat the but the burnt taste was a little to much, the starters and mains where tasty , not very warm but edible

Took 2 1/2 hrs to make a curry an deliver 5 mins down the road. And order was incomplete and barely warm.

Delivery took over 2.5 hours to arrive and I had to wait 1.5 hours for them to tell me that they didn’t have part of my order anyway, not very good service at all and considering I was offered something cheaper than what I ordered as well as it arriving so late I wasn’t even offered any money back at all, not even a sorry! Awful service will definitely not be ordering again!

The food took over 2 hours to come. We were missing half the order and when we tried to call the phone was either engaged or going to answer phone.

Was really looking forward to my food however when it arrived although it was hot the food itself wasn’t great. I got tikka masala and it was watery as anything. The rice was mushy and horrible. I was so very disappointed. I will not be ordering from here again and I would avoid this place like the plague.

The food arrived late, cold, and smashed. Papadoms were in a thousand pieces, and one curry box had been squished (probably from piling other food orders on top?) so the curry had spilled all over the bag. Red Chilli used to be great, but about a year ago they started arriving late, and at some point just cancelled our order after accepting it. It put us off and we didn't order from them for a while. We thought we'd give them another try, but that will be the last!

Very pleasant and I was in sure what to order as I’ve not had any curry’s apart from a korma and they pointed me in the right direction it will be my first go to take away from now on.

Possibly the worst Bangladeshi food Iv ever had in the whole of the North East. Asked for a lamb Rogan Josh. There was not one tomato in it , was just ‘slop’!!! Absolutely horrendous. Safe to say that I’ll never be back 🤢🤮

First time ordering from here and it will be my last. Turned up late and food absolutely freezing. Naan bread stodgy with no filling. An incorrect dish sent, when I rang they said they could replace that one dish but it would be later on as there was no driver there at the time. Ended up in the bin, waste of money.

Terrible tonight Saturday 31/07/21, order was totally wrong. Onion bhaji instead of prawn puri, main curry meal missing as well. We obviously rang up, spoke to a gent and he was very unhelpful. I feel he knew what had happened and expected my phone call. His attitude was to get rid of me, quite aggressive actually and then he put the phone down on me when trying to honestly explain things to him for the second time. I rang back and my number is blocked I cannot.connect. I cannot recommend this take away at all. We were left with an incorrect meal which was a curry short between 2 of us. How can an Indian takeaway get things so wrong. I believe my incorrect order was done on purpose by this company and now the only way to resolve things is to approach the gents in the shop. I feel this will be a very uncomfortable situation after my experience speaking to the gent over the phone, I doubt I will be welcomed at all and obviously they have now ripped me off! AVOID! My experience is to avoid this company, there's other good local Indian takeaways in your area and within your delivery distance, check them out 😊 AVOID! I hope this helps and may provoke more honest reviews. Thanks. On opening the curry we got, it was also incorrect we ordered a chilli garlic chicken and a kofta khiladi and we got some sort of tandoori chicken pieces in a mild looking cream sauce. Honestly I wouldn't risk ordering here. Try elsewhere IMO We didn't even want to eat what we had been left with, ripped off with being short changed and expected to accept it and the nan looked terrible as well. We didnt want to eat what they had delivered after all the hassle. AVOID! The reviews on here are fake, check the reviewers, from all over the UK, total B.S. I want a refund? You said I couldn't have one, reconsider! Pathetic service throughout and reviewers here and the rest of your Google searches are paid for! Excellent delivery service. Food still hot, an everything is tasty. Not five stars only because: 1. First time they gave me free popadums and pickles (very welcome), but the second time the pickles arrived with no popadums. 2. I don't personally like pineapple in Dansak, but that is just personal taste, I suppose. I thoroughly recommend them.

The food was very good. It tasted very fresh and authentic, couldn’t fault the food itself. The quantity of rice however seemed very small. I know rice is normally smaller from Indian takeout but I expected the container to be firmly packed down with rice. I felt it lacked some. Because the main curry is so saucy it would have been so much better if the rice was a bit more to go with. I would still say order from this place, you won’t be disappointed on taste.

Had my first meal from Red Chilli this evening after it being highly recommended by several friends and I have to say I throughly enjoyed it . Good quality ingredients , polite friendly staff and still arrived hot for all I live 11 mile away. I will defiantly be ordering again 👌
